Great atmosphere with the sweetest staff. I was introduced to this nail salon by a friend ...I'm a new customer of theirs but...I dont need to go anywhere else...✊🏾Keep up the great work!!!!

I came for the first time at this salon I get a manicure and pedicure with the technician (katie) she is pretty good at what she doing she gave me a good massage.

Thank you Quen for my lashes. I was nervous at first being a new tech to me, but she did an amazing job, was gentle handed, and made me feel comfortable. Definitely will return. I got individual eyelashes.

Absolutely never going back! The lady had poor communication when I walked in and wouldn't give me pricing. My daughter and I got our nail and toes painted - no manicure or pedicure - just polish. We were done in under an hour. It was the most basic service ever and at the end she gives me a bill of $120. They didn’t handle that conversation professionally. Ignore the 15% off for new customers - that offer doesn’t exist.

By far THE Worst pedi and mani I have Ever had. I'm so disappointed. It looks like I did my own hands and feet. They use the cheapest products and charge the most. To top it off there was a roach crawling across the sink when I went to wash my hands. Will NEVER go back. Now I have to pay someone to repolish my hands and feet.

dont waste ur money, the nail tech literally had open wounds on her finger and was rude to me after i asked for ACRYLIC SQUARE, then put press ons and added a bunch of polish then charged me $75, u wouldn't have had an issue if she took her time and shaped them but these look like i did them and i dont even do nails. literally had better service, nails, and prices from unlicensed highschoolers.

Had a fill in some, good quality work, technician was slow but thorough. Daughter has full set done her tech rushed through the process, detail attention was lacking.

I booked myself for a pedicure for some impromptu me time and was so disappointed in my experience, wish I had read reviews ahead of time. I went around 6:45p (they close at 8) and asked for the lavender pedicure, that includes a leg/foot massage. She rushed through it and applied the smallest amount of pressure possible. My pedicure took less than 20 minutes. When she was finished I stayed in the chair because I paid for a massage so I may as well read and get my moneys worth from the massage chair. She continuously looked over at me, came over to touch my toes, fan them with their menu, etc. It was clear she was trying to rush me to leave (it was 7:30p at this point). If I was the only customer left I would have been quicker to scoot, but I wasnt so I stayed. Around 5 minutes later she comes over and says “time to pay” and reaches for my card. I asked how much it was before handing her my card and when she brought it back I asked if my nails were ok to go. She fanned them again then said yep all good! I left and as soon as I got in the car I noticed they had smudged. Thankfully I work in fitness so I’m in closed toed shoes 24/7, but this was not worth $50. I wont be back.

I stopped in for a pedicure and from the looks and okay reviews I expected at least a decent pedicure. 1) I got gel on my toes and it was over $70! Completely over priced. 2) there was no effort to do any of the hygiene steps to a pedicure, despite asking. I get my toes done specifically because I get ingrowns and the lady completely ignored me when I asked her to work on them. If all you want is an overpriced color change go here!

I went to place about 10 to 15 minutes before closing and one of the technicians was sitting outside I guess with her boo. So I ask if I could get a manicure she hesitated then said yes. Oh well I didn’t know they were about to close. My Mel manicure it took her about 8 minutes to finish also she continued to cough in my face. So I ask her was she upset….NO cough cough cough then without notice that will be $40. I was like it ….VERY VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR towards me and of course I tested myself for COVID ….I will never go back.

I've been here in the past and had a good experience with the same lady. I go here even though the ambience is awful b/c they have a LOT of mood gel polish options! Tonight I made the mistake of coming in an hour before they closed (but I called first to make sure ok). I had gel manicure on from 3 weeks prior (from this place, and same lady). She ripped off those nails like bandaids in a flash. I NEVER DO THAT b/c it damages my already thin/fragile nails...but also risks pulling off the real nail underneath. I said "no, careful" but she just kept going. I had worked for months to get my nails (longest I've had them in my life) and all the same length too. I was really proud and wanted to have nails re-done for girls' trip to Mexico. She rushed through and barely clipped/filed. Most of the nails survived but aren't shaped at all and two of them got completely ripped off when she was removing previous gel color. $45 and I want to cry. So sad.

My experience at this nail salon was horrible. The nail tech removed, no pried off my dipped nail polish with the edge of a false nail which had me in tears as well as leaving with very weakened nails. The nails that grew out were destroyed and my fingernails all hurt. The tech only used the electric file and soaked off the rest of the polish after I snatched my hand away because of the pain. I did not even go through with what I wanted done, i just wanted to get out of that place. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. I only went there because my usual place was closed for the day. Never, ever again!

Nice place but poor service. Got eyebrows done wasn't satisfied. The technician didn't even attempt to ask what I wanted differently. I paid her she then put my change on counter instead of my hand. I will not give my money to to this place again. They don't care just rude.

Went here yesterday took a shower that night and my gel polish came off my toe and the whole time the young man keep asking me if I know gel polish was 20 dollars extra and they wasn’t very friendly people I told one of the ladies that my water was hot so she ran nothing but cold water I told her that it was cold she laughed and didn’t try make it warm

Went in to get my eyebrows done. The main lady was yelling about a customer told me to sit and wait. She called me over only to quickly slap on wax and tear off with no care. I asked for no oils or creams after because I have sensitive skin and she just went at my face with a dry cotton ball so hard it hurt so bad I jumped out of my chair. I told her she was hurting me and asked what she was doing, use warm water and she just ignored my a rubbed my skin so hard again. I jumped up again! I paid and I’m out. NEVER AGAIN! My face is blotched now! Not to mention she didn’t even wash her hands before she touched my face. Horrible.

Went there for a basic pedicure with polish the service was terrible. My color ending up chipping in a few hours. The technician got all snooty when I didn't request a $45 pedicure when I only requested a $35 basic pedicure. The polish job seemed rushed and didn't dry all the way. Would not spend any more money here again. Not looking forward to a retouch up for my toes
