I came in as a walk in, was in the chair within 5 minutes and Sarahi did an amazing job with my toes!! So pleased with the whole experience. The salon was clean and everyone was very nice!!

So much better than Red Handed Nail salon. My gel mani came out smooth and everyone was so friendly. Cleanest salon in town from all the salons I've been to. I recommend Brooklynn and Stephanie. They're very talented nail techs and if you say otherwise, you a bum. Respectfully. Come here, don't go anywhere else

I had the signature pedicure and classic manicure combo. It was so relaxing; the nail tech was thorough and very sweet. The salon was really clean and the staff professional.

Octavia saved the day with a last minute pedicure after a long week of being on my feet. Perfect paint, and a great massage. Will be back! I would also like to add that the camaraderie between the staff is wonderful to be around. They are always helping each other and anticipating what the other needs. Happy staff makes this place feel even more inviting.

Best nail salon by far in Charlottesville! Luis ensures everyone is helped and feels welcome. The nail techs are good and friendly and the salon very clean and comfortable. Such a great experience there.

I have tried two other nail salons in Charlottesville and this one is by far the best. It's very clean and the staff are great. Tay gave me an excellent mani pedi. I will be back!

Sarah was an amazing technician and really took her time! Salon is super clean, employees are professional and courteous. I also love how they use fans for drying instead of UV lights. My new go-to pedicure spot.

Absolutely the best nail salon in Cville 💯🔥 I’ve been to several of the nail techs there because I like to see which one I vibe with the best - Blanca and Stephanie are my favorites!! Not only are they both detail oriented, putting out consistent, quality work every single time, they are both SO nice, SO polite, and just a pleasure to be around. The experience these two wonderful women provide me means a LOT since I work hard to pay for these little luxuries when I can afford it. Thank you, Blanca and Stephanie for being so amazing! 💕

I scheduled an appointment and was not placed with who I scheduled with. After seeing my nails and being disappointed I opted out of getting a pedicure. I've seen amazing reviews but unfortunately my appointment wasn't what I thought it would be. The place is extremely clean, staff was nice.

From start to finish, the experience is terrific. The owners are adorable and thoughtful, and my tech was meticulous and extremely personable. I have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. I have been to multiple salons around Charlottesville in the past, and hands down, this is the best! My favorite in the area!

I randomly made an appointment here today and booked with Maddie, she was very unfriendly in the beginning and during the manicure. Didn’t talk at all to me and made me feel like she didn’t want to be there and that I was a bother.

Okay, I don’t like being this person, but I don’t like to waste people’s time, so I don’t appreciate when mine is wasted! I was told I could come in 25 minutes earlier for my 4:45 pm appt and received a text showing that it was rescheduled for 4:20 pm. I arrived 5 mins early but my technician still wasn’t ready at 4:25 pm. I was told it would be another 5-10 minutes, which turned into 15-20 minutes. I love this salon but please hold your technicians to the same time standards you hold your customers to.

The experience was nice but my nails were bubbly the next day, they were gel so I think she didn’t cure them all the way, same with my toes. And she filed my middle finger to be way more crooked than the one. By far the worst experience I’ve had with my nails, this has never happened to me. One of my toenails, the polish just came right off and it’s gel, it’s so expensive and these are my nails after one week.

As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. The guy at the front desk was very friendly as well as all staff I encountered. Costumer service is a plus and it shows in this establishment. The service was great and I highly recommend them. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely stop by again.

First off, I have to mention that the man working at the front desk was really nice and very accommodating trying to arrange the schedule to get us appointments together for my sister’s wedding. However, my nail tech was very rough with my nails and kept aggressively filing my cuticles and skin around my nails. At one point I started bleeding and she said it was my fault for having skin that’s too sensitive. It was quite painful and my cuticles stayed red and raw for days, which really took away from the look of the nails. The salon is clean and comfortable so I may try again someday but would definitely never go to the same nail tech.

Hands down the worst set of $70 acrylics I’ve ever had done. The shape is absolutely embarrassing & they are chunky/thick.. As a licensed tech, id never recommend. 0/10

I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received from your front desk agent and owner Luis (Angel Cruiz). I called to confirm my appt with you this morning and was told my appointment was with Madison, a tech I’ve never had a service with nor have I ever met. This is how I know I did not schedule any appointments with someone named Madison. I had been trying to get an appt with Edith since Oct ‘23 and it was very difficult to find any availability with her. During Nov- December’23 time frame Luis scheduled consecutive monthly appointments with Edith to allow me to have appointments before her schedule filled. Luis did not schedule the correct technician for my service today and refused to admit any fault in the matter. Moreover, after explaining my frustration about this mistake I told him to try to get an appointment with her now puts me out of a service for weeks ( since her schedule is always packed) . Again, no empathy from this person on his error. So, I canceled the remainder of the appts that I had with Edith. Here’s what really made things worse, when I asked him to cancel he was very short with me, gave me the “thank you” with an attitude and hung up before I was finished talking. He could care less about how upset I was. I’m a great customer, come in and get my service quietly, give appreciative tips and am genuinely thankful for the hard word these techs put in, all I ask is to be treated with the same respect.
