Charged me $60 to wash and cut hair.. Then when I came back to with my hair washed she charged me $40 to blow dry my hair and cut my ends.. I will never go back

Took me an hour after my scheduled appointment. Not professional at all. No one wore masks and no one there spoke any English. It was hard to communicate to tell the stylist to turn the blow dryer down. My hair is a bit on the thicker side and the stylist was clearly struggling. The stylist washed my hair maybe 6 times before styling. Instead of de tangling My hair , she was trying to burn it to make it easier to style. And none of the equipment was cleaned either. She put used greasy pins in my hair. DO NOT GO here if you have thick hair. They will destroy your hair.
