We didn't get rushed. There were a ton of color and design choices. They did a super good job for an outstanding price. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Came into TJ Nail and Spa for a pedicure and I was left pretty disappointed. The shop opens at 9:30am but they didn’t open until about 10am. I could tell the person giving the pedicure was in a bad mood and was just on the phone calling somebody the whole time. I waited for her to ask me if I wanted gel but the question never came although she did ask what color I wanted. I told her dark red but she gave me light red… the pedicure was also quick and there were parts that hurt a lot. $25 for a pedicure is cheap, but there’s a reason why it’s $25.

I got a $40 gel pedicure. It included a leg and foot massage which I really enjoyed. The massage chairs are also nice & comfy. 10/10 recommend.

I called on a Sunday around 6pm and she was able to accommodate two of us. It was only Ruby. The place is nice sized inside with four big comfy massage chairs. Ruby has a great personality and is very friendly. I got a pedicure and she took her time and it felt great. There are 3 different package. I opted for the middle one and it was super nice. I’ll be back soon. The prices are great and atmosphere is nice.

New owner as of one month ago ****~DO NOT LET THEM DO YOUR EYELASH EXTENSIONS~ *** . I WAS SUPPOSED TO receive afull set of classic hybrid lashes 2 weeks ago, they began falling out the same day but I had them fixed by Ruby , whatever she has done (cluster lashes and glue that BURNED MY EYES SO BAD) My eyelashes are now * falling out at the roots* and I am missing TOO MANY real eyelashes for a woman who has t used lash extensions for YEARS and had healthy lashes.. *I don't believe she's licensed to do lashes...* When I went in to tell them about what was happening to be They tried to blame it on me and RUBY herself laughed at me... they all started talking and Vietnamese and laughing... (I spoke to a true esthetician who is certified to do eyelashes and she says she hears this all too often. These women are not real eyelash certified. They are nail techs and let them stick to what they're good at is what I was told by the lash bar up the street and she has a phenomenal rating!) I have taken 100 count of this woman's business cards and My fiance and I were one of her first loyal real customers. We pay 30% tips .. I took those cards and phanded them out while door dashing and doing deliveries, on my own time etc... That being said I am EXTREMELY disappointed with Ruby and all of the people she has working in and out of their shop.. NAIL REVIEW : I also just want to say she does a "great job" on nails and they do a "great job" on pedicures. **** However, when she does my nails she does it HER way and takes no direction and while they do turn out pretty She likes to use some sort of dip as the acrylic base instead of regular acrylic and it *** BURNS MY NAILS SO intensely every time I get them done*** I posted a picture of my most recent set and I will say she's good at making them look good But I don't think that this is proper at all to use a product on a woman's nail extensions that causes EXTREME BURNING INTO THE NAIL BEDS?? I'm not happy in any way and I used to be very loving towards her . WITH willingness to help her promote her company, as well as continuing to come back and tip 30% because the prices are cheap but they're cheap for a reason. We all know to expect some sort of damage when you're putting any type of extension on your eyelashes or nails or any type of body modification. However, this is past the normal type of eyelash loss and nail bed damage..

New salon open went and got a pedi done felt great owner Ruby was great 👍 👌 perfect nail selection. Not just slap it on she took their time and made sure it was right how I wanted..

Expect to wait 25+ minutes after your scheduled appointment and then the manicurist rushing through your manicure. Gel manicure itself is not bad, except that the manicurist started shaping the sides of my nails before they dried and I was left with residue spots on all the nails.

Absolutely horrible service. I came to get a fill on my eyelash extensions. And shortly after I left and after the glue was completely dry I started feeling a stabbing at my lash line. Within a day my extensions began falling out and with them all my lashes. I would have a bunch of real lashes 5-6 of them come out with a clump of glue and one extension. The extensions are supposed to go on 1 on 1 and not all bunched together. When I went to the salon to request a refund they refused me and tried place the blame on me. They then gave me a number of their owner with an out of areas area code that never has someone pick up.

Great customer service and quality work. I was running 5 minutes late for my 6:45 appt.and they do close at 7:00p.m.But when my friend and I arrived the employees greeted us and made us feel comfortable as we engaged in genuine conversation. I came in with a Groupon for a gel manicure, my friend came in for a pedicure. The technicians name was My. She gave me one of the best to this days gel manicure ever. My friend's spa pedicure was fabulous as well. The employees are all very welcoming, thorough with their service, yet a median of professionalism still exists. Their prices are great too! Even though I did use a Groupon I checked out all their prices because I knew I would be coming back. They offer waxing too. I am not sure about all the services that the hair salon part of this spa has to offer as I was there for only a manicure. If you are big on quality service and genuine friendly people then you will be happy and glad you gave this salon a try. It's been over a a week now and my manicure still looks nice. I will definitely be back for the spa pedicure next week!
