As a pregnant woman, looking for relaxation and some self care I came in for a mani/pedi and had a TERRIBLE experience!! I paid $85 for a DIS-service. My pedicure was rushed even though there was ONE other person there, my water was lukewarm and the lady doing my nails was too worried about her phone, taking calls and voice noting. This salon uses CHEAP products, dollar tree nail polish to be exact!! I paid for a luxury pedicure which is supposed to include a 10 min hot stone massage which probably totaled about 3 mins and her putting stones in between my toes, my paraffin wax didn’t cover my whole foot, she broke the bag so she could paint my toes while the wax went all the way to the back of the bag, barely covering the heals of my feet. She didn’t wait for the polish to dry between coats, my nails chipped HOURS after my pedicure. Also due to not waiting between coats, during the pedicure, my two big toes smudged and I asked her to fix them, she sucked her teeth at me like it was an inconvenience and didn’t even top coat after she “fixed” them. As I was getting ready to tell her about the top coat, she said, “Let’s go!” so another client could take my seat while there were several other chairs they could’ve sat the next lady in. Now for the manicure, HA! She was on the phone the entire time, looking around messing with coworkers, she soaked my nails in lukewarm water for 2 mins and barely buffed or filed my nails, they were so uneven, I asked for regular polish and she used gel instead which I was gonna let slide until she rushed, carelessly painting laying thick, uneven coats and not allowing enough cure time in between coats. They were disgusting, goopy and smudging and I told her to look at them and asked her to fix them. Again, she sighed, rolled her eyes and proceeded to speak to her coworkers in Spanish in an irritated tone - which I can be assuming but definitely felt like it was about me. So I told her, “Never mind, I don’t want a manicure anymore.” She replied, “I can do a top coat to make them shiny.” and held up an LA Colors - Dollar Tree nail polish to which I said, “No, thank you, I can do that at home!” She still charged me $20 for that terrible 2 min, lukewarm soak and half-assed filing, no massage, lotion or anything which I would have felt halfway okay paying for. If I could give less than 1 star, I definitely would, if you want a true “Luxury Pedicure/Manicure” steer clear of this place!! It is a waste of time and your money, you’ll leave feeling disappointed, upset, and robbed instead of relaxed and happy!! Oh, no cuticle oil was used in either service, these pictures are about an hour and a half to two hours after my Disservice and I washed and moisturized my feet and hands at home.

When I walked in the manager was very curt and non-hospitable in getting my service started. Based on his off-putting energy i should've left but i tried to pay his lack luster attitude no attention. The nail technician that he gave me was not attentive or Friendly. I tried to make small talk with her and she told me that she spoke little English and didn't understand me. But she spoke very good English when she relentlessly tried to upsell my service. These people were so rude that I started to cry in my chair while I was receiving my service. I paid for a pedicure with a clear coat regular polish, the total was $50.

Okay customer service and I was charged 12.75 cent extra for what when my bill came out to new 85.00 then when I says something about the lady act like they didn't hear me. I asked do they charge a few for cards and she ain't say nothing. 2 time going & probably want to back!!! Sorry

Chyna did my pedicure. I enjoyed her professionalism and her timely manner while making sure I was pleased with her work. I will definitely become a regular customer of hers.

The nail techs talk about you in Spanish especially if they feel it’s too much work. What they didn’t know is I’m bilingual and act like all I know is English. One tech was mad her higher up assigned her to me so she told him no that’s too much work and laughed with her buddies and they started to talk about me (even if I didn’t understand spanish when they look and laugh that’s a sign). It was so hard for me to not acknowledge what they were saying because I didn’t want them to know I understand! Long story short they’re never getting a dollar from me again plus they’re kinda rude and unprofessional anyway. The techs come to work with attitudes but to add insult to injury when I went to pay for services the cashier tried to add extra money on to give my tech a tip so another lady walked up like no she paid already smh that was weird like who does that. The only good thing about this place is the nail tech Anna she’s sweet and does a REALLY good job so she deserves a 5star rating! The fact that ppl actually go there is ridiculous idc how good the nails look, if the customer service doesn’t match then you’ll never have me as a customer again🤷🏽‍♀️

Honestly when coming here you don’t really know what you’re getting yourself into. It’s always a 50-50 chance that you might get a good person to do your nails. if you don’t have someone in mind that you want to do your nails then you might as well not come here. today I was recommended to this lady to do my nails and she did such a bad job with my nails. on top of that they were so expensive. clearly, she didn’t have the skills for the picture of the nails that I wanted. honestly all I have to say is that I won’t be coming back and will be finding a new place to start doing my nails at. I showed the lady the pictures that I wanted for my nails.. instead she gave me this which honestly are so ugly and don’t really have much comparison to what I really wanted. I’m very disappointed because at the end of the day the money is coming out of my pocket.

I came in the other day to get a pedicure I meant to do a review but I was so busy that it slipped my mind anywho the other day. I was going through a lot so I needed some me time I ended up getting the Tlc pedicure kinda pricey but worth it which Chyna suggested. she took her time which I didn’t have to ask her to . which made me love the service even more I was kinda scared to come to this place because I heard a lot but when I say I will be back. Chyna did more then just her job she made me feel as if I was the only person in there. she catered to all my needs and wants I even forgot that I was even going through anything it was such a vibe. she kept good conversation she was very clean and professional I will be back! s Sincerely a new and loyal client if I could give more then 5 stars I would

Today is Tuesday. I got my nails done Thursday, less than a week ago. I paid $85 for my nails. The entire time a woman who spoke no English was doing my nails another woman was telling her what and how to do it. two broke with in 3 days of getting them done. I got those fixed and paid another $17. Once again not even a week later from getting them done originally I have 2 more broke nails. I feel I was used as a training exercise and the $100 that’s not okay. Very upset.

I came in to get a pedicure but I got a full experience of fun, relaxation and good conversation. Special shout out to Chyna . I loveeeeee my toes , the complimentary drink and all around good vibe . Chyna took her time with my pedicure and is very detailed . Chyna wants her customers to leave satisfied! I will be back !

Three stars because the ladies were all super nice but the particular lady that did my pedicure did a very sloppy job. She cut my cuticle and my polish looks all blotched on said foot. When I got home I realized she didn’t even wipe all the mask off my legs I had dried mask all over my legs and she didn’t complete the service with lotion. Called and they said they would take care of me next time with a discount so hopefully I have a better experience with a different nail tech.

I came for a lay over on my nails on Thursday and came back today to have one fixed in hopes they would fix the rest. Not happy at all. Some are thick some are thin. Not a good job at all. Will not be back. 50 dollars for a mess.

This salon used to be so good! It’s horrible now, though. Nail techs on their phones the whole time, with their kids running around being bad. So unprofessional. The lady that did my nails cut two of my cuticles, causing them to bleed and laughed both times. One of the acrylics are crooked. Definitely not worth the $70 i paid. Will not be recommending this place to anyone. And they’re definitely not luxury like they claim to be.
