Let me start by saying that I've only had a handful of pedicures. My wife asked if I wanted to join her, and since I have calloused feet, I decided to give it a shot. She has been to this place many times, mainly because it’s convenient and they do an okay job. Unfortunately, my experience at TN Nails was far from acceptable. I’m a man, and I walk around without shoes (my wife always yells at me for it), which leaves my feet pretty calloused. Every other pedicure I’ve had involved a thorough process that removed a lot of skin, leaving my feet smooth. But not here. This was my first time at TN Nails, and it was a huge letdown. The technician was friendly, but she rushed through the service in about 10 minutes. While the foot massage felt nice, the overall treatment was completely lackluster. My feet were only slightly smoother—barely noticeable. When I finished, I sat there waiting for my wife and looked down at my toes. The dry skin was still clearly visible, and my feet looked rough. I considered saying something, but honestly, if someone is going to be that indifferent to the service they provide, it's not worth the confrontation. I won’t be returning to TN Nails, and neither will my wife or daughter. I don’t know if the technician didn’t care because I’m a guy, or if she just didn’t care in general, but either way, I’m extremely disappointed with the experie.

I love TN Nails. My daughter and I come here all the time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcome. John took his time and I am very pleased with his technique. These are my real nails and I am picky about how dip powder is applied. He did an excellent job. I will be returning as a permanent customer! 4/16/24 Still great service!

Don't go here, This place is extremely unsanitary. She kept her tools in this blue box that wasn't clean. The tool she used to file my dead skin off my feet was put into the water. She didn't let me choose the cheapest pedicure and insisted on the $40 pedicure with paraffin, after I said no. The other workers sat in the massage chairs on their phones. I should have checked the reviews before coming here. My toes are also bleeding and I hope I don't get an infection.

I have been getting my nails done from Lee for 5 years now. Always the best service and receive what I ask for. The salon is comfortable and pleasant. The workers are friendly and make sure you are happy in your visit.

Lovvve this salon! I am new to the Kissimmee area, and it’s always hard finding a dependable nail shop. I took a chance here and was very satisfied. Lee, does my nails and has always been spot on with what I ask for each time, definitely recommend.

This place is very unsanitary the owner went outside to blow his nose using his hand, then clean his hand with boogers on his shirt and went back to finish his clients manicure without washing his hands very disgusting. They are very money hungry as well always offering the most expensive service and being very persistent.

Wherever Lee & his employees go, I will follow! Lee has been doing my nails since I moved to Florida back in 2018. 6 years later & his nail salon to this day is the only nail salon I will go to. The service at this salon is absolutely wonderful!!! Lee & his staff are so very kind & do an excellent job on my manicures & pedicures! I especially love how Lee applies my acrylic French manicure very thin & exactly how I like them since day one! Even now that I live further away, I make the hour drive just to have them do my nails. That's how amazing this place is!!! My fiancé recently joined me & got a pedicure as well & oh my goodness, he LOVED it!!! I can't tell you how relaxing the top tier level pedicure is!!! He now wants to join me every time I get my toes done! I can't wait for our next visit!!!

My wife got her nails done. It is impeccable. I love the professional Jessica Cuadrado have for my wife. She knows what she’s doing and she’s also informative. The people hear are not so nice. The speak about in there native tounge because you ask them for good service. It's very disrespectful. When speaking to they have a tone and try to embarrass. I find rude should not be in customer service. When massage was given with my treatment some oil from my clean feet rubbed against her and she immediately sprayed some type of spray as if I was contaminated with something. I believe the was the manager. This is my first and last visit here
