I absolutely love Toccare! I will never go anywhere else for facials. I’ve been coming for years and have seen various estheticians, but usually see Sam and she is wonderful! She is always very thorough and addresses whatever skin concerns I have at the time. I appreciate they use all non toxic, organic, eco friendly products and the environment is beautiful and so peaceful. I go once a month and the 60 minute radiance facial is always the perfect amount of time, tailored to your individual unique needs. Always look forward to coming!

I visited Toccare the morning before work for a 60m massage. The front desk was very welcoming and patient with me and helped me find my asking close by. Makenzie was my therapist for the massage and she did a 10/10 job. She listened to me on what my needs were and what pained me then paid close attention to detail on working those areas. She always made sure I was comfortable and adjusted as needed. I will surely be back for more massages and recommend anyone looking for either a new home spa or a gift for someone in need of a high quality massage to use Toccare.

Update: the owner on the phone said “this is a common situation” so apparently I’m not the only one. But yet in the reply below states “this is un common”… so which is it? They will do anything to look as though this is a professional establishment and that it was my fault online, but on the phone it was “common” and the estheticians fault and they are “so sorry” Also her response of “you failed to inform the” esthetician “ is not correct, the esthetician failed to ask me and even ADMITTED to me that she failed to do her job. So no it was not my fault, if they had asked I would’ve told them. The esthetician failed to follow the companies procedure, which resulted in an injury. I get mistakes happened, but not owning up to what happened is poor customer service and business management. I went for an eyebrow waxing and massage, my massage was great. But the lady who waxed me never asked if I use retinol (even said “I always ask if people use it but I didn’t ask you” later on) and since she failed to do her job she tore off my skin, leaving me with this open wound, which has been burning non stop. I would NOT suggest this place . The fact that she had me pay for this is appalling and poor customer service. My whole face was red when I left my appointment (which is how eyebrow wax’s typically go) so I didn’t realize how bad the wound was until the rest calmed down. I am super disappointed with this place and the woman who did this.

I am so happy with my recent visit to Toccare! Walking in, it's a welcome oasis, with soothing music, relaxing candles, and warm tea. The rooms are so chic, with honestly the most comfortable bedding I've ever experienced in a spa in my life. I didn't want to leave! McKenna provided the perfect balance of skin knowledge and extreme relaxation. Literally wish I could get a facial every day :)

Amazing experience here! My mom and I came for facials and a full body massage and it was all wonderful. The esthetician Kathryn gave me the best facial I’ve ever had and Ashley the massage therapist was phenomenal. We will be back very soon! <3

Came here for a facial and massage for my birthday, and it was very relaxing. The ladies here are super sweet and professional. I also love that the massage tables are more like beds, and they're heated! I will definitely be back!

I came for a full body massage, dry exfoliation and a Reiki session with Ashley... she is spectacular, she has angel hands. Recommending 100% the place and the excellent attention. Without a doubt the best birthday present, you will see me here again 🙏🏻✨

I have always heard wonderful things about Toccare and was excited to check it out for the first time earlier this year. I booked a 90 minute massage and 60 minute facial at the Myers Park location. The facial was maybe the best I've ever had and I never wanted it to end. Truly a 5 star facial! Thankfully that was my second service of the day though because it redeemed what was maybe the worst massage I've ever had. For some people, the therapist would have been fine, but for me, in spite of providing feedback along the way, the pressure was never what I wanted it to be. The combination of that with the awful lotion she used, literally made my skin crawl for a full 90 minutes. It's possible they have other options that I just didn't think to ask for in the middle of my treatment, but it felt like a dry massage which is I think what made my skin crawl so much. Given the overwhelming number of 5 star reviews for Toccare, I'm inclined to go back again to see if my experience was just a one-off thing. I hope it was...especially considering the magical facial I had!

I really enjoyed my facial here. There was a huge amount of time dedicated to massage and relaxation. The scents were wonderful and the staff was top notch. I will say though, the focus was more on relaxation than skin care. This makes a great gift or special self care treat. I’m not sure it is the best place if you are wanting the skincare though. I will return.

My visits here are always such a treat! Clean space with a very calming atmosphere. The front desk people are so friendly and helpful. Nicole delivers the most relaxing facials! My skin has improved so much since seeing her. Highly recommend!

Toccare day spa is my favorite in Charlotte area. I used to be in Dilworth. Here was my first time and everything was good but I felt sad the hostess didn’t offer me to spent ~$20 left on my gift certificate to buy some candles or lotion/mask.

Toccare made my relaxing bachelorette weekend so special! My girls and I were treated to wonderful massages and facials, my facial being one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The location is an experience in and of itself, you feel almost like you’ve been transported to Mediterranean. The interior is soothing and beautifully decorated. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I had a facial here and have no complaints about that part of my experience. The products used made my skin nice and radiant and it was a relaxing experience. However, upon finishing my facial and checking out, I booked an appointment for 6 weeks out. I called to confirm my appointment the day before and was told they accidentally scheduled it for the following year. All I was told they could do was reschedule me for another day. I had requested off and used PTO for work and purposely scheduled this for my birthday. I’m really disappointed in the customer service I’ve received and would have continued to be a repeat customer.

I went for a hot stone full body massage today with Ann, and she is absolutely great! She is truly professional & talented! She put all her effort and techniques into work and did such a great job! I left their salon feeling relaxed and revived! And the girl at the front desk was also very friendly, polite and kind, that I felt very welcomed right away. I’ll definitely recommend their services to my family and my friends.

This is the best all around day spa around ! The minute you walk in, you are warmly greeted, offered a warm or cold beverage while you wait. The experience is so Zen like ! You walk into a room with soothing music, sink into a heated elevated bed and the magic begins ! Alisha Cooper has been my skin specialist every time I have visited and she is the best !...You begin to enhale the wonderful smelling essential oils and the facial and massage with oils, hot towels etc just takes you away....Her vast knowledge allows her to recommend and suggestion tips, for better skin care.....Bev Synan
