I had the most horrendous experience at this "spa," leaving me in pain, frazzled, and humiliated. My wife surprised me with couples massages after work on Saturday, and I was looking forward to a relaxing nap. Unfortunately, the massage was a nightmare. I had to ask the therapist to go softer over a dozen times. She never inquired about my preferences, and after I specifically requested a relaxing massage, it lasted a mere ten seconds before she returned to a punishing routine. Once the session finally ended, I tried to regroup but found myself drenched in an excessive amount of oil with no towels in sight. There were no hand towels available, nor a robe to wear. I had to call out for assistance, but no one came. Eventually, I found a bathrobe hanging in the hallway and put it on, then ventured to the front desk to request a towel. Todd eventually brought me a large pool towel, which felt completely inappropriate for the situation. As I tried to clean up with the clumsy beach towel, Todd kept knocking on my door, rushing me and causing me immense panic. What happened to "take your time"? I wouldn't have taken so long if the staff had been better prepared! To make matters worse, I later found out that Todd told my wife he thought I was stoned and advised her not to bring me next time. Excuse me? I was not stoned; I was just a victim of poor service! The next day, I woke up feeling completely bruised. This was not only the worst massage I've ever received but also the worst customer service experience I've encountered.

I’ve definitely gotten My fair share of massages acupuncture, cupping pyrotherapy, and this is by far the best treatment I’ve ever experienced. Tod is excellent is what he does and truly cares about people’s well-being and peace. Highly recommend.

I went to Tod Miller Spa for a massage. It’s a beautiful location, very serene and relaxing. He’s an excellent body healer! I greatly enjoyed this experience and highly recommend to others.

I’ve had many massages, but never experienced a technique like Tod’s. He is a fantastic blend of talented, knowledgeable, and professional. In 90 minutes, he assessed my needs and delivered an effective full-body therapeutic massage and sugar scrub. He was able to get into muscles and resolve issues in a way that was both pleasant and highly productive.

I enjoyed a facial and massage here last September. During the massage, I was given advice on stretches / poses that would ease pain & re-set my lower back. Long story short, it WORKED (almost over night!) I had no idea that a spa afternoon would change my life. THANK YOU Tod Miller & Team!

I had the perfect massage with Julz @ the Todd Miller Spa. She listened to my concerns and watched how I walked down the hall to check my posture. Julz target all my problem areas and used hot towels to relax my muscles. I highly recommend this spa.

Jules and Karen were wonderful! My gf surprised me with a couples massage and facial massage to go with it and both girls were excellent! Karen was super friendly and dealt with my sensitive skin accordingly and provided a great extraction experience. Jules was a wonderful masseuse with great pressure and really worked out the tension to my neck and shoulders. 10/10. Highly recommend 👌

Went to see Todd as the highlight for our girls day out at the spa. Absolutely the best massage I've ever had. It was much more then a massage he started with myopractic care that aligned stretched and adjusted so even before the massage started I was already feeling a 1000 times better. I highly recommend this for any and everyone!!

I recently attended the Mimosa Yoga at the Saguaro hotel led by Jules and hosted by Tod Miller from the Tod Miller Spa there at the Saguaro Hotel. It was my very first yoga session, and Jules led us through the session, using the Mimosa as a fitness tool during our exercises. It was GREAT! We a had a wonderful session, and a lot of fun and I got distracted and forgot to leave my review but now that I'm writing this I'm excited about attending again. Thank you Jules and Todd and the Saguaro for providing the beautiful backdrop for our session.

Tod’s body walking massages are amazing! I usually get a deep tissue massage but his body waking massages are even better than a deep tissue. Tod is also a wealth of knowledge on health and fitness and all around a great guy! His spa at The Saguaro Hotel in Old Town Scottsdale is a must to decompress and get an awesome treatment! Had a wonderful time at the SPA, service was personal and well worth it. Felt like a million bucks after the hour and a half massage that was personally designed for my body based on weak points and shortcomings.

Todd provides an awesome service! I've been partnering with him for the past couple of years. Competing on a high level as a triathlete, I value quality treatment to reach my full potential. Todd knows his art extremely well, his hands do an excellent job on tense and aching muscles to speed up recovery, or to get ready for the next race. Professional service, great location, can only recommend it.

I live out of state but will be back every visit to Scottsdale. Tod & staff (Jules?) are exceptional in every way, their hospitality is top notch. They are pros at targeting your areas of concern, and the spa is cozy and relaxing. They were able to accommodate a last minute activity for a bachelorette group when no one else in Scottsdale could, and we appreciated that so much. Outside of the spa we were able to join a daytime pool party (definitely a change of pace after massage, but hey you have to roll with it!) and the restaurant on premise had great staff and great mod AZ/Mex food 👌. Thank you Tod for the wonderful time, I encourage EVERYONE to visit the Saguaro Wellness Spa at any stage in your wellness journey!

My wife and I wanted to have a little stay-cation for our anniversary and decided to stay here. We are locals and loved the location given how close everything is. This place offers first come first serve bike rentals and the facility itself was worth the price. The rooms were clean and we'll kept. The patio overlooked the pool, jacuzzi and had beautiful views. This place was exactly what we had in mind. There was a female who worked the front desk and was there everytime I called or popped in, she was fantastic and is a walking definition or what a hotel front desk employee should be like. We only live 30min away but would definitely come back for another "get out of the house for a night" kind of trip.

The beyond couples massage therapy at the Spa is a highly recommended rejuvenating experience. Tod Miller and the talented team provided a welcoming and inviting ambience in the heart of Scottsdale. Lauren's healing hands provided a deep muscle tissue massage while actively modulating pressure to my preferences. My wife spoke just as highly of her treatment with Gabriel. She described his treatment as one of the best massages she has received. We would go back together and individually. Happy wife, happy life!

My bf & I did a staycation at the Saguaro over the weekend, and booked the 'Sole to Sole' couple's massage, 60 minutes for $290. If you side eyed that price, keep in mind this is the heart of Scottsdale. When in Rome... Love the Saguaro, it's an eclectic, fun property, but had no idea what to expect from the spa. It is rather small, and only offers massages and facials (no nails). However, what they do offer, they do exceptionally well. We were both asked some questions about what we were hoping to focus on for the massage, as well as desired pressure and any injuries. We went back and were surprised, and a bit disappointed, that we were simply in adjoining rooms and could have the door open if we wanted. We were not physically close to one another or anything, so we felt that the 'Sole to Sole' name is pretty misleading. Since it's not as if we're going to converse across 2 rooms, we just opted for the door to stay shut and had individual massages. Afterward, we agreed they were absolutely phenomenal and we were very happy. A great way to start our vacay weekend. The spa itself is no-frills, so don't expect a cozy robe and cucumber infused water to be waiting for you. ABSOLUTELY worth it for massage services though, and then you can enjoy their phenomenal pool after. Fun fact, the guy who runs it, Tod Miller, is a triathlete who found some notoriety for bringing Body Walking, a type of massage, to Shark Tank. I don't know how often Tod himself does treatments, but he introduced himself to us, and it makes perfect sense that this spa is massage therapy-focused. Finally, it's worth noting that we had to pay in full upfront. I am no stranger to salon/massage services, and have literally never done this before. Put a card down as a deposit, sure, but we definitely paid in full ahead of time, and that was just a bit odd.

Wow, where do I start. Our group, 18-20 Retired Army Veterans and their spouses and other family members were here over the last few days to a week. Our hosts that live in the Phoenix area scheduled our stay here. They were supposed to have all of our rooms together. This has been planned for almost two years. The facility could not even do that. We were scattered over four buildings and three floors. We were supposed to have a conference room. The little bitty room we had was hardly big enough for half of us. The hosts and two others were there to hear what the hosts were promised almost two years ago. Such as being able to bring in our wine to toast the fallen servicemen at the Memorial Service we have at each of these reunions. That was a lie. They were told that they could bring in food for us to eat on this same night. We are not children and clean up after ourselves. The bringing in of food was a lie too. It seems that the sales rep or whoever it was, sold them a bill of goods just so the rest of the group would book rooms. Once the rooms were booked and we were there, the promises changed. Any drinks or food had to be purchased there. We were afforded little to no privacy as a little weasel kept walking through the area that was supposed to be ours for the evening. He would look around and text someone. Right after that, our host was called and told that we could not have any alcohol in the public area unless it was purchased there. Now, if that was not bad enough, the room charge was more than we have paid anywhere. Should have been a nicer set up. No microwave. A poor excuse for a fridge. Really small and no shelves. A noisy air conditioner that did not put out very cold air, always saw dirty dishes under the stairwells and in the halls. Shameful way to treat anyone, especially Veterans. Would not recommend this to anyone.

My husband and I visit the spa 4-6 times a year. The spa is small but the friendly staff make this a cherished and relaxing part of an overnight runaway. Heather, Karen and David never disappoint. Pool side service and food is sporadic depending on time of year but worth the wait. For an eclectic peaceful spa experience, give it a try!
