Don't listen to the bad reviews, this place is absolutely amazing, the staff is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. They are very professional and knowledgeable, I will definitely come back.

Deep tissue massage was very good, pressure was right, but 60m was actually 50m for $80. The facility was clean and overall I was pleased with the experience. However, there was an expectation that I was unaware of until after that I tip $30 which should have been either included in the initial price or disclosed prior to the massage.

I'm in Reno on business, and after an exhausting day, I needed a relaxing massage. Liya (at Tokyo Massage) was a suprising find. She was attentive, professional, caring, and effective. EXCELLENT massage!

Worest place. I took one hour (60mintues)body massage, they did not even do 15 minutes,after 15 minutes, she asked I shall do front of the body, and then she said she need another 60 dollors to do front body massage with happy endings.. I said don’t need it.. she then mad and start to abuse and talk, you are cheap, I don’t give you good massage, your worest costumer, you don’t give tip what I asked.. you do you your job, I shall give based on percentage.. But she kick me out, she said she can’t do massage , who don’t give tip.. and did not give massage for 15 minutes.. they took cash money $60 and not given service.. travels who traveling don’t vist this place and loose money… And I ask for manager, she said she is only manager, no owner to talk.. guys be aware of this scammers.. they rob you..

There was only one person there when I walked in. She was very nice. I don't know alot about massages, but it felt good and I enjoyed myself. Very relaxing. I thank my masseuse. Very nice girl.

Really enjoyed my massage. The masseuse was very respectful of me and politely asked before touching sensitive areas. Really worked out the kinks in back by doing a Japanese style walking on the back, which was great.

Went there on the vacation. Very nice and neat place. Good atmosphere. The service was great also. The therapist was professional. Definitely will go back again!
