Walked in wanting a couples massage for me and my fiance. The owner said only have one person working, just her. So I told her to take my fiance because he was hurting in his back more than me. She took him back and started working on him until a person walked in wanting massages as well. She stopped to talk with him. He walked away, second person that walked in she offered to call somebody to work on him and Placed him in a room but never offered for anybody to be called for me as i was wanting a massage when I walked in the first time too instead my fiance was the one I chose to get the massage. She took 5 mins out to call somebody in on the phone to do the other person and cut my fiance off by 10 mins of his massage between phone call out 5 mins and stopping for 2 people to talk to while still charging $50. So his massage was only for 20 mins. Instead of offering for free massage at later time or a cut deal she was expecting a tip too but that wasn't given because she didn't make up the time for all the stopping. You would think on the weekend more than one person would be working but nope it was just her. Not great professional work on a business. Wouldn't recommend to anyone on weekends.

Saw Mandi today and she did a great job. They are always so accommodating whenever I call for an appointment they end up seeing me right away. Calling ahead is always the best way to make sure you can be seen but I know they take walk-ins as well. Very good and I will continue to go back regularly. Thank you ladies at Tokyo Spa. Everyone I have seen there has been wonderful but I will be asking for Mandi regularly

The massage itself was pretty good, it was how they handled me that was a problem. I called in and asked for a 60 minute appointment for $70 at 7:30pm. The massage lady insisted instead on 45 min for $60 which was confusing to me. I had asked for 60 minutes for $70. She did the massage which included a flip which was nice. Good pressure, technique, etc. I watch the clock closely and she started at 7:35 and ended at 8:17. So a 42 minute massage, not 45 minutes. She then asked me for a tip?! I explained on Google Translate (Japanese) that if you want a tip, you can't short change me on time. She demanded a tip and had a bad attitude when I explained that you can't take shortcuts if you want a tip. I do private consultations myself and I'm ALWAYS generous with my time. It shows customer appreciation. Sigh, I guess I have to go to another place for my massages.

This is my second visit to Tokyo spa and another professional, clean and welcoming 5 star session. I saw Ana this time on a Sunday and I am thankful she was able to fit me in. Keep up the good work ladies and I will see you again soon. My shoulder pain is feeling much better now that I am combining massage with my stretching exercises and drinking plenty of water.

Called for a reservation for whatever time slot is next. Lady was super rude on the phone and could only say “NO” and “NEXT WEEK”. After asking what day, she just said “NO, WE CLOSE 530, NEXT WEEK”. Again I asked “okay what day next week?”…. Rinse and repeat. Rude as hell. Refunded my Groupon, kick rocks you old bat.

Honestly, this was one of the best massages I've had in a while. Very polite and welcoming. The masseuse was very attentive to the areas of my body where I had the most problems. Relieves my tension headaches. I will come again.

I walk in and ask for 1hr massage. I get undressed and ready for the massage, I wait. Then they tell me I can only do a half-hour. This place is unprofessional. They canceled my massage because a higher fee service cam in. Bulls hit place Your response below is bulls hit too. I was offered a 30-minute massage. This was at 11:43qm. How could you have provided a 30 minute massage in 17 minutes? I should never have been put in a room and told to undress. I should have been told there was no one available. That is entirely unprofessional Why should I be willing to go back and get treated the same way for a measly 15% off? Let’s get this straight…you accept me, tell me to undress, I do that, I wait patiently, then you cancel my 1 hour massage and try to make me settle for a 30-minute massage (which would have had to be rushed considering you can’t do a 30 minute massage in 17 minutes), I have to get dressed again and find another place….and you offer me $10 off?????? I’m sorry, but I would never recommend your establishment if that’s how you take care of your customers

Saw a Groupon deal for this establishment and was pretty excited to try it so I purchased a couples massage for my friend and I. When I called to set up an appointment I was told they don't do couples only single. I inquired what I had paid for then and the response was "Only single." So unfortunately I was not even able to get in the door for the service I was purchasing. They may want to update their information if they want more clients via Groupon

I went to see Mandy on a whim the day before New Year's Eve, as my regular masseuse wasn't available. She made me feel comfortable and communicated very well. She was kind and courteous, considerate and technically sound. The atmosphere was relaxing and we enjoyed a wonderful conversation during my visit also. She was even sweet enough to give me a gift for my daughter on my way out! Service like this that goes over and above what's required is so rare these days! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Will definitely return and become a regular client.

I’ve been to Tokyo twice in the last 6 weeks and I have to say it is amazing! Unlike chain stores, they make every single visit all about YOU. The store is very clean and refreshing. Lisa is AMAZING and targets my needs. I will continue to be regular❤️.

The therapist was thorough with the flow of relief from the tension points. Also she accommodated my disability. A calm and warm atmosphere to relax.
