H I had an appointment with male tech for Pedi, but he passed me off to someone else. Why bother scheduling appointments? They (Anne butchered my eyebrows)! She wasn't even who I had an appointment with.

Lee really took his time on my mani and pedi today. He wasn’t rushing nor was he awfully slow. But he took the time to gently and carefully give my nails, hands and feet the maintenance needed. I am very grateful and pleased with the services. Thank you, again Lee!

In town from Houston and wanted to get a manicure somewhere, Lee was so nice and took his time. He was very personable and really made sure I liked my color/nails. He was extremely thoughtful. I will definitely come back the next time I’m in town. A great small business to support.

Honestly, the best nail salon I've ever been to. Holly and Lee obviously take pride in their work and do their best to ensure complete customer satisfaction. They very much care about your experience. Lee used a little magnet to add a stripe to my nails, it was so cool! Also, my hands have never felt softer. 10/10 would 100% recommend to anyone.

I don't regularly get my nails done, but when I do I come here and have been for the last 5 years. I've never had a problem being a walk-in or having an appt. I called today on a whim and scheduled an 11:30 appt for a pedi. They did a wonderful job as always. I'll be back again. 😸

OMG. I took my daughter for nails and dropped her off. She text me crying because the female doing her nails was so rude to her. She said her design looked like a little kid did them and were smeared. She then told her to go to her regular lady if she didn’t like them. When my wife and i arrived, she changed her tune really quick. Worst nail salon we have been to.

They seem to never be available. Today I had a 3pm appointment and drove 30min out only to be told no I'm busy and I have a 3:30. Why even set an appointment if they don't honor them. Very difficult won't ever be back.

Went to this place on a whim because I needed a pedicure badly and my usual was busy and I couldn’t wait a couple hours. First of all, their okay. I just wanna say the price for a gel pedi was overpriced and they didn’t have much of a selection as far as colors go. Maybe 50 colors? Most places I’ve been to have hundreds. Like my usual, Elite Nail Spa, which I totally recommend for pedicures. I go different places for different services because I’m picky like that. A friend and I went after work and they were completely dead. We were the only other ppl there besides the nail techs and the services just seemed rushed. I’ll be sticking to my usual if it means I have to wait . Like I said this place is ok. Mediocre . Don’t really recommend.

I did not like the technician’s customer service it was rude and disrespectful. I went to get a full set of nail tips and after day 3 they started falling off then I went back and instead of them fixing them without charging me again for the color they re did the nails that fell off and because I changed the color they charged me another $21 for color change which they shouldn’t have charged me anything at all and now the new set is falling off as well after day 3 I would not recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for professional services. I could have went to Walgreens and brought some press on nails that would have looked better and last longer

It's a clean place the staff were nice and they allowed us to do a walk in around the middle of the day, which usually is a busy time so it was very convenient to be spontaneous

My spot to go.. pedi and wax is all I do! love the way they learned my name the first time, make you feel as if you have always been there. Not rushed like other places. Took my mother in law she loved it said “ they are nice to my feet not trying to scrub off skin like other place I took her.” After 3 years same great treatment so a 5 star rate is deserved

Lee and Holly are the best nail technicians I’ve ever been to and that’s quite a bit moving every few years with the military. Lee makes my nails look so perfect even though I have a legs nail bed. He’s so meticulous on nails and pedicure and I’m So glad I retired so I can keep coming here

I just moved to Albuquerque and went to a couple different nail salons until I found Tommy Nails, I love the way they do my nails, I never have problems with them lifting of breaking.
