If I could give them 100 starts I would. Perla was soooo knowledgeable. She only cut the ends and helped me by helping my DIY bags lol. I feel she transformed my hair. Even gave me some pointers on how to take care of my hair. She is the best and she is definitely my new hairstylist.

My hair was extremely matted, from root to end, so matted that my hair was hard. I went to tone to have the dematting service and I left a brand new person. All of the fine ladies working on it made sure i was comfortable the entire time. They got every last tangle out of my hair. My dead ends were cut off. I cannot thank Leda and her team enough

I just got a curly cut with Cailin and I’m obsessed with how my curls look!! It looks so healthy, bouncy and so curly!! Cailin did such a great job and I really liked that she gave me recommendations and advice to get these curls on my own. She’s awesome!!! Definitely go to her if you want to get your hair styled or cut which your natural curly/wavy hair!! Thanks Cailin for doing my hair today!

I highly recommend this salon, everyone there is so friendly, the place is beautiful, the environment is great! I worked with Karina, she is top tier! I wouldn’t be able to let anyone else work on my hair after she did. She is amazing!!!

Perla was very attentive to what I wanted done with my hair and she delivered great results while taking the health of my hair into consideration. The whole team was nice and accommodating throughout my whole appointment. Will definitely be back!

Was watching them on TikTok and they literally was detangling this girl’s hair and didn’t give her a price and was asking ppl to donate money. so apparently the girl got over a $1000 in donations and they were there watching every donation to rob her and come up with a price later. They never gave her a price upfront watching all the donations. They are thieves, basically was pocket watching and being so loud. Then they said she has a sad story ok sad story do it for free then.

“Shared from original post on vagaro” If you have someone in training doing hair, you should always have a senior stylist with them. 🫶🏻🥹 and if you are going to keep a client for 6 1/2 hrs, the price should not be more than what they were quoted.

Love Tone Hair Salon such a cool and lively environment. Everyone is so nice and attentive. I love going to Karina for my blowouts she’s the only one I trust. I have thick curly frizzy hair and she’s the only one who can get it smooth and sleek! Highly recommend!!

All I would have needed was a shampoo deep condition and blowout but the person over the phone discourage me from going saying that the service would be too expensive so I never got to even go to the shop which is unfortunate I really did want to go and get my hair done.

Becca is absolutely amazing! I have very long thick difficult hair and she gave me the best blowout ever! Leda Becca refreshed my hair color and it’s so shiny I’m very happy! Highly recommend Tone Hair Salon.

Booked a reservation for 7:45 today with Karina. I checked in online prior and arrived early to the appointment. Once I got there I noticed it was closed and called, a remote employee answered and told me that my stylist left for the day and was going to contact me but didn’t….i had my email and phone number linked to the online booking so I don’t understand why they didn’t contact me. I drove an 45 minutes in the rain, a heads up would have been professional. Don’t have open slots for booking if you can’t follow through. You never tried to contact me at all you waited for me to drive in a storm and knock on the door to tell me the stylist decided to leave and you word for word said “oh she was going to call you but didn’t” very unprofessional

My hair in the pictures is thanks to Perla & Cailin ☺️🥂 I am usually so scared to come to salons because of my naturally curly hair but I am so glad I came in this month during their special! I booked a haircut, condition and blow dry so I came in with my hair straight because I had just been really defeated with my naturally curly hair, it’s routine, and not having someone who knows how to cut it resulting in me having less joy even wearing it naturally. I booked with Perla who is still learning but I am so impressed with her selflessness and willing to learn and know when to let go or change it up for her client. She is already an amazing hair stylist because she assessed my hair, gathered data from me, and decided she’d recommend me switch stylists so I could give my curls another chance. I was a little hesitant because of how many times I’ve nodded my head yes in salons before, agreed, trusted someone with my hair, and then left crying in the car with a frizzy ball of hair and running home to tame it again. So she recommended Cailin! Perla washed and dryed my hair with no product to prepare me for the dry part of the cut, Cailin asked me about my hair goals, what I’ve been doing, using, and prefer. As I heard her teach Perla everything I wish every stylist knew about curly hair, I started to relax. Then I got back in the sink bowl to wash my hair, get a mask, and get the products and styling going. Again, I got scared and thought they’d use products that have no business going in my hair but no! They used products curly girls really use! A new one that I’d be adding to my collection actually lol. And a lot of product like we really need, and then the notorious new bounce curl brush which I use at home and was really hoping for this whole time! I was so surprised and comforted to see it! I asked for volume, and Cailin delivered! She is really doing the curly hair community such a favor by sharing what she knows. This is the first time I’ve left a salon with my hair in its natural state without feeling insecure or wanting more. I love it.

I came in for a bob, asking for super light layering. After coming home and washing it, I saw the completely uneven cut (front being way shorter then back) and the choppy, drastic layers. I actually had to get it fixed but still am super unhappy with the cut. Cool vibe but really dissatisfied in the end quality of my cut. It was the first cut I’ve paid for in years and such a letdown :(

Perlaaaa is literally great!!!!! She is very well at blow outs and if you want a trim or even a full cut. She did my layers beautifully!! I literally can’t stop looking at myself😍😍😍😍. All the girls who work here are so professional and welcoming!

I had an amazing first visit to Tone Hair Salon and couldn't wait to share my experience! From the moment I walked in, the friendly receptionist made me feel right at home, offering me a drink and a warm welcome. Then I met Ana, my stylist, who truly exceeded my expectations. She was gentle, kind, and incredibly thorough with my wash, cut, and style. Ana made me feel beautiful and cared for throughout the entire process. I can't recommend her enough—if you book with Tone Hair Salon, you're in for a fantastic experience!

I was seen by Dreka at the time of my appointment. I appreciate not having to wait past my scheduled time. She communicated every step of the way. She took the time to get to know me and patiently listened to me blab about my natural hair journey. The salon was beautiful and everyone was so helpful. I highly recommend a visit here. *excuse my tired look. This mom life is hectic 😊

I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I was charged $100 for a test strand, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations; it left a blonde strip in my otherwise black hair. The stylist informed me that her prices were $500 per hour and that the full appointment would take 4-6 hours, leading me to decide not to return. When I asked about the $100 fee, which I was told would be applied to a future appointment if I chose to continue, the owner simply said, "let's call it even at $100." Additionally, I was filmed without my consent during my visit, which I found inappropriate. Despite being in my 20s, I felt treated like a child, as the owner assumed I couldn't afford her services before even discussing them. Overall, very disappointing and negative experience, I would not recommend this salon.

This was my first time at the Salon after seeing a couple of their viral Instagrams. Karina is kind, takes her time and did an amazing job with my haircut & blow out. She's a fantastic stylist!
