I had k-tip hair extensions done at this salon and told them I wanted wet and wavy textured hair that I can style on my own while on vacation. I told Toni's assistant that I did not want Keratin when he suggested it because I did not want straight hair and I repeated it again on the day of service. My hair service cost $2100 dollars in total and I felt that I was trapped because they would not give an actual price for the service beforehand other than $9 per piece of each K-tip applied. They also caused excessive hair loss when removing my previous extensions before the installation began. My hair looked fine after it was done, however they then told me that they don't curl or style the hair and I was surprised to hear this. The next few days, the hair was very tangled and shedding all over my floor. I then tried took a shower and some of the ends got wet where I realized it was not curling as requested. I called, then presented to the store and explained the situation then requested for extensions to be removed and to get my money back. The assistant guy removed my extensions causing even more hairloss despite only placing the extensions for approximately 1 week!! They let me sit there while Toni was working on someone else's hair even when I told him I had to get to work and wanted a refund. Toni finally came over to me but refused to give back my money. My friend who has a hair salon on Avenue X told me that they are thieves! I didnt use her salon because I was scheduled to travel and needed my hair done quickly. She did examine the hair texture and will certify in court that the hair was no good and not even real! It certainly was not what I asked them for and Toni doesn't even want to speak with his customers on the phone. The guy was like "you can call me Toni". You deserve no stars for your poor customer service, unprofessionalism and failure to disclose that you are not properly versed in styling African American hair types!!! SEE YOU IN COURT TONI!!!!

I had a great experience with Baris. He is welcoming, kind, fast and talented! I have been coming to him for almost a year now and always happy with the results. Toni salon is a nice salon and appreciate the great service. Thank you and will come again!

I had to redo my hair extensions and found Toni’s on instagram last year so I called made an appointment right away and got extension removal, full head highlights, keratin, and my new 130 pieces of blonde k-tip extensions. The way they work at this salon is above and beyond phenomenal! They have a professional team of stylist who are proficient at their jobs. And then you have the boss Toni who slays hair like no one I’ve seen!!! And he will help you grow out your hair!!!! I met another lifetime member client who was having a touch up done. And she had long natural hair of her own which she gave Toni credit for. She told me how she had short hair when she first went to Toni’s hair salon for extensions like 8 years ago and he helped her hair to grow out long and healthy!!! Who does that?? He could’ve just been greedy and made her keep doing extensions but he has a good heart. I tell you I am so happy to have found this place and will continue going back. Plus, the pricing is fair and you get drop dead gorg hair!!! You won’t be disappointed. God bless

Not the best salon. I got recommended here by a friend for eyebrow threading. After growing my eyebrows out for two months i decided to go there right before vacation. My stupid mistake yes. However the description and photos i gave for what i wanted was no where close to what i got. I wanted straight and a clean look of eyebrows a little thinner. And got the most arched and weird shaped eyebrows. AND THEY WERE NOT THE SAME. My eyebrows looked like they were from teo different planets.. i hated the fact that i already experienced a lady messing up my eyebrows, and i soecifically told that to him, thought i explained my feelings enough, and still got an arched eyebrow that was different from each other.. i was just so disappointed i didnt even say anything and went home to fix them myself.. and there was another guy slurrping his coffee like a gross man above my head talking and distracting the eyebrow man. Seems like a professional spot but is not. Girls, i recommend delacqua on 86th. Its a gem compared to here..

I was having a hair CRISIS- I had put cornrows in for a photoshoot and the girl used practically an entire bottle of suave mousse all over my head, so when I went to take out the braids, CLUMPS of my beautiful butt-length hair fell out. I googled salons close to my job and found Toni’s place. He performed MAGIC on my head. I got a keratin and he convinced me to get a long over-due trim. Since then, I haven’t seen more than 2 hairs fall out of my head per day, and my ends are so healthy. Today I went in for color, and cut some curtain bangs. Once again- MAGIC. Toni helped to bring me back to feeling myself again. I look like I should be in a commercial. Not to mention, Gentiana put eyelashes on me today and I look runway-ready. She does amazing blow outs and makeup. I thoroughly recommend this place! They saved me!!!! Last of all, the prices are incredibly reasonable and affordable. Full head of color is only 50 bucks- absolutely unheard of. If you’re looking to feel your absolute best for low cost, you must try this place!!!!!

This place is terrible, I got highlights done and not only did I have to help him with the process due to the lack of staff but after them I started loosing my hair at an extreme rate. Also the pricing was ridiculous a little over $200. Don’t recommend at all.
