Very disappointed with the work, just because the place looks fancy doesn't mean they are all professionals or good stylists, but this was a bad experience. My daughter wanted her hair dyed red without bleaching it, the stylist should have been honest enough and able to tell her that she couldn't do the job without bleaching it, but she said she could do it and it only stained her clothes, she came out all wet and with her hair exactly the same, that cost 170 dollars and when we said that her hair had turned out the same they didn't want to give us our money back and at that moment the stylist said that without bleaching her hair wouldn't turn out red, that we could come back but the result would be the same unless she bleached it, why didn't she say that before, I felt like she just took her money for nothing, that's what happens when she trusts.

I should have read the reviews. Stylest did not listen to me all! Tears! I asked to cut hair , said about 20 times not to much off length, she took me from waist length hair to over my shoulders….. horrible!!!!!! Never ever again. DO NOT RECOMMEND TONIGHT &guy in clearfork!

Colorist this visit 3/17/2024 was fantastic. She way last may as well. Colorist that did my hair last fall charged me for a full highlight but did maybe half the job. I told the girl at counter it wasnt right and they offered a redo.. i dont have 5 hours to come back for you to fix what should have been done right in the first place. Haircut today was the most painful haircut Ive ever had. Constantly pulling my hair and pulling hair out of scalp. Again told front desk and they do nothing. Not impressed with customer service UPDATE 05/09/2024: Now I call to book color appt, they have an alert on my account? Only one person can schedule? Thanks for the mostly subpar service, and wasting moreof my time. Only person I can recommend is Jinni (not sure on spelling) for color. One would think for what they charge, and I'll gladly pay for decent service they would make an effort to provide even a minimum level of follow up. Not real interested in paying abusiness to ruin my day and waste my money

I can’t speak highly enough of Tiffany’s extraordinary care for my needs, I with very long and thick hair wanted a total change of short concave bob, Tiff didn’t only did an amazing job but also showed me every step she was going through. I had an amazing experience at Toni’s and Tiffany is my go to person forever ,very thoughtful, very caring and very creative, highly recommended!!!

I go here once a year to get my hair touch up by these beautiful ladies! I previously got a beach wave perm by Kai, she was precise and patient as it took 4 hours to do! I love the beautiful result. I struggle with dry hair and so my curls aren’t bouncy and shiny. I’m working on it!

I had an appointment this morning with Paige and she was amazing! From the moment she greeted me when I walked inside to her walking me to the door when we were finished, she was so kind and so lovely. I explained how I wanted my hair, and she made it happen and even more! She brought my imaginary dream hair to an actual reality! I love my hair so much!!! I will only be letting Paige do my hair!!

I was happy with my first set of highlights from Teesy, but when I went to get them retouched, I asked her to match all my highlights to the brighter pieces in front. She did not indicate that this would be a problem. She did the coloring and toning, someone else washed my hair, and someone else cut and dried my hair. I was very happy with the cut, but immediately noticed that none of the other highlights were matched to the bright pieces in front and, worse, there were super brassy, Orange spots. She tried to fix only the exactly spots that I pointed out and said it was due to the dark dye I had before. I had not colored my hair in 4 years— so there was no “dark dye before.” When I got home, I noticed several more orange patches, inconsistent color, and worst of all—obvious brush strokes. I was going to give her a chance to fix it, but it’s so bad, I honestly don’t trust her to. Please see pictures.

Michelle took care of me today and I was definitely in good hands. She was very meticulous and offered suggestions on how to style my hair which has some crazy parts to work with... she took off a lot but I wanted her to. I was ready for a change and knew a Toni & Guy stylist was the way to go to avoid disappointment. Thank you Michelle!! Wish we lived here in Texas because I'd come back to you every time 💪.

Oh my gosh! Michelle did an absolutely amazing job! I will never go anywhere else to have my hair done again. We started off with a detailed hair history and photos of my current hair. When I arrived, she had a plan, she knew exactly what she was doing, and she blew me away. She created my dream look! All I can say is thank you, thank you thank you Michelle!

So...if you don't like a review someone posts, you resort to being petty and trying to shame a client you've already violated by screwing their hair up...or someone who just asks y'all to post more photos of the haircuts and color work that comes out of your salon so they can "know before they go" you talk down...a good representative would have said that they appreciate the feedback, but perhaps you're insecure about the finished work coming out of your salon. Wow...people are just speaking the truth. It's very apparent that CUSTOMER SERVICE is not a priority in this salon, and it sounds like they get their training from who ever responds to these reviews. Negative feedback is instrumental to help you grow and improve your business. Re-do's for botched colors shouldn't be forced onto anyone that isn't comfortable after having their trust violated. Do better

These people have the worst customer service I had to be rude and ugly to try and get my money back ,me saying I was upset and unsatisfied with my service should have been enough, not only until I called the cops the manager agreed to give me my money back , they messed my hair up , I would not recommend this place to any one, Your response speaks for its self, it doesn’t change the fact my hair is ruined, and have horrible customer service ! What makes you think I would let you try to fix or touch my hair again , and it’s policy that if customers are not satisfied with their service a refund should be issued , a good salon should stand behind its quality, good luck with the future of your salon, like I said I wouldn’t recommend your salon to anyone.! My hair looks like salt and pepper grays, and I left the salon with product still on my neck I asked for highlights

This was a horrible experience for me. Everything at first was going fine, foils go in, awesome, then she (Jenny) puts on the color. At first, it's cold, then hot, then my scalp started to burn. I mentioned it to her, this is burning... she added a packet of Sweet N Low to the mixture and keeps going. I tell her, this is really burning. I'm used to itching, cold or warm, but this is burning like nothing else, like a really bad sunburn. Even my adult son who was with me was concerned for me, but she acted like this was normal. She asks me if I can handle it for 20 minutes to process because it needs at least that long, and she has a haircut to do. If I need to wash it out, so and so can do it. Like I know who so and so is, I've never been there. Someone named Conner shampooed me. Nice enough, but extremely hard on the scalp and not a pleasant experience either. Well, after rinsing and everything, I have a rash, a chemical burn and a horribly bad headache. Here it is, four days later and I have scabs all over my head from the chemical burn. Plus, they made me pay for it and didn't offer any condolences, no apologies, NOTHING. Then to top it off, they wanted me to sign a waiver before I left because they failed to do a patch test. Uh, no... I'm not signing anything. The lady who cut my hair was wonderful, Helena. She was fabulous. I haven't decided what I'm going to do about all of this, but I truly do no recommend a color here, especially if they don't listen to their clients who are suffering from chemical burns and just say to deal with it but in the same breath say they want you to come back. Doesn't make sense to me. UPDATE: The manager called me & said that the stylist did not report the incident to management at the time of service which was why there was nothing offered at the time of service. They have credited my account for the coloring service to use should I wish to return. I may return to see Helena for a haircut service in the future since I was pleased with the service she provided.

Yall are terrible at posting pictures of y'all's work! Toni and guy use to be really proud of their hair work & from the looks of the pictures I can't tell what if they are before or after pics. Most look like they are before color &cuts which is not good for y'all. Your customers post great before and after in their reviews, atleast the few that have recently.

i wish i could have given jenny a better tip. she did amazing on my hair! i trust her in the future with my hair from now on. came in with a lot of weird stuff done that i’ve done with my hair and came out loving it so much in the end. thank you so much jenny, i’ll be coming back because of you!

This place sucks! I told them to do highlights that blend into my root so it doesn’t look patchy and unnatural and instead the girl gives me lowlights making my hair DARKER than it was before and it is so bad at the roots I want to die!

Wow. I called Toni & Guy at Clearfork to reschedule my appointment today because of the ice on the roads. I am 71 years old and life an hour away. I was told there would be a $50 ($25 per service) reschedule fee charged to my card on file. I told them that was unfair since it was due to the weather that I would find someone else. They called me back and said they would waive the fee this one time. I said great. Then she told me after my color I would have to leave there with wet hair unless I paid someone $60 to blow dry my hair. I told her that was crazy and too much for someone to just dry my hair. I told her I would have to find another colorist. Then she told me that they would be charging me $100 cancellation fee . I asked her why since she told me before it would be $50. She did not have an answer for that .
