I used Tony&Guy website to make an appointment and they called me to confirm that I realized the location change. They are on 281 instead of La Cantera. Always happy with Jila’s haircut. She did exactly what I asked her to do and my hair looks very stylist and I love it 💕

Pathetic!!!!! I just drove an hour to get my daughters hair cut, got to the address listed on the website to find out that the salon is no longer here. It hasn’t been here since January!! 8 months!!!! When I called the salon they informed me that even though I have a confirmation number that they didn’t have us down. Waste of a day, waste of my gas!!!

Disappointed that I called in advance, made an appointment, discussed what was needed and when I arrived they informed me that my appointment was not made correctly and I could go back another day. Waste of an afternoon

Do not go to this salon. They have cancelled on me several times & not offered any incentive to return. This used to be my favorite salon in town. I bragged about it to everyone. Not anymore. Bye TIGI 👋🏼

Haircut was awful. They didnt blowdry my hair, as I said wanted to leave with it curly, so I left wet while it was raining and cold outside. I kept telling the stylist I like body, volume, and movement, yet she just kept curling my hair with her fingers and flattening the style. She said I should come back in 8 weeks to texture and add layer??!?! I came for it now and expect it at the appointment made for a cut and style. She told me Not to diffuse my curls?!?! I just don't know what to make of this experience. I rewashed and diffused when I got home, and I am just devastated. The back looks like a square...no movement, no depth,and I look like I have a square helmet. No amount of consolation from the staff will change the opinion of my experience. The brand Toni and Guy is nice, but the staff at this location just do Not have what it takes to charge over $70 for a cut and style. I give this place 1/2 Stars and that was for the friendliness.

I gave 2 stars for customer service and availability. They got me in within 30 minutes and everyone was very nice. I asked for long layers and the hair cut is not good. It’s so choppy and uneven which is unfortunate. It was pricey, in total I think I paid $100. Now I’ll have to pay more to get it fixed and I am not happy about it at all.

I had an a for today, sat with Loretta and explained why I was switching hairdressers….. felt comfortable and set up my appointment with them….. show up and they said I canceled …. Really was disappointed never again will I ever try this place!

I have been going to T&G ever since the time I lived in London back from 2001-2006. Found T&G here and have been going since , I think they were located in North Star at one point . But anyway, I love T&G. I trust them with my hair coloring and hair cuts . They are incredibly nice and their training is constant and technique is top notch. I highly recommend JILA for your haircuts , I love her and she is a master at her craft . They are all amazing though .

I have followed Jila here from the Ingram location as she is my only trusted "go to" when it comes to knowing curly hair & bangs! Perfect always, yet her kindness & dedication to your specific requests are the most valuable thing you leave with! Client since 2010? Maybe 2009...the service you receive is priceless! Update on 10/28/2022...JILA, you are the BESTEST BADDEST bangs cutter & curly hair stylest I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I am so happy I was paired with you that very nervous 1st haircut after moving back to SA. I will follow you, wait for you & never stray away (except when I am feeling feisty & butcher my own bangs) as you are "the yin to my bangs." For 14 years now? Give or take?! Much love!!

I used a color remover at home n ruined my hair. I call n they gave me the same day a free consultation for corrective colour with Loretta n hair cut n stylist with Jila. Next day they proceeded with all the hair repair that i needed. I'm so impressed with the results.

I was hesitant in going to toni and guy being that I normally go to visible changes however the other salon did not give me what I wanted I'm so glad that I went to toni and guy as the gace me exactly what I wanted. The staff is absolutely awesome. Paulina the color specialist Susan the stylist and the young lady who washed my hair whom will soon be cutting hair. I'm definitely going back

I was kind of hesitant to go to Tony and guy I normally go to visible changes I'm so glad that I went they gave me the color and style that I had wanted the staff was absolutely amazing from the color specialist Paulina the stylish who cut my hair Susan the the young lady who washed my hair who will soon be cutting hair in definitely coming back.

My 11 year old daughter is obsessed with Jordan!!! She got her hair done this week and loved it. She won’t go to anyone but Jordan and this is her third time going back. Jordan always takes her time and does exactly what my daughter asks for. Front desk was great too super nice!

My wife made an appointment for 11:30 am for a haircut and color, when she gets there on time, the receptionist correct her that appointment was for 11:45am. Even after my wife shows her the actual confirmation on her voicemail, it made no difference. My wife waited over an hour with no progress to her appointment. What’s the point of making a appointment when Tony&G can’t keep their appointment in line? All my wife got from this place is nothing but excuses and run around. Not to mention, when my wife for ask a status half way thru her hour wait, there was no longer stations available. Disappointed and expected more from tony&g

They called and cancelled my most recent hair appointment which was booked for over 2 weeks less than one hour before the appointment- I was already on my way there. Poor and unprofessional customer service, wand the colorist who cancelled was the salon owner, Loretta. I won’t be returning to this salon as they clearly don’t respect their clients time.

Toni & Guy At La Cantera did amazing job on mine and my daughters hair. They were attentive to our wants and we felt like family by the time we left. I have never been treated with such care and attention. I drove from Austin to get my perm and wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out because I had never been at this shop before, but it was well worth the extra drive! I have received so many compliments on my hair. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed!

Very disappointed in my experience I was given a completely different haircut that I had asked for I called and explained my problems with the cut the staff was helpful and got me in touch with the owner who was also very nice and helpful she scheduled an appointment to fix it I showed a picture of what I wanted I mean the style I had to settle for to the stylist and again magically everything I said was ignored I received a haircut just as bad as the first one and now it’s shorter and just as uneven I was told by two of the stylists there that I would receive a refund I contacted the owner and I still have not gotten a reply I posted pic of what I wanted and what I was left with left one star for customer service

Love this place! Jacob did amazing on my color! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did it perfectly. He’s very experienced and knows what he’s doing! Celen and Susan did great on my haircut and blowout! All were so friendly. Thank you! Will be back!
