The worst experience with Chrystal. After wash I had ALL THE DIRTY HAIR THAT WAS STOCK IN THE DRAIN now being stock in my hair and she was playing it off like its no big deal. Also, when I dared speak up about dislike of her work she (Chrystal) was so angry she said she will not put my extensions back, which she sold me a few weeks earlier. Also, check your bill before paying. She charges up. What a crook!

I had high hopes for this place because it had such good reviews. They butchered my hair. I asked for silver blonde with black base and didn't receive that at all. I'm just not too sure how it ended up like this. They charge me $285 for something I didn't want. I don't really mind that it's too short at the top. But I do mind that it's all uneven. I work with the public and I have My hair looking like this. I don't understand how they could look me in my face and charge me that. They totally took advantage and I will not be going back. Now I have to pay more money to get it fixed. They should be ashamed. And I personally believe they should at least give me half the money back. That would make it right. Please do better. And no I don't want to come back to get the hair fixed. It should have never happened in the first place. The staff is really nice That's one thing I can say.

I'm having buyer's regret big time here. I went in for a cut and color, came in for the consultation beforehand and was quoted $210. Then 3 weeks ago I had it done and the color is coming out of my hair already. And I found some sections of my hair that weren't eventually cut so I had to cut it myself to make it even. And I ended up paying $300 for it in the end. I wish I never went there.

Horrible stylists. Did a horrible job, communication was bad and instead of resolving my issue, stylist had an attitude and said “you can leave if u want to” very unprofessional. Supercuts has a better attitude than these girls. They are stuck up and disrespectful. I’m still paying for my service so I expect you to be professional. Horrible by far worse service I’ve ever received in my life. Management does not care and they are very dirty

I booked a last-minute appointment for a trim and blowout. I have long, curly hair, and usually, when I sit in a stylists chair for the first time, the disdain is palpable. However, Emme did such a fantastic job! When she asked me to look up, and she brushed the curls out, it was like a party trick! My hair has never looked so beautiful!

I went in to have a haircut I had done by another hair dresser fixed by Asme and I walked away in tears. Tears of pure joy. It was by far the best haircut I have ever had. I will totally be returning to see Asme. This girl knows what she is doing when it comes to a haircut.

Jennifer Minker is fabulous. It’s always hard to find someone who can cut great short hair cuts/styles and she’s the one! She’s an expert at what she does and I love that she really listens to you to find out what you really want She cut my hair for nearly 2 years in the Chandler Arizona area and I sure do miss her. Tucson is lucky to have her! I will drive to Tucson just to have her cut my hair!
