Amanda Campbell has been doing my hair for years. It’s hard to find someone who can do the perfect blonde, and she does just that. Recently, I decided to try extensions. As you can CLEARLY see, I have extremely fine hair, and not much of it at all. I always wanted extensions, but I didn’t think I had enough hair to hide it. Amanda was able to install super small K tip extensions, and they work perfectly for my hair. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for, and for the confidence boost, it is well worth it! Amanda is the greatest, and the other staff members are so friendly and helpful as well.

Poorly managed. Inconsistent quality of service. Their leadership is lacking and so are their listening skills and talent. If you want a great hair stylist this is not the place. Waste of money and time.

Previously seeing Allyse for my haircuts and always was satisfied. Was informed she is no longer with the company and considering my pleasant experience with her I figured I would be okay with someone new. When I was getting my haircut by said person I requested a TRIM as I wanted to refresh my hair. I stated I wanted it cut straight but also to trim the two small face framing front pieces I had. Throughout the appointment she probably asked me about 3 times if I wanted layers and I continued to say no. Now when she got to my front pieces she just took it and ran with it and now I have bangs that are not blended or even on each side. I am honestly lost for words. On top of this she asked me if I did hair treatments and miss took that as me wanting one so then I paid an additional $40 for a conditioning treatment. My mother also had her appt right after me and when she pointed out to the hairstylist her hair was also in even… she readjusted the hair position to make it look even…

Nancy did an amazing job on my hair cut and style. I couldn’t be happier. I made sure to book my next appointment before I left. Her scalp massage was heavenly, she did exactly what I wanted with the cut and styling, educated me on new products which I am excited to use at home to improve the integrity of my hair. I was looking for a new haircut and all over color, and Malaika at Toni & Guy ( La Encantada) did an amazing job! She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the entire process, making me feel comfortable and confident in her hands. Not only is she friendly, but her customer service is also top-notch. I absolutely love my haircut, and my hair feels and looks fantastic. I highly recommend Malaika for anyone looking for a great stylist!

I love coming to Toni&Guy ! My hairdresser Malaika is amazing she has changed my hair for the better! I used to never get haircuts because I wanted "long hair" but Malaika educated me about the importance of haircuts for hair growth and guess what she's right! My hair had never been healthier and my cut/color is always exactly what I ask for ! Oh and the blowouts are the best here !

Amanda and Nancy are absolutely amazing at what they do! Amanda did my highlights amazing and they look so natural and Nancy gave me am amazing haircut and style and a wonderful treatment and a beautiful style! They are also both so sweet and nice and make you feel so comfortable and relaxed! I will definately be back!!!

I just got my hair cut and styled by Nancy and she did an AMAZING job!!! She did exactly as I asked for and was speedy, professional, and kind. I have been to Toni and guy many times but have never received a hair cut this good. To management of this location please give her some well deserved recognition. I want her to cut my hair for the rest of my life!

Love Toni & Guy. I used to go to them in Colorado Springs. I always made an appointment with the same stylist— Dylan. I would even travel to CO after I moved to NM. No Toni & Guy there. Then I moved to AZ. I contacted them and have found the most wonderful stylist— Ryan. However please note that they have other stylists that do a great job. I have seen and heard how they treat the clientele and the results are Fabulous! Highly recommended. I go to the Toni & Guy at La Encantada.

Stylist shaved into my hairline while using clippers to trim my bangs. Would be a nightmare at a Super Cuts. For a salon that charges minimum $65 for a haircut- that’s absurd. Management offered a free haircut (once the shaved piece grew out) but who would return to a salon where that was done?

WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! My son had a haircut from Samuel here last week and gave home the most hideous and heinous haircut!! He even showed a photo of the style and completely butchered his hair and it was disgusting. They are ridiculously expensive (and Im from NY) and utterly incompetent. They should be ashamed to call themselves hair stylists. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!!!
