I felt very disappointed in my service. The lady who did my nails did a very lousy job. Did not clean up around my nails after she applied the polish. As well as my pedicure. She ruined 3 of my nails and barely fixed them. I typically go to Lynn and always have amazing results. Not this time.

Place was empty when I got there on a Saturday afternoon (first red flag). Football on the TV… and the place was filthy. I am new in town so I just went in. Mistake, as I should have checked reviews first but with the holidays right around the corner I was desperate. Probably one of the worst manicures Ive ever had. After the third nail i knew she had no clue what she was doing. Told her to stop and remove them all at this point she had ruined my set. They told me to go to another chair where a nice lady removed my nails. The same lady who removed my nails did my pedi and it was great. At this point I don’t know if it was just bad luck and I got stuck with a newbie. Either way, I was extremely disappointed and wished I never went in. What I came in with was better than what I left with…

I went there today, I’ve been there before, today I said good afternoon, wasn’t acknowledge by anyone , I proceeded to sign in and sat down, after being there for almost an hour, a young lady walked in, with no appointment either, right away they asked her what she was having done. After she was sitting for 10 minutes, they called her back. I asked a girl that was sitting in the front that if they were not following in the sign in paper.. No response, I just got up and left. Would never go back to pay a lot of money, tip well and be ignored by rude people. They’ve lost a customer.

Love this salon. One of my go-tos. PLEASE NOTE - make an appointment because they close whenever they want to. After 5pm is risky. I've gotten there at 6:30pm on a Tuesday and they were closed twice which sucks bc I'm not off work until 6.

Jade is absolutely best - she is very gentle & thorough. My nails look beautiful each & every time. Everyone is very friendly and does a great job too.

Honestly, I’m a bit disappointed. I paid a lot for my nails and they started coming off after a week and a half. The lady who did my nails was nice and patient but I’ve lost three nails in a week and a half. This is one of those things where I wish I listened to the reviews. The owner also charges the credit card fee to the customer which is fine had I been told that.

I just visited Top Beauty for the first time and I'll be back. I almost don't want to post this review because I don't want others to know about this great place! There were plenty of nail techs to take care of the many customers. The shop is impeccably clean and very peaceful.

Their pedicure is the best I have found in Orlando and their shellac manicure lasts for at least 21 days. As an artist my hands are subject to lots of abuse but my nails always look great and I get many compliments. Top Beauty is responsible for this. I really appreciate their service.

Went for a last minute pedicure with my sister, walked in and we’ were serviced almost right away. I had Andy, he was so nice and detail oriented, can’t remember the last time I was so satisfied with my pedicure! So reasonably priced as well, they’ve got a new regular !

As a nail tech myself, I can say the person who did my nails did such a sloppy job. I left this place furious, enough to never come back. I have a newborn and unable to do my own nails, my husband wanted me to get my nails done and pamper myself a little for Christmas. I got an amazing pedicure by a young girl but the lady who did my hands, aside from being there for nearly three hours, the manicure was so sloppy, painful, uneven(some nails longer than others), Some bulkier than others in other words a hot mess. The color application was the worst!!! Bumpy and patchy. Uneven, away from cuticles. I was devastated I should of taken that time i wasted in this place and gotten my nails done by myself. Smh. Of course i spoke to the owner about how unsatisfied i was with the nails and she apologized and offered me to come back to get them redone but no thanks.

I got my gel manicure done YESTERDAY and this is how it looks today! The polish on three of my nails has already come off within 24 hours! Do yourself a favor and save your money - the quality of the service was TERRIBLE!

I'm not one to write bad reviews but I went in as a walk in to take my acrylics off and let me tell you the lady who took them off was extremely rough and I was in pain the whole time. I even let her know a few times it was hurting as she was drilling my nails and she ignored me. I finally had it and pulled my arm away and told her to stop. She looked at me and kept going. I'm super polite and let it ago and then she proceeds to drill and and take my cuticles off and I start to bleed! At this point I needed them off because they were so long and the nail lady knew I was angry at this point and finally apologized. Then she kept pressuring me to get a gel set knowing my nails hurt and she would not stop asking. I told her no cause I was in a rush and I needed to leave. My nails looked so ugly by this point I just asked her to put a clear coat and she agreed. I still tipped her and everything because I'm not the type to not leave a tip after a service, but everyone please be aware before going to this nail place. They are not attentive, very pushy, and doesn't care about the condition of your nails.

It was my first time going there and they seemed to have been in a rush because they were closing in the last hour. Needless to say I got a rush job. I tried the dip powder for the first time and she did my right hand darker than the left hand. She took her time with my right hand but when it got down to the wire, she just did what she wanted with my left hand…barely dipped my tips as it should’ve been ombré. I asked for coffin shaped nails and they are barely that shape as well. The only thing she did well was put the butterflies on my nails. You can’t screw that up. Also, while using the drill, she burnt off all my cuticles. It’s was the worse experience I’ve had. And I was visiting in town. Now that I’m back in my home city, I will have to pay out of pocket to fix my left hand. 0 out of 10 would not recommend!

Worst nail salon experience i’ve ever had. I went for pink and white ombré, and they are absolutely not “pink and white specialists” like the sign mentions on their door. The girl messed up my nails so bad so she hands it to the other lady and she does even worse. One of the girls were very rude to me and to my mom. She for sure needs lessons on how to deal with customers the right way. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I’m a regular customer at this location I was waiting to get a refill and a pedicure. Hannah came to me and ask me what I’m getting done I told her and she took me to he chair. While getting my service done and about to be finished. Hannah had one of her colleagues ask me if I would like to come another day to get my pedicure done and I said no. I asked why and was told she has a customer who has an appointment. But that lady was there sitting waiting with me before Hanna came to offer me service. So I said well I’m not leaving without getting my feet done. So I was put in the pedi chair and waited over 30 min. So I told the manager if that lady had an appointment why did she take me in front of her knowing we both we’re waiting on service???? All he said was that I’m sorry that right there made me get out of character. I would never ever step foot back into there spa nor my daughters. Worst service I’ve ever gotten from any business and never again

Love this place, have been here many times, please just let customers know they need to sign in upon arriving. After being acknowledged at the door and asked what service I wanted I sat and waited for 30 minutes while multiple people who came in behind me were seated because they signed in and I forgot to. Please just tell everyone to sign in when being greeted. Did not have time to wait any longer and had to leave.

Yesterday I attended for the first time to do a manicure gel, and only with a shower I already had part of the enamelling. They left my fingers dirty with enamel, and the person who attended me was not friendly at all.
