I called to see if they would accept walk in new customers for two manicures and they were so nice and fit us right in. They were they were super busy, too, (we arrived on a Saturday around 2pm) and it was only a short wait for both our chair openings! Very friendly, they did designs on my nieces nails and the prices were better than most shops, even after tip. Highly recommend. A++ service, felt very comfortable for my first ever visit.

I have been going there 2 years but this year I've noticed my gel polishing chipping after a couple days. Sadly, went back 4 times, each time the next day the gel polish chipped. I've realized the products are cheap and not worth my time or money. Looking for a new nail salon

Nail salons need to start prioritizing cleanliness. I came in for a pedicure and the lady going to give me the pedicure had just been working on a pedicure from an older gentlemen. She set me up in the chair and proceeds to start touching my feet getting the water ready without washing her hands after touching his feet. Gross. Then while my feet were soaking I watched her bring over the same tools she used on his feet which were kind of knarly looking (one toe nail falling off and bandaged) over to my chair. She put them in the sink where customers wash their hands, squirted some soap on them and just picked them up to rinse and done. Honestly I thought they were supposed to disinfect the tools between each use. I'm pretty sure with a solution other than hand soap. It just was all around gross. There needs to be a higher standard of cleanliness. I ended up walking out because I really didn't want those gross tools anywhere near my feet. People can get foot funguses and other stuff so to not clean things properly is not okay.

We came in and I asked for long nails they act like they couldn’t do it and the lady was having a attitude and I told her I wanted my nails long and she told me to leave.DONT ever go there again they do not have their salon straight.

Friendly, doesn’t smell horribly of solvents, and a great job on a gel mani from two different ladies! Definitely will go back!

I’ve been going here for 15 years, but never again. Brought my daughter for a before school nail and toe polish. Made an appointment. Arrived on time and waited 40 minutes. She requested different colors for her fingers and they made a big deal like it would be a chore. I wrote the colors down and offered to get the colors from the shelf. I’ve seen women get complicated nail art, so the colors of the rainbow shouldn’t have thrown them but it did. The finger polish took about 10 minutes. When my daughter asked about her toe polish, and I re-asked, she was told there was no time. Again, not a manicure, not a pedicure. Panting her nails to feel special for kindergarten. We had an appointment. They made us wait and then told us the service we requested would take too long. Went to a different salon and they did a toe polish in about 12 minutes. The staff at Top Coat, where I’ve gone routinely and recognize by face and name, was rude and dismissive. Poor service. Don’t bother making an appointment. There’s better customer service salons in Natomas.

I have doing my nails here for 2 years but always is the same, they don’t do what you want or they don’t have the color you want! I’ve always comeback because I don’t like to be picky but now I’m tired as you see in the picture I just have 3 days with them and the gel is coming out and also the stones. They use cheap products and do your nails as faster they can ! 1 hr for manicure I think is not enough time ! That’s why the nail came out to easily!

I have been coming here for years. Always a fair price, and well worth it. Mindy is the only one I let do my nails, and she's wonderful. Always out within an hour and she has never disappointed me. Love love love Mindy 🖤

I wish I could give zero stars. Went in 2nd time..lady asked me what I needed I said only to fix 1 broken nail rude and said they are too busy smh. 1st time was rude as well. Atp might just be prejudice/racist. Don't Waste your money here. Never been told that to fix 1 thing especially that'll take less or 10mins smh

I'm not sure how I feel about this place after the last services I received. I have been coming here for years and the two people who typically would do my pedicure were both out on vacation. I went to a new associate who I have never seen before and didn't care for the pedicure or manicure I received. She added acrylic to one of my toe nails without asking me and then had the nerve to charge me. She only did it on one toe which then made the other toe look funny so I asked her to do it on the other big toe and she had an attitude. Super unprofessional. She had also originally told me she was going to be doing my nails but then when I made the comment about the toenail she tried to pass me off to another associate. She ended up still doing my nails but I did not like how they turned out as she did not follow my instructions and kept trying to do her own thing. I really did not even want to tip her, but I go there often. Contemplating finding a new shop simply because of her. On the other hand, my daughter services were great and the two ladies who took care of her took their time and were patient. I watched another associate rushed through another customer's pedicure and it just made me question this shop in general. Service isn't what it used to be sad to say.

Chloe and Van are GREAT! I have went to other salons and have been disappointed but Chloe has been my nail tech for the past year and she is soooooo BOMB! 🧡 Van is a magician with the feet I highly recommend this nail salon!

I have been to the salon 2 times now. The first time, (sept 5) I was taken very good care of. Honestly the best salon manicure I've ever had. Got the perfect shape gel manicure, perfect polished. Not rushed or skimped. Lasted me 4.5 weeks before I came to get them redone just for the sake of a change. 10/5 stars for that visit. Second time I came in, (Sept 23) I was expecting the same standard of care and quality. The technician did a great job removing my gel, prepping and shaping my nails. But then another client came in who had a appointment with my nail technician. They were early for their appointments. 35 minutes early. After this, my nail technician began laying on the gel very quickly. Leaving gaps on the sides of my nails. She did the three coats as I wanted and I hope that it would flatten itself out, but it did not. I am never one to right bad reviews if it has not really affected me. But I have been growing my nails out and got them done for my baptism and engagement photoshoot this weekend. One of my nails is broken from the weak spot where there was a lack of gel polish. The spots with a gap of Polish were right on the smile line of my nail, where the nail turns White, and where the nail breaks the easiest and most common. Currently, the dents and holes are noticeable, and even if I get them redone before this weekend, one of my nails is broken now. I don't think that this entire nail salon has bad practices. As I said, I had an amazing experience the first time. I would definitely give this nail salon a try, but once you find a nail technician who works to your standard, make appointments with them I guess.

Tran does my nails, she is always good with getting me in when I call for an appointment. Great job every single time. I get lots of compliments on my nails even though I like my nails kind of short.
