I dont remember the name of the girl that did my nails, but she did a horrible job, her station was dirty, she did not use a new nail file, she put the wrong color on my nails, and the wrong shape, plus my nails look super thick. I will never go back to the place.

I recently visited Top Coat Nail Salon for manicure and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in the stuff was friendly and welcoming the salon has calming atmosphere which made the whole experience even better. The nail technician was fantastic! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure to get every detail perfect. I also had great experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Top Coat Nails for top notch service and relaxing environment.

Nails were poorly done, I had to come back due to paint job and shape. They were closing at end of day and I had no time to stay longer. I came back she fixed them and three days later a nail popped off. I called to see if I can come in after work and she said yes. When I arrived she said she couldn’t do it. I’m tired just was in a lot of traffic just to be told she didn’t have time. To another nail shop I go!

I’ve been there several times and have had very inconsistent service. I was charged much more than the prices I was given on their very confusing list of services. While I was getting my manicure I noticed all the nail clippings on the floor below me. Very disappointing for $300 for two people, mani and pedi.

Mama Katie is a wonderful woman. I love her energy. But unfortunately her station was extremely dirty. She didn’t have an arm rest so she put my hands on a metal cup. She didn’t use a new nail file or buffer. Her monomer was cloudy and full of gunk. And instead of rinsing it out she kept refilling the glass. I asked for a French tip with a pink tip color. But normally you’d put either a nude as the base color or a color of your choice. She didn’t suggest any of that she insisted I chose the pink acrylic with glitter. Now that’s on me but I’m not into confrontation and I stay silent. She also didn’t check to see if my nails were the same length bc my right hand is longer than my left. The only reason I’m upset is because she kept saying she’s a professional whenever I try to speak about anything. Again I love her spirit but I unfortunately don’t like her work or work hygiene. (Edit) EVERY SINGEL NAIL popped right off after 4 days. Like press ons. They just came off

My best friend highly recommended Kevin here at Top Coat. Kevin is fun and comfortable to talk to, and he has done such an amazing job both times I've gotten my nails done. He is efficient and makes it seem so easy. I highly recommend you go see Kevin and make an appointment like right now! He does such an amazing job with reasonable prices.

Katy is amazing. Don't let the old reviews scare you or turn you away! This hidden gem is less than a mile from my house and I am thrilled to have a place so close. They take their time and are super friendly. They do an excellent job. I have horrible ingrown toenails and short finger nails and they cut them all out (pain-free) and didn't file or burn my nails. I am a forever customer!

Kevin did a great job on my nails, He was very detailed. I asked for an ombré and he definitely delivered. I’m a get anxiety usually when nail techs get around my cuticles because i’m always nipped, but kevin was gentle and didn’t nip or hurt my hands once. I highly recommend him, when visiting Top Coat Nails Salon. My nails are 3weeks in and they are just starting to lift a little.

Terrible service completely messed up my eyebrows!! I would totally not recommend this place at all. Stay away at all cost. I feel disrespected and I can’t believe what they have done.

Unfortunately over charged by $60. Make sure you have them write down price before services. Quoted $80, and said total was $140. That much of an over charge doesn't happen by accident. It's a shame, as I will never go back

I called ahead of time to see what the wait time was and the man told me to come in now cause there was no wait time.. so I come in and they tell "oh we don't have room please come back at 330pm.." I was upset and told them I called ahead of time and was told no wait... they said sorry please come back at 330pm. So I left and came back 10mins before 330pm to make sure I got a spot... but then a guy who works there says oh can you come back in 30mins and I said "what are you taking about they told me to come back at 330pm. I've already waited." Then gave me a lame excuse about not taking appointments (which I know for a fact they do) and that they didn't know I was coming back even though I said I would. I was so disappointed because I've gone to this place for years and never recieved such poor service! I will not be going back there again!

Love Top Coat. They have fair pricing and once you find a tech you like, you'll stick with them. Mine is Mary and she is wonderful! 2 years of seeing her every two weeks for a fill and once a month for pedicure.

I got my gel pedicure with a hot stone massage from Kathy, she is so sweet and very talented. She held a conversation with me, didnt speak in another language around me lol. Will definitely come here from now on for all my mani and pedi needs. Thank you Kathy, love my nails.
