I’ve had a bad experience in hair salons before but this place is great! I don’t remember the two people I had for two separate haircut appointments, but they were/are amazing. Felt welcomed and was kept updated on how long the wait was before I was next. I’ve been given recommendations/suggestions on different haircuts to relieve my head of headaches (because the weight and thickness of my hair). Will continue to go to them for future haircuts.

My daughter and I went in to get our hair cut . My daughter has autism and a hair cut isn’t always easy for her. It had been a few years . The ladies that took care of us were so awesome!!! My hair looks outstanding and my daughter walked out feeling like a million dollars. The lady was so kind and patient with my daughter and made her feel beautiful. The service was excellent. Will definitely be returning here for trims .

Botched my friends hair wasn’t even at all. When she finally got the courage to go in and have it fixed they said she was no longer a customer and wouldn’t fix it she then asked if she could At least have a refund they said no she asked to speak with a manager and they got some random girl to pretend to be manger and when the actual manager called the store she asked to speak with her the lady flat out told her no and said she had 5 seconds to leave or she would call the cops they have 0 accountability and 0 talent for cutting hair will definitely be calling the board of cosmetology to report them!

Hair stylists come and go. Some very good all the way down to lousy. Have been using the same stylist for quite a while. She left. But came back. Just have to call and find out which salon she is at when ready to get hair cut.

My husband took our son in and they added him to a waiting list for a 30-45 minute wait and said they would call my husband. They never did so he went over there and she said it would be another 20-30 mins…..she never called nor put him on a list….this is ridiculous and we won’t be back.

Thankyou Mallory! Been going here for years, never had a problem. Today was probably one of the better visits. The two stylists were very busy, but very friendly, informative, and good at their job. They were nice to work through their lunch since there was a few of us waiting.

I took my 94-year old mother to Top Cuts this afternoon. She has been going there for 10 years to get her hair cut. There were two women working and neither one was friendly at all, especially the one who cut her hair. She never smiled or asked how my mom was doing or tried to make small talk at all. It was really odd; it was the one of the worst examples of customer service I have seen. After the cut, there was hair all over my mom's clothes even though she had a gown on. The stylist didn't blow dry it at all or even ask if my mom wanted it blow dried or styled. The cut was decent, but my mom won't be going back to this place to get her hair cut again.

We came here for a haircut for my son. He wasn't sure what style he wanted. The stylist was able to give him a clean cut and understand preteen indecisiveness. Clean place with friendly staff. I'd recommend this location.

Went to get my hair cut this last Wednesday, told the hair dresser what i wanted instead she gave me a "high & tight" hair cut. The haor dresser with green/yellow hair didnt pay attention to what she was doing, ignored what i told her about how i wanted my hair cut, didnt dtyle my hair, didnt brush/blow off the cut hair. Instead she was to focused on her hair problems and life drama. Would not recommend this location or hair dresser.
