The only hair salon I go to, it has been probably 5 years for color, cut and highlight. Never any issues, friendly and professional. I trust them and their opinion. Oh, wash and blow out is becoming my favorite with their scalp massage!

They don’t speak English or make u understand and have no experience at all and they will tell u something that it won’t make sense . I won’t recommend this place at all . The lady msg me saying that I can walk in and got there around 11:30 am and waited 2 hours just to tell me that it will take time for the color we can’t do it today . And she was not agreeing for whatever she said to me over the phone 🙄they just waisted my time .

Mens cut is reasonably priced and the stylists are skilled for standard straight hair. Hair washing is comfortable and you get a shoulder massage. Good in and out in 30 minutes type of place. I can go to a barber shop and spend 3X as much without tip for a cleaner fade and razor shave but I reserve those for special occasions. Worth a trip from downtown to NE.

I’ve had ALOT of cuts in my time and people say that my hair is hard to cut but Danny cuts it perfectly every time. The shampoo team is also the best I’ve ever experienced. They can typically get me in any time I need a quick trim. They are good to my kids as well.

I found this place off of google from wanting a perm, unsure if my hair was long enough to get a perm I decided to visit the shop, I showed them a picture and they were able to fit me in and they did the perm exactly how I imagined it. It was a 10/10 experience and definitely will be coming back.

I showed the guy an exact picture of what I wanted as well and telling him I only wanted an inch off. He proceeded to cut off 2 inches of my hair and not giving me the style I asked for at all. I have prom in a week and I told him this as well to make sure he was careful, clearly did not listen. Thanks.

I had a great experience here! I called very last minute on a Sunday and they were able to see me right away and were super quick doing highlights and a cut and everyone was super nice, I would definitely recommend

My daughter spent 6 hrs there just dying the bottom part of her short hair... We won't go back plus it stunk like arm pits...

I stumbled upon this salon looking for a place to get my haircut/styled for my birthday. It was a Tuesday afternoon and I didn't make an appointment. I was seen right away and was out in exactly an hour! Firstly, the shampoo lady washed my hair better than I do. She was thorough, cleansed twice, and gives a nice head massage while working in the product. My hair dresser, whom I didn't catch his name, was not intimidated by my hair at all! I have A LOT of pretty thick curly/wavy hair. A typical salon does not take the time or is not properly trained on how to handle my head of hair 9 times out of 10. I'll always get charged extra (which is fine) but they can never get me out looking salon ready in the little hour they schedule your appointment. I'd always have to go home and touch up my crown/root areas. NOT THIS PLACE! This man cut my hair, blow dried it, straightened it, and finished up a little feathering action when it was all dry and straight and I was out the chair in an HOUR! My hair has never felt this nice!! Its light, silky, super straight and shiny! So not only was it one of the best wash, cut, blow dry/straighten but the PRICE just topped it all off. I would have easily been charged $80-90 for this service (w/o tip) and it was only $36!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cut way to much of my hair off. This is also what my hair looks like after ( im literally in the parking lot still) cut and style. I literally can go home and use no brush and blow dry my hair and have a fuller look.

I've been a happy client here for 3 years. You're going to be in good hands here. They are professional and caring. They give recommendations as to how to make the color last longer, which shampoos to use, etc.

I came to my hair coloring appointment with a picture of the desired hair color provided in advance. And they agreed to do it. The experience of visiting this salon was unpleasant. I was greeted by a noisy girl who spoke with rudeness and disrespect. She repeatedly intervened in my conversation with the hairdresser, which felt like an intrusion. And the dyeing result did not even close to the desired color that I showed in the picture. Moreover, I had to pay the full cost of the procedure. Overall my experience at this salon was disappointing and I cannot recommend it to other clients. 1 photo-result after first wash 2 photo- desired color

I went there for a very difficult color change from brown to silver. They walked me through all the multiple steps very carefully and it came out PERFECT. Identical to the picture I showed them.

I've been going here for years. Always told my family and friends how wonderful and they went also!!My most recent visit was horrible wanting my roots done ( as usual) they seem to talk and not listen They didn't care that I left unhappy. I will not return to the salon

Shame I couldn’t give 0 stars. Poor communication about what to expect from a coloring, even after being shown pictures of what I was looking to achieve. Went in for a balayage and left with just regular looking bleached hair. Refused to provide a refund for a bad service rendered just because “you already paid” even though my hair color completely washed out the next day, with what little “color” they put in. Not only that, but the color came out spotty at the roots. Tried to speak to them about my concerns and they were set on being right and arguing instead of listening to a customer’s concerns and at least trying to make amends with a partial refund for the part of the service that went wrong. This isn’t how a professional establishment should behave OR operate and I’m completely surprised they have as many good reviews as they do, which are probably mostly fake. This place only cares about money and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Edit in reply to response: No, I didn't insist and this is why I stated that communication was poor on your part. You misled me to believe that the full price was for a bleaching AND balayage, not just the bleaching. I would have never paid that price if I knew you weren't going to balayage my hair and if the “color” you did put in didn’t wash out COMPLETELY the next day. Update in 2023: I see yall are STILL doing fake reviews after each time a customer rightfully complains about your terrible work 💀 Your business should be SHUT DOWN.

This will be my last visit here. Made appointment for roots and highlights ( as usual) They talk but don't listen. I left upset with a bad hair dye. Had to find another salon to fix the horrible rush job that I received. No cut or style but charged 75 00
