I got an amazing haircut here, but they gave my little brother a perm even though I asked for a haircut only. I would appreciate communication since there is a significant price difference. However overall, this place is very reasonably priced compared to other salons in the area, and my stylist (long haired guy with gauges) was super fast and professional and gave me the exact haircut I wanted. I would recommend coming here if you speak Chinese and can make sure they give you the service you asked for.

They went straight to wash my hair without telling me the price difference. Since my hair is very short and the time they spent to cut my hair was less than 20mins, I thought I would be charged as men's cut (that's what happened at other places and my understanding of the price difference is that the longer hair needs more patience, time, and products used). The hairdresser was very rude and said "are you a man then?" I paid a higher rate and then he said "that's the price for haircut and you didn't give tips". I would never go that place again. Terrible experience.

Let me just start this review off by saying do not go to Top Hair Studio unless you want your hair to be the opposite of what your asked for. It was a normal day, but today i was going in for a haircut at Top Hair Studio. I got there and this man named Kevin helped me. I asked for a trim because my hair is long and I want it to grow longer and that’s what a trim helps with. Guess what my friend Kevin did to my hair? He cut 5 inches off of it and if you call that a trim your weird. Not to mention he dyed my hair dark brown and it looks jet black. The way I feel towards Kevin is nothing but anger and dissatisfaction. I could not stop crying because of how much I didn’t like my hair. This man made my happy day into a sorrowful day. I cannot stress how mad I am at Kevin and at Top Hair Studio. I cried myself to sleep that night and I am still crying as I am writing this review. Do NOT go to this haircut place unless you want your DAYS ruined. 😡

I won't recommend this place. One of the female barber of this shop was rude(she seems the owner of this shop). I got the haircut from her and it was disaster. They only take cash for tax purposes, fine, I will pay cash, but she won't give back the change! She will keep the change as the tips without asking you.

The guy that helped me cut my hair asked me what hair I wanted and I just told him to not change the design of my hair and he just cut it in his own way. Now I don't even want to look at my hair.

一个男人服务态度很差 和我男朋友差点吵起来 另一个女的（不知道叫什么反正不是Mandy是另一个）把我留了一年的长发剪得非常短 我说剪短“一点点”她剪的很短 而且很丑 不长不短 很丑很丑 还声称我要“层次感” 我发誓从来没说过这个话 她还要急了说我真的说过 我在这发誓如果我说过我不得好死 我留了一年的头发只是想修一下分叉地方 为什么要层次感为什么要剪的那么短？ 我希望理发师在剪头发之前 确定一下人家留的头发有多辛苦有多久 再动你的剪子 不要那么自信了 帮我洗头的时候说出那种自信到底的话 我以为技术多高明 以为自己说话的样子情商很高 真的让人很不舒服 我全程保持微笑不是因为我对你有多满意 是我的教养不允许我对服务业的人员态度差 也不是书生气 如果你觉得吆五喝六才是社会上人的样子 我只能说你接触的人层次都太低了 最后我忘记给小费还使眼色叫人家管我们要 我觉得别人要都行 你要就不行 你把我头发弄成这样凭什么要小费？ 说实话我如果不是看在那个帮我男朋友剪头的小姐姐的面子上根本不会给小费的 我不差那几块钱 但是我留一年的头发被你搞成这样子我真的好生气 你可能不知道头发对我的意义 我的头发对你也没有意义 我只希望如果有爱惜自己头发的人看到这条评论不要再来了 因为这的理发师不懂得尊重 也不会心疼你的头发 真的气得都要哭了 还要笑着脸走出去 永远不会再来了

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They make up excuses to charge you extra money than what they said on the advertisement. Their manager charged me for $25 after I had my hair cut instead of $20 as what they advertised. This woman insisted that my 2-3 inch length hair was "Medium-length". She also said as long as my hair is not as short as a guy's , i.e., 1 inch or less, then it is medium length and they will charge more money. Surprise, right? She did not tell me this before my hair was cut, nor did she wrote this on their advertisement that they will charge girl's hair more money if it is more than 1 inch long. I wish I had called the POLICE, but it is very difficult to keep evidence since it is cash-only. Just avoid this place, since they will make up excuses and charge you for extra money after you had your hair cut. Today it is me, and you could be the next. (Btw, I also paid my tips separately- so in total I spent $29 for my short hair cut)

大家好，来这里理发一定要确定理发师的技术，我在这里上色加烫发，给我染的头发第一次没完全上色做了两次，烫的头发没卷乱糟糟的发尾全部焦了，说让我再拉直，再交1百多，这家店是让客人这样反复消费的，做的头发很糟糕，建议大家考虑清楚再去，别跟钱跟心情过不去
