Absolutely the best experience! I get so anxious when going to a new stylist and for getting haircuts in general. I don't know why. But Amy was so chill and kind and cool, and she just understood me. And so pretty! She is such a good listener too and gave me exactly the hair cut I wanted. I'm so glad I found "my person"! And I was doing a pretty substantial chop as well. The time went by so quickly, it felt like 15 minutes (but obviously it lasted the hour), and that just shows how delightful Amy F. is. And the shop is über cute. Exactly my vibe. I had to take photos of all the cute decorations. See you in 6 months!

I wasn’t exactly sure what color/shade I wanted to dye my hair and Andrue was super helpful!! I’m so so happy with the outcome, she did a great job.

Wow what a great experience for my first time coming in for my hair, didn’t know who to trust with my hair for the first time after 3 years but oh did Amy do her thinggg!!!! This girl gave me exactly what I asked for couldn’t have left more satisfied with my hair! Will be for sure booking with Amy again! Run don’t walk!

Amy is absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend her!! I went in with a very specific look, and she made it happen. She is so sweet and very talented at what she does. I'll definitely be booking with her again!

I have known the stylist, Azalea, for about 6 years now, so I am a little biased FOR her because she's like my daughter and I love this woman with my whole heart. However, I am so proud of her for working in this beautiful salon! I have long hair and told her I wanted something different but not too short...she totally listened to me and cut it just like I wanted. I have had sooooo many compliments on my hair from people I know, and from complete, total strangers, and I am very quick to brag on her and tell them about this great place. I recommend this salon 100%. You will not be disappointed!

Missed one appointment and got charged 77$ after I had been going there for a year! I could understand maybe 20$ but honestly, it just seems ridiculous when I just get a haircut.

Absolutely gorgeous salon & even better stylist! I booked with Amy and she did exactly what I wanted!! I went from long to short! She even recommended donating my hair! I already booked my next appointment with her to add some color! I uploaded a photo of how much hair is being donated so you can get the idea of how much I chopped off!

Every time I leave top knot I feel like a million bucks. Kristen is the most amazing stylist and salon owner! Taylor at the front desk was so kind and had the best customer service. When I come in I am always greeted with a warm welcome and smile! I have never felt better than when I go get my extensions moved up and my blonding done perfect! The vibe of the salon feels so warm and safe which makes me want to rebook!

I have gotten a haircut from Ryen and Riley at Top Knot and both did a phenomenal job!! I’ve left both times so happy with my hair. They’re incredibly friendly, warm, personable, and easy to chat with. They listened to my questions and made recommendations on what cut they think would look best/ work best with my lifestyle. A normal cut here is so reasonably priced, and the salon itself is beautiful! I had such a wonderful experience the two times I’ve been here with Riley and Ryen💛

Been coming here 3 years, Amy is amazing and I finally found a great stylist! They are all really good, seeing their work for years it’s a solid place. Love my color everytime, and conditioning treatments are glorious.

I absolutely love Top Knot. I had tried a few different salons in the Springs before coming here and truly nothing compares. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy, and hip. I have long, thick hair and Riley does an incredible job with it. She did my very first balayage and I love it and keep going back for upkeep and cuts. For the first time in my 33 years my hair looks the way I’ve always envisioned. Absolutely recommend!

I rarely get my haircut because it is impossible to find someone that is sincere enough in wanting to make sure you leave w feeling your best and not just another client. I am a momma that rarely treats herself, and she not only made me feel heard, but the conversation flowed. Christen is mom too, and she understood my limits w my ability/time to do hair. I am also forty, and didn’t want a mom cut. I wanted a cut for ME and she delivered. The entire vibe of salon is gorgeous. Thankful to of finally found a place I know I am looked after. Thank you Christen ♥️

I've lived in Colorado Springs for 25 years and FINALLY found a salon I can call home. Are they cheap? Nope. But not the most expensive I've tried either. This is a funky little salon with nice people, cute decor full of flowers (including thr entryway inside and out) and Audrey is the best! I show her what I've been looking at (Pinterest photos) and we talk about it. Then she does what SHE thinks will look best. Seriously, she knows what looks good much better than I do. Her suggestions are always a better fit on me than I would have thought. Thank goodness!!!

I couldn’t speak any higher of this salon. I went in as a tow headed blonde requesting to go borderline black, which is hard enough on its own. The first result wasn’t quite what I was looking for but the shop owner immediately contacted me and re-booked to make sure I was satisfied. Andrew did my hair both times, and she is just the sweetest thing. I highly recommend, and it’s definitely a plus that the salon is too stinkin cute ;) - Brianna Bridgewater

Top Knot is a beautiful salon. Extremely clean and has an awesome vibe. Kristen did my extensions and they are everything I've dreamed of. Her technique is flawless, and the extensions themselves are extremely high quality. I get so many compliments on my hair, thank you so much for making this girl feel beautiful Kristen. If you've been thinking of getting extensions....call and make an appointment! You will love them!!!!

this salon is one of the most welcoming salons i have ever been in the stylists are so kind and very funny, they all know how to start up conversation and by the end of my appointment i felt i have known them for a long time 10/10 recommend going to this salon especially if you wanna walk out feeling so slay !!!

Brittany was incredible and knew exactly what I wanted with my hair. Can’t recommend enough! It’s hard to find good blonde colorists for brown hair and she was great! Avery her assistant was also fantastic and I would recommend her for a color and cut as well!

Brittney always does a a fabulous job on my hair! She listens to exactly what your goals are for you hair and takes such good care of you while in her chair. The salon is hands down the most beautiful salon in the springs, and the staff are all very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Brittney for all your hair needs!

I have never been to a salon that has not given an appointment reminder the day before. I got a call 20 minutes after my appointment. I called back a minute later where I was told that Ryan texted me about my appointment but I did not receive said text message and was told there must be something wrong with my phone.

I went to see Ryen 6 weeks ago. I took a picture and showed her what I wanted the cut was very simple shoulder length with a few layers and bangs. Ryen explained to me she is cutting the back a little shorter so my hair does not flip. Ryen ended up cutting all of my hair the same length . So a haircut that was suppose to be shoulder length was now to my jaw bone. After the cut she stated it would grow back she was young I felt bad telling her she ruined my hair because the next day I was training a new employee I was very uncomfortable. I did schedule and meant to call and cancel but forgot I was just happy it was over. Anyway I was charged $80 for a no show and I am very upset because Ryen knows she messed up my hair and still took the money. I called and spoke with the manager she stated she would call me back I never received a call back. I honestly believe Ryen was busy listening to the owners daughter that day not focusing on what she was doing. To the owner I spoke with you on the phone and you stated you were going to talk with Ryen and call back. I also explained why o scheduled she is young and I felt bad. Your daughter was in that day with a baby talking to everyone u believe you were out of town so it does make total sense. If she was not listening and talking how do I do these things. You did not call back as you said that is poor customer service.

The hair cut I received here was the worst ever! She took 15 minutes an it was not what I requested. I can not do anything with my hair. Will be looking for a new salon . I was also quoted one price and charged a higher price.

This was the worst Salon experience I have ever had. I booked online twice-even made notes and comments about what I wanted-only to have the wrong service go through. The last time I booked an appointment in person to prevent this- the person booked me for a full highlight instead of a partial. I then had to cancel the appointment online- due to having a miscarriage. Apparently it did not go through so I was charged for a full highlight and cut appointment. I called them and explained I had canceled online and they still charged me full price the appointment. All I wanted after losing my baby was to feel pretty and all I got was a charged for an appointment I never had. Never going back.

Top Knot Salon Beauty Lounge is bright, beautiful and welcoming! Kristin and her crew are professional, well educated stylists with great ideas and amazing styling ability. I love working with Kristin and trust her abilities to trim my drab hair into FAB hair. I have never had a haircut I didn’t LOVE! I recommend Top Knot Beauty Lounge to everyone I speak to! I never go anywhere else!

had my hair done a couple months ago, forgot the girls name but it was unique and pretty. even after a couple months my hair still looks amazing! would definitely return the staff is nice and the atmosphere of the salon is adorable

Brittney is fantastic! She's been doing my hair for a few years now and I've walked out amazed every time. She knows how to get the PERFECT blonde and add beautiful low lights. Oh, not to mention, she includes either a haircut or a conditioning treatment with your low/highlight. She's the best!
