It's a 5 star experience. I can't not even explain what a great color correction Victoria De La Rosa did. How profesional she is and her technique, has a lot of knowledge on bleaching dark brown hair . She corrected my hair color turned my hair into an absolute perfect cool blond in one session. She is an amazing hair stylist. I recommend her hands down. Thank you so much Victoria , you are absolutely amazing and your vibe is one of a kind.

I would just like to make this publicly known, I don’t usually write reviews for services I get disappointed in. I came here November 1, with Sarah. I had bleached ends already, mostly healthy hair, and wanted to go honey-brown. Honey-brown is a lighter brownish, blondish, golden kind of hair. Sarah has posted results signifying she could achieve this. I was in the chair for 8 hours getting toned about 8x, bleached my roots, and 2 rounds of lightener for my hair to come back dark, reddish brown. In the end, I was very disappointed and with discount of not giving me the hair I wanted was $200. I went home and noticed it hurt to put my glasses on. I soon realized there were chemical burns and went back for a refund. They all claimed it was an allergic reaction, but I have had many treatments on my hair and this never happened before. The salon manager/owner said she would fix my hair for free and put me on the cancellation list. It’s been over a month and no one ever got back to me.

Jasa did an incredible job doing my hair, I loved how she will take time making adjustments just to get the look that I was asking for. I have thick hair and it’s very to make it look thinned but she did an amazing job and I loved how precise she was with how much hair I asked her to cut. I came back for highlights and Destiny did an amazing job with my hair, exactly what I ask for.

I came in about a month ago and booked with Destiny because I have super curly hair as she does. I knew she would be good but I didn’t realize I would be this happy with the results. She colored, washed, blow dried, put my extensions in and styled. I am very satisfied with the results. Thank you Destiny, I will be back!!

I went to Top Knot when I first moved to Houston in May, and Victoria was very welcoming. THEN, she gave me a great haircut! Today was my 2nd appt with her and she knocked it out of the park, again! I'm so very pleased with her cut and the blowout, and I usually have to go home and fix my hairstyle, but not today! Thanks Victoria, you rock! 🤗

Visited their location last time and worked with Bridget. She colored my hair in light brown with caramel highlights. The quality was very poor, I've lost half of my hair. She damaged my hair, the highlighting work was very unbalanced. Left side of my head didn't have any highlights at all. I noticed it when I got home since she styled it I didn't noticed right away. This time that I went in, the roots of my hair had come out so I came back to get a touch up, this time it was with Victoria. Victoria colored the roots of my hair like my natural hair color( dark brown) instead of the base color of the previous time( light brown). After complaining that it was too dark, she claimed that if it wasn't dark my grey hairs would come out. She said I asked Bridget what color to use. She didn't listen to what I wanted and used the excuse that because my hair is dark brown she isn't able to do what I wanted. Why?? I've had done this in other salons many many times and when you do touch up they color your hair to match the rest of the hair. They charged me $135 just to touch-up my roots and it looks horrible. I'm extremely disappointed with the service here, I look weird when I look in the mirror and everyone asks what happened with my hair. Whenever I look in the mirror, I get stressed out. One side of my hair is overly highlighted while the other has nothing, I'm horribly messed up right now. It was a waste of money and time here, and my hair is completely damaged!

I had read all the reviews, followed them on instagram and had waited a year to get an appointment. I was expecting a beautiful blond. I went in with gold and a bunch of yellow tones. Victoria was excited for my transformation and took pictures before we got started. Upon the reveal my hair was white around my side burns and bangs. I immediately told her I was not happy, she went and toned it and my hair now looks exactly like it did before I came in if not worse. I have always went to an Aveda salon and have a little split ends and dryness but my hair now looks like hay and is super dry from the color. I have been buying expensive treatments to help such as Olaplex amd Aveda damage repair. I know Victoria was disappointed in how my hair turned out because she said I don't think you will come back. Victoria was sweet but when you pay 200 dollars for your color and it looks the same and is now super damaged you can certainly understand my disappointment.

Sarah did an amazing work on our hair! I haven’t seen a master scissor work like this for a long time! The scissor work was so precise! She has an amazing character and great to my boys!
