Sweet people and Calysta does my lashes, she's top-notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else and just get stopped everywhere with compliments on my lashes. I love it!!!

Absolutely loved my experience here! The building appears a bit small from the outside but once you head in, it’s a world of beauty and kind employees! The business itself is so clean and well put together and the staff is sweet too! Cannot wait to come back here again!

I’ve been at this location a few times; however, my experience on July 25th was not a pleasant one. The lash tech, EMILY was not polite/considerate or helpful in ensuring my lashes were to my liking. She was clearly rushing through the process - she brushed through my lashes so roughly that my eyes were red for remainder of the day. Emily also shot me a nasty glare when I asked her to pass me a mirror so I could see my lashes. When she was applying the lashes, she kept tugging on my hair forcefully, despite me asking her if I needed to put my hair to the side or push it out the way. She even left a lash spoolie in my hair - she knows it was left in there. I’m disenchanted with this service on July 25th because my previous services have been lovely with Brooks, but EMILY does not exhibit the professionalism and quality attributes that Top Knox claims each lash tech embodies.

My first experience with Andrea for my lash lift was great so I returned. Andrea wasn’t available but Haily had a wide open schedule so I made the same day appt. Haily profile is wax specialist but when I booked online she was the only technician available for the lash tint. (She's a higher tier beautician so it cost a bit more than the basic cost) . Haily was fun and my lash was lifted in less than 30 min. Viola!

Top knox experience is always a pleasure. I go to Tori for my hair and Emaily for my lashes. Both girls take care of me! 😀 If you are not getting your nose waxed, you are missing out.

I’ve been going to Top Knox for about 3 years now, and it has been great! Kristi always does an amazing job with my hair. Reagan also did an amazing job styling my hair for my senior pictures! The Top Knox team is amazing and very professional! I was there last Friday, when there was an unruly client who was not only insulting the stylists, but cussing out her mom. The girls at Top Knox handled the situation very professionally and tried their best to remedy the situation, even though they were continuously being insulted. I applaud their patience and dedication. I highly recommend them!

I had a terrible experience here today. I had been there before to get a lash fill and they did a great job, I had no problems with anything. So, I thought that getting my hair done there would be the same. I wasn’t doing anything major, I had brunette hair, a blonde money piece, and some lighter dimension in my hair. I was just looking to add some babylights and brighten up my hair. I communicated all of this to them and showed them a photo. When it was done, my money piece was completely gone, my hair was almost all one color, and it was darker than when I had walked in. They said that they used a darker toner, and that it would get brighter each wash. So we washed it with clarifying shampoo twice, and it looks the same. They charged us for the shampoo and redry, which wouldn’t have had to happen. They made me pay full price. I had to go to another salon and get the whole service redone. The stylist at the other salon told me it wasn’t even a full highlight, which I paid for. I wouldn’t recommend going there for hair.

I came here after looking on Facebook for a good lash place because my lash tech cancelled my appointment last minute. I was able to get an appointment right away with Calysta. She was excellent. My lashes came out looking perfect! I will now make this place my go to lash place.

I came to Top Knox Beauty Bar with hopes of getting my lashes fixed after going to a different place that did a horrible job. Top Knox squeezed me in the next day and was so welcoming. Calysta fixed my lashes to be absolute PERFECTION! It’s already been over a week and they look like I just got them done. She is incredible and I am glad I found a great lash artist in Knoxville!

For weeks I was looking forward to my appointment with Haley and she did not disappoint! I got a brow wax, tint and lamination and I LOVE my brows! I have been getting compliments all day on my brows. She did such an amazing job. I also got a Brazilian wax and she is by far the best and most thorough waxer that I have been to. She gets ALL the hair. She is so professional. She makes you feel comfortable first. She explains things before/as she is doing it. The aesthetics of Top Knox Beauty is simply beautiful. I am so glad to have found Haley and Top Knox Beauty!

Kristi at Top Knox Beauty Bar is my go-to hair stylist and has been for several years. I like to change it up and she always listens and then offers her professional opinion on whatever style I'm considering. Kritsti is also great with color and highlights. She is the BEST! The salon is clean, modern and they stock hair products and carry a line of earrings, candles and other small items. In addition to hair, their services include waxing, nails and lash extensions. The salon is located in The Marketplace in West Knoxville.

My lashes turned out great the hard part was the gossip. I work in healthcare and peer recovery work with the less fortunate. So saying things about a person being a junkie is cringe to my soul. I'm in recovery myself. I just pretty much informed the techs that "you don't always know the whole story and sometimes people have underlying conditions that we don't know of" as they talked badly about a client. People should count their blessings that they have a sane sound mind and haven't struggled with addiction. I was anxious the entire time because I felt like I was back in high school with the mean girls. I left happy with my lashes but disturbed at the shallow energy.

Taylor was amazing!! She fixed some extensions I had done previously by another salon, that I was less than pleased with. She gave me exactly what I asked for and wanted, and I felt like a rockstar when I left!! Definitely request Taylor for your lash work!

Wonderful experience, had my little one waxed for the first time, and the young lady was very nice, kind, polite, and professional, which made her feel comfortable. My eyebrow waxing was great. The only issue when I had the tint done after showing a picture of how thin I like my eyebrows she tinted them super thick. I had to really scrub and use different remedies to remove the tint and not have to hide my face. Overall, this place is a great place that, from what I experienced and saw, is a place I would definitely go to again.

I Have been going here for a few months and i have seen several girls for my lash Extensions and i can honestly say Anna was the BEST by far she made me feel included the whole time not only that but she does AMAZING WORK! and has been the the only one i have seen so far to go above and beyond!

I specifically asked the girl if she was going to use some kind of template or stencil for my daughters eyebrows. She said she just eyeballs it. They were way way way too thick. A lot gossip going on in the background. Dog ( not a service dog ) in one of the rooms. They left another person just sitting in the waiting room for more than 30 minutes and she had to reschedule. I feel like if this place could get its act together it may be worth trying again.

I went here to get my lashes done for years, had a couple kids, came back and decided to give it a go again and they’ve stayed so consistent. I’ve always had a wonderful experience. The staff is kind and accommodating, the facility is beautiful and the artists are very skilled. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get lashes done in the Knoxville area!

I’ve been going to Top Knox for my eyelashes since March. I originally only started going to make sure I could handle eyelash extension glue for my wedding in July and they did such a great job that I kept going and getting fills! I have been seeing Andrea for several months and she never fails to do an amazing job on my hybrids. Highly recommend!!

They were able to get me scheduled within a day which was awesome. Kenzie serviced me and was very attentive and thorough. Price was fair. My only grip would be that I like my lashes a LOT fuller than they are. She did a great job don't get me wrong, I just prefer thicker lashes.

This place is very nice and the 2 ladies that did my eyelashes was Great! And the Man at the front desk Jason is very Nice and Respectful. Energy is Top Tier, it’s the lady at the front desk name Kim who is rude and low vibrating energy. Customer Service and answering phones is not her calling. But overall the eyelash techs are Amazing.

Went in for a lash and hair color/cut appointment this week, and BOY do I get compliments for both, especially my hair. I asked about brows while I was waiting for my hair dresser to finish and they squeezed me right in to clean up my brows. Top Knox is on the pricier side, but honestly their prices are fair for the kind of service they give. Shout out to Jackie for the lashes. I have never had a lash specialist keep me from tearing up while getting lashes(usually my eyes water the whole time). Jackie was so gentle and I could barely feel her applying the lashes. Shout out to Rachel for my hair color and cut. I loved catching up with you and the color is exactly on point! Every where I go, I always have someone comment about my hair thanks to you dear! great job Top Knox!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new salon and stumbled upon Top Knox while in the shopping center. I got my haircut by Reagan a couple of weeks ago and she was absolutely wonderful. I’m the type that just gives an idea of what I’m looking for and trust the expert behind the chair, and Reagan did not disappoint. Love my fresh cut. I made another appointment for my first Brazilian wax and booked with Haley. She was the sweetest and most caring throughout the entire process - carefully explaining everything, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time, and giving tips for the best results. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experiences have been at the salon and am looking forward to continuing to book their services (they offer so much!).

My daughter had her hybrid lashes done by Jacqueline a week ago. Jacqueline was so sweet and professional, taking her time to make sure they turned out perfectly. My daughter absolutely loves them and they still look like they were done an hour ago! (That’s saying a lot for a teen who sleeps on her stomach half the time, lol). Will be back in a couple weeks for a fill. Thanks Jacqueline!
