I have always had my nails done here and I love it so much because I always come out Of the nail salon in such a good mood I see people complaining about this nail salon, even though the other one is so much worse more people need to come here five stars!! My sister went to this place and paid $40 for her nails. It has been one week and nails are falling off and chipping. It was a waste of her time and gas!

I have been getting my nails done since I was 11 years old and this was by far my worst experience. My friend and I went for walk in manicures and left with chemical burn on our hands as well as skin peeling up, cuts on each side of our nails, and blood. The staff was also rude when we asked them to be more gentle when using the file and clippers, as we were clearly being injured. The lady even looked up close at my fingers that were bleeding, made a weird face, and dropped my hand back onto the table like it was nothing. Also while I was there; a male worker and a client of his got into an argument because he refused to change gloves in between giving pedicures. The lady was concerned for sanitary reasons, as she should be. I heard and watched the whole thing play out. The man was very rude to her and acted as if she was in the wrong, when all she did was simply as if he could please change his gloves before doing her pedicure after he had just done another woman’s. Overall I would not recommend this salon to anybody. Getting my nails done is typically a relaxing and debriefing experience, but here made it stressful, painful, and overall draining.

The last time I visited Top Nail for a pedicure it was OK, but they cut me when they were trimming cuticles. After this experience, I will not return. This time, the attendant was by herself. When I first came in I was asked to return in an hour because they were busy. I did this and was seated immediately. While she was doing the pedicure, a woman came in to have polish removed and then a couple came in, both wanting pedicures. This is when things went south. She applied only one coat of polish (that I brought in). I'm not sure about a base coat, but there was no top coat. She moved from pedicure to pedicure without ever washing her hands. She was rude to all 3 of us, while completely ignoring the woman at the table. All 3 of us had to ask if we were done when she turned her backs on us to attend to the woman at the table. I will NEVER return to this location!!!

Was very pleasant experience. Got us in a bit last minute, but very friendly. Did an incredible job on my gel fill French tip and my hard working boyfriend got a relaxing pedicure. Would 100% go back

I love the nails I got them done Monday October 4th the base coat started bubbling the next day and.peeled off and then they cracked off I spent 65 dollars for them to crack and I told the lady to make them short but she wouldn’t listen to me the stuff she was using was filthy

I went in on a saturday for an appointment and it was a little busy but i had an appointment. I waited 10mins until i got my nails started. Not too big of deal. Then the girl started doing my nails, didnt cut or even trim them, i had to ask her. Then after my "manicure" the NEXT day my top coat on my nail came off. So i came back on monday, they were closed. So i came back on tuesday and the first time i walked in they told me they were too busy and come back in 30mins. I came back AGAIN and waited another 15mins for them to fix my nail. All i needed was a top coat. I will never come back again. The problem was the customer service. HORRIBLE!!

Over priced. 45 dollars for face waxed. Skin on my face is burnt and some ripped off. Also have wax stuck in my head hair that wont come out. Will Never return.my second terrible experience . I guess I understand now why itwasthe only place available to get me in.

I went and got my nails done and wanted gel ombré. The lady did horrible on my nails. She did not do ombré. I definitely will never go back. Waste of my money.

Super friendly staff who don't hesitate to make your #nailgoals a reality. They were also patient as I debated which colors to get after changing my mind time-and provided the perfect color when I asked what color went with the one I liked. I also loved how I didn't have to pay extra for every little detail like accent nails, shaping, etc. Very inexpensive for the quality of services! Definitely making this a regular spot.

Don't waste your money! They are rude and don't take pride in their work. Horrible experience! I'd give 0 stars, if I could. Got a full set of Acrylics with Gel nail polish. First off, the paint job was horrible, they looked like a child painted my nails. Second, there was a thin layer of acrylic done, so after 2 days, I had a nail break. I will never be going to this place again, even if they're the only one in town! They need to find another profession, bc I could've done better, myself!

I had a full-set done and within the first three days I had 3 fall off. I am extremely disappointed. The young man is really nice and did a great job on my pedicure, but the woman that seems to be in charge, was rude and in a hurry!

I got a full set of acrylics for my senior prom, it was an insanely bad idea. Every nail was crooked, the French tips were uneven, and polish was all over my fingertips. Even worse, they charged me $60. Would never recommend.

I’ve been there several times and except for one time I’ve always been a little disappointed. The lady that seems to be in charge is always rude. I went there today for a pedicure and a regular manicure. The guy doing my pedicure was very nice. The lady doing my manicure was ridiculously rude. She apparently was appalled by my long nails. She started talking to the guy and it was apparent she was talking about me in their language. She did a horrible job with filing as they are all misshaped. The polish is lumpy and looks terrible. She was very abrupt with not only me but the other 3 people that came in after me. When I checked out, she didn’t even say thank you. There’s nail places everywhere. I’ll go somewhere else where the staff is friendly and appreciates the business. Very disappointed today and I will not go back.
