I was attempting to make an appointment by calling but they never answer the phone. While I was out running errands I decided to drive by to see if the hours were on the door to determine a good time to call. The salon was open, when I walked in no one acknowledged me. When I was acknowledged I asked if I could make an appointment. The stylist responded by telling me they do not accept walk ins. I replied that I knew that which is why I wanted to make an appointment. The stylist told me I could have a seat and it would be several minutes. That would have be fine but given the several attempts I made to book the appointment it didn’t seem like my business was wanted.

I have been going to Haley for a few years now & no one has ever taken the time & effort to put in amazing work like she does. From the first time she did my hair we instantly clicked because she’s such a personable stylist! She is extremely professional & will do whatever it takes to give you what you want! She goes above & beyond my expectations every time, I’ll never switch stylist 🥰
