I don’t recommend going here. Nail technician cut me twice and they only took $5 off. I tipped the second technician who painted my nails and regret that decision.

It is not even a week almost all the dip powder in the corner came off. I asked the stylist to shape my nails couple of times but she skipped it for my other hand which I asked her to repeat it. She rushed the whole process and didn’t bother about shaping. I asked for square but she filed the square oval but I wouldn’t call that because it is uneven in all fingers. They are very expensive but poor quality and customer service. My husband has bad experience on the same day as well. I got natural dip powder and it keeps chipping off every day and it is very disappointing and it doesn’t even feel like a salon quality nails. Even some peel off nails won’t be this bad. She couldn’t wait for my polish to dry she applied lotion only in my palm and rubbed it. I paid $55 plus tip for this nails which is not worthy at all. I’m not someone who leaves a bad review to business but this is one of very disappointing. I don’t want someone to waste their money. But not all the stylists are same but it was my bad day.

Went here for pedicure, worst experience, they are not professional and didn’t know what to do! They were little busy and they rushed my pedicure and the old lady who did my pedicure didn’t know where to place my leg. I honestly felt bad for her. It was on Monday so they were understaffed. She couldn’t do remove the callus properly. I am someone who is on my feet all day long at work. This is not something I expected and they are bit expensive for the service they offer. Not a great experience!

I got my nails done by vee, she’s so cute and sweet . she does nails with passion definitely gonna be my nail tech in the upcoming days . She asked if I like my nail shape , color etc with every step to make sure I’m happy and comfortable . Im in love with my nails !! Thank you girl !!

Friendly, courteous staff. Excellent service. First ever professional toenail trim for this old man. The experience was very pleasant, Cindy was great. The price was right. I’ll be back. 🙂

I went into the salon with a nail that was kind of hurting when it bent, so I had a bandaid on it until I could get my nails done. Got my nails done, they looked ok. Next morning I woke up in excruciating pain and 2 weeks later I am still in pain, all day, everyday. First time i went in Sandy told me to put Neosporin then after i texted her that my skin was glued to my nail she told me to keep up the Neosporin...seriously? Second time I went into the salon, the manager Sandy blamed me, pulled up video of me with a bandaid saying my nail was cut (never had any cut) and said I couldn't even get a refund unless I signed a waiver. It took 2 hours to take off the nail, which was glued to my skin, while i was crying and shaking i was in so much pain and the manager goes between trying to make small talk and blaming me/arguing/ loudly saying oh I know it hurts, I've broken a nail before too so the other customers think that's what's going on... my nail was never broken-Because it was an obvious embarrassment to the salon. Obviously I didn't sign the waiver because as you can see this is still ongoing and so here I am with this embarrassing painful eyesore that the salon has done nothing to remedy. 10 out of 10 stay away from this place.

I love my nails. My only complaint is I had to ask to have cuticles cut and that was a $10 charge. Out of all the years I’ve been getting my nails done never had to pay to have my cuticles cut. It was always part of the service.

Manager and nail tech were very rude to my neighbor (a teenager). She wanted these too-thick nails filed down, and they refused, charging the full price (over $50). Luckily her grandma got her to a nicer nail place to fix it, but on behalf of my neighbor I would not recommend this establishment (based upon poor quality work and very poor customer service)

The lady who did my nails was very polite and held great conversation. She was judgment free and very open to what I asked for. I wanted pearl, almond-shaped nails and she did amazing. I wish I remember her name! Other than the amazing service I received, the atmosphere was tidy and spacious compared to other salons I’ve been to. It’s nice to know I have somewhere I can rely on for a good nail.

I brought my daughter in for a birthday pedicure. The man who did my nails was very rough and rude. I have been going to this location for many years and have always loved the place and the people. Maybe he was having a bad day? I asked for another technician. She was awesome. Good recovery for bad situation.

I have been to several nail salons and this is beyond my expectations. I absolutely love it. I had the owner for my new set and he was wonderful. Today I had a fill and the girl absolutely took her time and honestly she was wonderful. Thank you

I personally love Top Q Nails and Spa Elkhorn LLC I just got out and when I look at my nails I was just blown away I love Aystal She is kind makes sure your comfortable and she did better than my inspo picture for her she goes above and beyond to make sure your nails are the best

Nice place for a pedicure except the owners walk around with a clip board & force whoever is doing your nails to hurry up. They’re not interested in giving a decent service they want you in and out quickly no time to relax.

Really good place to get your nails done really clean. The staff members are adept at providing nail care advice, including proper at-home maintenance techniques and product recommendations. Super convenient to my house and each tech I've had has been very respectful and detail oriented. I've been many places and Top Q Nails is my favorite in this area 💝 They does perfect manicures and dip powder

The first 2 times I had a good experience, but yesterday was not so good. I asked to keep things simple and for a natural, healthy nail treatment to give my nails a break and let them grow (i.e. remove shellac, reg. polish on toes, and just repair a couple fingers with acrylic). The front desk was nice about it, but didn't communicate at all with the nail tech. You could tell they were annoyed and kept trying to sell me into dip powder, and made me feel awkward sitting there and silly for saying what I wanted. The acrylic nail repair doesn't look as good as in the past. I have had this done before by one of the men there who made it look smoother and shiny, but this time it looks kind of rough. I think better communication from the front staff to the tech would have helped a lot since sometimes there's a bit of a language barrier. In the end, unless you are spending tons of money there every time (which I have), they don't seem to treat you the same.

They have a good group of technicians. My Mother saw Crystal, who has a light touch, which was perfect for her because she had very tender skin and would bruise easily. I see Alice and she is very thorough in the care of calluses and cuticles. I appreciate that because I am a type 1 diabetic and care of your feet is very important for your overall health.

This was my first experience with the nail salon and I was extremely impressed. The atmosphere and ambience of their shop make the experience all the better too! I wish I could give more than five stars! Love Top Q Nails & Spa!The nail technicians at this salon are always so gentle when removing gel polish or acrylics.

Very disappointed in a salon I have been a regular client for pedicures and nail services since they opened. The quality of service to me has gone down hill as they think I'll always come back. I have referred others there but will now move on to somewhere that doesn't take my business for granted.

Went in on Sunday 6/25.... I believe we did the Luxury hot stone massage / pedicure. Massage was amazing and great, but I got home and got a better look at my toes... the polish is horrendous. i dont know if it was an old polish, but it was gooped on and so bumpy/uneven, some of my nails were not fully polished on the sides. Paid a good amount for this visit and tipped well. I am from out of town, we were passing through and I do not have time to visit to get it fixed so ill have to pay somewhere else to re-polish.
