I’ve been at the gym all week and this is EXACTLY what I needed. They don’t speak English. But they do speak body language. Youyou spent time working out the kinks in my neck and knees. My only complaint is that they need a secretary to handle foot traffic while they are massaging.

I have a voucher that was purchased as a gift for me from this business that doesn’t expire until December and I went in today July 21st and they said the new owner won’t accept my voucher

My ORIGINAL review 9 months ago was..."Loved it!!! Great massages! Exceptional prices!!".. BUT.... On Saturday July 13, 2024 my husband and I went in for a massage like we've done many times before. In our YEARS of being LOYAL PATRONS here, we were met with the most nastiest, rudest attitude by the short lady working there from 9am through 130pm. She was so nasty and rude, that my husband and I vowed to NEVER support this business AGAIN!!! I have brought my out of town friends and family to this establishment for YEARS. I've loved the owner and it's staff for years. I don't know who the 2 women who were on the schedule on Saturday, July 13th were, but they need to be fired! To the owner, my husband and I have been loyal patrons to you and your establishment for many years. The treatment that we received on Saturday, July 13, 2024, was unacceptable. I will no longer refer anyone else to your business. Advice to management: Hire enough staff o that they won't have to interrupt clients massage tent to the front door and other customers simultaneously, hire staff with customer service skills.

Worst massage experience ever… walked in unfortunately the lady helping me did not understand the service I wanted handed me her phone to interpret. That I could understand. She left me at least 10 times during my service. And they switched therapist and the next one left me at least 15 times. Talk to the whole time nobody spoke English.

I had to wait for my tire change was complete at the Discount Tire around the corner so I decided to stop by for a massage. I walked in and it took someone about 2 full minutes to come to the front desk, she pulled out her phone to translate to me that I had to wait 40 minutes before I could get my massage. I don't understand how one could stay in business with the way this business operates. As a business owner myself always looking to promote and support small businesses this makes me upset.

Highly recommend reflexology. If you're worth it, do it here! We drive 3 hours to enjoy it while in Virginia Beach.

Horrible experience recently which was unfortunate because I went one other time and had a decent experience why I came back. i walked in two ladies greeted me Saturday afternoon and didn’t speak any English at all. They also told me their credit card machine was down and only accepted cash so I had to pull money out of their ATM. The massage felt rushed and unprofessional. She kept talking to her friend during my massage. She even walked off multiple times which took away time from the hour I paid for. She went up the front once to speak to someone and was gone for about 5 mins and didn’t add it to my massage time. The relaxing music shut off half way through my massage and she didn’t turn it back on. After the massage she was aggressive about asking me for a tip. She blocked my path and was practically demanding a tip. I left more stressed out then I came in there. It was literally the worst experience I have ever had at a massage place.

Didn't give me my whole hour massage bc she had an attitude bc I told her I didn't want hot stones which cost more, I didn't ask for them from the beginning. Then tried to pressure me into giving a $10 tip and the massage was horrible, she was too close to my spine....

Easy to get in with great pricing and calm and relaxing music. I love the foot massage for reducing my overall stress. They have several excellent massage therapist and my favorite is Ivy as she does a great head and face massage while doing a full body to take out all my tension. Price is much better than the big name massage places. Wonderful kind people who work here.

I DID NOT receive the service per Groupon Offer! BAIT AND SWITCH! He stated that he was not making any money on Groupon. He stated that he is ONLY making $15.00 off this $50.00 offer. After he Redeamed my offer he refused to honor the Groupon. He also TOLD me to contact Groupon for a refund after he redeamed my offer without performing the massage. He stated no one was available. I COULD NOT believe this business owner's ETHICS! He went on to demand for me to pay a generous TIP In advance for service never performed! I strongly recommend EVERYONE STAY AWAY! BUYER BEWARE!!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR SERVICE AND NO REFUNDS!

We scheduled a 120 minute couples body and foot massage at the last minute. Not only did they fit us in, but it was an amazing experience. They found all of our sore spots without us even telling them. In the top five massages I have ever had. We will definitely be back.

Worst massage experience everrrrr ! The employees kids was there screaming & very loud while I was getting a massage "it was very ghetto & unprofessional" 😡. The second time they screamed I caught a instant headache & I stopped the massage and got my headphones out. I asked the man several times to massage me very soft he kept returning back to deep painful massage 😡. I never had a chance to relax until the very end when he used the hot rocks for maybe 10mins before it was over.

First of all, the owner may not understand the difference between, 130 minutes to 1 an a half hours so don't be fooled. The hour and a half was less than a hour anyway. Smh. Also there might be a diversity 🤔 issue with the owner. The room my wife and I was in for a deep tissue massage was much different from the other rooms. The other rooms massage tables looks so much more comfortable and nicer than what we was laying on. My wife left out feeling hurt than relieved, so I don't think I would come back here.

I called the day before I booked a massage for my wife and I and asked about the voucher that was posted on Groupon. The guy told me not to purchase from Groupon and that I could pay same the price that was posted for a couples massage which was $52 for 70 minutes. When we got there, we early for our appointment so they started on us. Even though the massages were ok, they were very rough and left feeling sore. I ended up paying $104 for our massages instead the $52 for the couples massages. Then the guy at the front desk said “you need to tip the workers.” So I gave both workers a tip. The lady had the nerve to turn her nose up at the tip I gave her. I will never go back to this place. Very unprofessional

I went in with lower back pain, a guy checked us in and told us to wait 15 minutes. Which was fine because we did not have an appt. A lady came out who did not speak English well asking again what we wanted we told her 20 minute chair. They put us in a room for a table massage. She told me to get undressed down to my underwear which I thought was weird because I was there for chair. (I assumed they were using the table because they had no chairs) so I undressed thinking the lady was doing my massage. A gentleman enters the room and proceeds with my massage. He has no idea what I’m in there for because he didn’t focus on my lower back. His massage was very painful, I asked him twice not so hard he continued with my massage as if I never said anything to him. I was in complete pain during this whole visit to this place! This morning I can barely walk! I will never go to this place again! They need someone there that can speak some type of English! My boyfriend was with me, the lady did his massage, why don’t the guys to the guys and the lady do the women??

Made an appointment for Sunday at 1pm. We showed up at 1245 and the guy said he didn’t have any available slots for the couple massage. We clearly booked it; he showed us his appointment book, but didn’t properly schedule workers to work.

The most unprofessional and uncomfortable experience of my life. Before we entered the room, the owner tried to tell us not to buy from Groupon (that's how we found them) and convince us to do 45 min foot, 10 min body (for the 130 min. Couples massage). The face spot on the the table had a paper towel over it we had to keep there during the massage. Once we get the massage started the owner comes bursting into our room about 3 minutes in demanding to know what day we made our appointment. We were massaged through sheets the first 10 minutes then overly exposed the rest of the time. It did not seem like they were trained or knew what they were doing at all. At one point he went over my spine with his elbow. The owner was repeatedly walking in and out of our room. The masseuses would talk to each other during it and the walls between rooms do not go up all the way so we could hear the person next door clearly as they talked and blew their nose. Near the end they wiped us down with a towel presumably to remove excess oil and he at first had no regard and was pulling out my hair. No part of me would ever return here.
