First time here, I won’t be back. Gel polish cured on my raw cuticle he filed raw. Gel polish looks like I did it (horrible) no lotion on my hands just oil on the cuticle. I hate giving bad reviews, but sometimes you got too. This is probably the worst full set I have ever gotten. I didn’t want to tip, but I did. It was 50$ website says 35 and up. So disappointed. Go at your own risk ⚠️

Shop was clean, spacious,quiet & staff was nice & helpful. They offer a wide range of services. I recommend this place for anyone! I'm a regular here and have never had a bad experience.

I have been a client for over 13 years, Tony and Kim are amazing!! they have been consistent and extremely professional over the years they never fail to provide excellent service.. I have tried other nail salons but I ALWAYS come back here.. clean, friendly and always have a great positive atmosphere…I 100% recommend this salon to all my family and friends!!

The people were super friendly here! I got a basic pedicure and enjoyed every second, if you're looking for a good nail spa I'd definitely recommend.

Pedicure was decent but my manicure was one of the worst manicures ever. She rushed through it. Didn’t even cut my cuticles and didn’t have me rinse my hands after so I had a bunch of white dust over my nails and hands. I had to ask her to fix my French manicure and it still came out uneven and she made one of my nails crooked. Horrible experience and not a very clean environment. She stuck the tool she used on my nails into sanitizer but the container was full of old skin. Will never return. One of the worst shops in Tucson. Also when I called to get pricing I was quoted 80 dollars and they charged me 95 and the girl just put her hand out for money instead of telling me what the total was and the break down.

I went in Saturday the 4th and the staff was friendly, but the service sucked. They told me they couldn’t do the type of nails that I wanted so they put whatever color pink they wanted on both my nails n toes. All my nails were uneven n they added gems on them which half of them came off later that day. It was like they either didn’t know how to do their job or they were just being lazy n were trying to get as many people in as possible because they also did everything in a rush. A very bad first time experience n will not be returning….. ever!!!

They’ve always done a good job on my nails. I made an appointment last week and it was pointless. I still waited over 30 min. That was a bit annoying.

4 of us walked in for birthday pedicures. It was close to closing, and they did such a great job. The quality is great and Yen and Nick were so pleasant. Thank you guys for staying late to finish us, great job, we will be back! 💕

I have been coming to this nail salon for years now. I just came in for a pedicure and a new full set. I always get my pedicure done by Yen, she takes her time and makes me feel so pampered. She also did my Christmas nails. She free handed a snow flake which was so cute. Everyone here is so friendly and always cares about how I am doing. I definitely will continue to come by just like I have been for years. Fun fact anytime I don’t like something or need something fixed they do it with no questions asked. Don’t let some of the other reviews scare you off, these people are great

I’ve been going to Top Spa Nails for a couple years now and the staffs at the salon are wonderful! Kim and her staffs always asks how I am doing and makes sure I’m comfortable.. Come here, they treat you like a family ❤️

Totally unhappy with my nails. They came out bumpy lumpy, one of my nails is extremely long and completely crooked. There’s extra gel polish all over my fingers. He didn’t even bother to clean it up . I’m never coming back here again. RUN LADIES!!!!

i stopped going because the tech brings her son to work and was playing with acetone and nail polish where i was getting my nails done he was covering the other employees eyes while working on client i think that is disruptive and rude for the kinda money i pay u ill go else where thank u
