I love this place they've always been AMAZING but this last time not so much so I had to go back to get my hair corrected and then she did not fix it right I don't know if she's just having an off day or what the deal was but Don't know that I'll be going back anytime soon Update... so I went back up there and Chuck awesome person by the way fixed my hair for me with no charge and I walked out with a smile on my face and my Confidence back even with that little incident I still totally recommend total hair they're the best the staff is awesome and the owners are the best

Extremely rude and unprofessional, I booked an appointment on Thursday and went today to get a consultation and see how much it’s gonna cost me to do what I want. The lady at the Reception and the Manager (I guess) have been very helpful trying to provide me with the information I needed however they decided to check with the stylist his name is Chuck he said he cannot guarantee what I want but he will try which I appreciated however the price was more than my budget so I told them I’m gonna think about it and give you a call back to confirm or cancel my appointment I called them awhile ago to ask one more question so I can confirm what I’m doing and confirm the appointment however while talking and listening to him he suddenly said he cannot do my hair and he is NOT COMFORTABLE doing my hair and hanged up the call!!!!!! Without giving me even a chance to talk or ask to speak to someone else to see if someone else can do my hair and immediately sent me a cancellation for my appointment!!!! Seriously!! Is this how they treat customers?? Extremely rude and humiliating behaviour I feel very bad for myself that I decided to deal with such a place and a person Don’t recommend at alllll

This is such a cute local hair salon. I have been getting my hair cut with Jenna for a few months and she is fantastic! This place feels welcoming and I always come away with a great look!

This salon is a special gem. Professional, friendly, and a wealth of experience. Charles and Chuck are wonderful hair artists. I always leave my appointment with an extra spring in my step and happy confidence knowing my hair looks amazing.

FOREVER CUSTOMER FROM NOW ON. I had gone to have color put in and was very pleased at the time with my results. A few weeks later I wasnt as pleased with the decision I made and went back to see the same stylist with a last minute appt. Chuck was so kind and helped to create a look I love. I was prepared to pay for my full color/cut/shampoo/style and to my suprise I was only charged for a shampoo. Wonderful experience all around.

I've been going to see Jenna at Total Hair salon for about a year now and I always leave feeling great about my hair. She's always happy to roll with whatever off the wall color idea I throw at her and she definitely outdid herself on my visit this weekend. The whole staff is super friendly and the new location is so nice and bright! Can't recommend this place enough!

I hope they never forget what they did to my hair. I have been haunted by it every day since stepping into their salon - I remember every time I look in the mirror and every time I touch my head and it’s now been over two years. I deeply regret ever hearing of their services.
