Danielle is amazing and does great work! Maddie is just starting out but she's super nice! The owner or manger is hands on and the salon is amazingly clean. Highly recommended this salon.

Anne has been cutting my hair for 12 years! She makes my hair so beautiful and always does her absolute best. It’s always a fantastic job. The atmosphere is so welcoming in the salon and everyone is very kind.

I wanted to share my experience for Total Image Day Spa with anyone looking for a salon that is following the CDC guidelines and is taking this Pandemic seriously. I booked my appointment in advance and asked questions about the sanitation situation, I felt good about their procedures. I arrived and called to check in, my stylist Ann came out and got me, then before entering I had my temperature taken, then I was escorted to the sink where I was asked to wash my hands for 20 seconds. I was then covered with a clear PPE apron along with my mask (required!!) My stylist was also wearing PPE and a mask. Most of our conversation was about COVID-19, and how everyone is doing in my family, (thanks for asking!) After each procedure with different utensils and areas, Ann wiped and sanitized these areas! I must say, I was very impressed that these Women/Men take my safety seriously as well as theirs! Thank You so much Total Image and my stylist Ann!! I WILL be back

i’ve been frequenting this salon for years! hearing so many good things...and even after COVID19! on top of implementing industry standard safety procedures, total image STILL boasts: reasonable prices, knowledgable staff that treats you like family, wonderful quality product and a finished look you can stand by?? all checked; absolutely recommended ⭐️✨

I highly advise everyone I know to not go here. If you want to go to your run down old aunts house and get a lousy hair cut this is the place. I was not felt welcomed and was uncomfortable being there. Owner is snobby and rude. I may report them to BBB!
