You have pictures of me on your main page of my hair being done at your salon and the person that does them is no longer at your salon so therefore you need to remove all the work that is not done by your salon off your website or I will file a lawsuit against you for having photos of me on your site and I did not approve them to be on there. My hair stylist never did the style you have up on your page. You are claiming false statements of work that was done at a different location and trying to take credit for something that was not done at this location. Your location has ants and has a rotten smell by the kitchen area it is so disgusting and dirty and very unprofessional place to do business. They also allow people with COVID to still work while being sick. I want my picture removed immediately. My hair was done by Always Hair By Toni.

New to the area and I found this place. Called for appt got it pretty quickly so that was great. They set my appointment with Kathryn and I couldn’t have had a better experience from friendliness, to great color and haircut. I have been back every month since!! Last time we changed my hair color and Kathryn nailed it again. Thanks Kathryn!!

Last time I was here my stylist was Jasmine. I trier to book her again but our schedules weren’t lining up. So I booked an appointment with Madison whom I never had the pleasure of meeting because when I arrive for at 5:20pm for my 5:30 appointment (or 5:15 depending on which reminder text you go by (suppsosed to be 5:30)) I was told she was almost done with the last client, that she just had to blow dry her hair then she would be with me. I walked out at 5:57, never having been addressed again, after hearing the blow dryer for AT LEAST 35 minutes. Strange experience. If you dont want to work late to book clients that close to closing time. Wont be back there unless its Jasmine. I am editing my review to comment on the businesses reply. I have been to Total Image Salon exactly twice (at least in the last 7 yrs or so) and I have had no bad experiences until today. This business is lying about my arrival and departure time and I have texts with a friend to prove it. I have never had any issues with anyone there or this business before today. I have seen Jasmine exactly once and she did a good job. They are either maliciously lying about me or have me confused with someone else….and I dont’t think they have me confused. I’ve never left a review here or on any other site for their business and I dont typically leave reviews unless I receive horrid or exceptional service. Go read my recent review for Jackie Movers. EXCELLENT service over there. It’s a shame you had to lie instead of owning up because now Jasmine has lost my business too even though I originally said I wouldnt be back unless I was schedules with her.

Had an appt set for a couple days. Showed up to my appt to be told I can’t get my hair done. My hair stylist was running later. I wasn’t even called or had any type of formal apology for the inconvenience . So much for being first time there

I'd give no stars if possible since my wife wasn't even seen. Called for an appointment and got one, went in the day and time of the appointment to be told that the hairdresser decided she didn't want to work that day. The front desk girl said she called but this is 2022, no missed call or voicemail. Terrible way to do business.

Puri is a great hairdresser! When her job is done, I always walk out with my head held up high! She always makes me look very pretty with her skills & knowledge; I don’t have to say anything on how she should cut & style my hair! I always get good compliments on my hair! I highly recommend Puri to anyone who’s looking for a perfect haircut and a perfect hair coloring & highlights! Great job, Puri!

Worst pedicure I ever had.. cut my toenails uneven.. used a big butter knife with a piece of sand paper sticker to scrub feet.. lol.. what a joke.. didn't even work.. and didn't sanitized the nail clippers just threw them back in box with the rest of the clippers.. disgusting.. ill never go back.. please do not use them for a pedicure and waste your time and money

My first visit and I am so glad I chose Total Image! My stylist was Cat. She was so friendly, funny and just made the appointment relaxing and enjoyable. I had been going to the same salon for YEARS but was just in need of a change. In love with my new hair! Definitely recommending and coming back!
