Been coming here for years! Never had a bad experience. Just be detail on what you want. Know that you are paying for length and not size! i’ve gotten micros, twist , box braids and knotless. They’ve provided me with service at least 13 times and i’ve been satisfied each time

I have been going to Touba for five years. The reason for my loyalty is their attention to detail in regards to the tightness or looseness of my braids, as well as the comfort and positive ambiance of the shop, which allows for two stylists to work on my hair at once, thus reducing the braiding time significantly.

I went here today for the first time and got knotless and i like them they’re very neat and everybody in there is so nice and friendly , anything i asked they did it with no issue just smiles and conversations , this most definitely will be my new place after going to a different african braiding shop that was definitely unprofessional and not neat , i recommend this place they’re going to make sure your satisfied 5 STARS .

Hawa slaaaaaaayed my hair for my photo shoot! She left no crumbs!! I’ve gotten so many compliments. She’s nice, professional, will listen to what your desired style is and give her suggestions. AND she never hurts me. I’ve gotten my hair braided twice by her and it never hurt! I’m about to get my hair braided for a 3rd time. Love her.

I used them almost a year ago and the women that was there was nice but when I called and made appointment last week the girl lied like she was the owner and when u got there only to findout the owner was outta town and to findout they use expression hair for micros so I had to go buy my own human hair and 2 women was on my head 1 kept lieing bout everything and the other one kept coughing and stopping on her phone once I was done and looked at my hair they never braided my hair all the way down u can see my color they left out so I can't wear any down and parts look like box braids n the back hair from all braids in other braids and then unprofessional and rude never will I use them again and I don't recommend them to anybody most places u go have human hair expression is for box braids and knotless for no microsc

IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR 6 years and when I say hands down the best… My hair was 1 inch maybe 2 I had doubt that my hair would last…. TOUBA DONT PLAY THAT… my hair always last for months…. Thankkkkk youuuu

They first was late and wasn’t answering my calls. Then I told them I wanted small box braids because I have fine hair. They gave me bigger than what I wanted and they so heavy I can barely hold my head. Then she quoted me a price and at the end she added extra $10 she said cause they was longer. I didn’t ask for them to be longer and they didn’t braid it all the way down so I didn’t see the reason for the extra $10. These braids are the heaviest braids I ever had and the most expensive braids I ever paid to an African or anyone. I should have follow my first mind when I left this morning and stayed at the other African shop, but when my husband call them they call me back. So I went back.

Was in town for weekend and decided to get my hair braided before heading home. I called yesterday evening and Hawa and another lady (I didnt get her name) did my hair this morning. Only 2hrs for Senegalese twist!!!! Very neat and not too tight. The atmosphere was great as well!!

My daughter and I went about 2 weeks ago on a Sunday and 2 of her braids came out and her hair is coming out the braids and mines as well I will not go back paid $450 for both of our hair so dissatisfied too much money waisted it doesn’t look like we got our hair done thumbs down

Stopped and got a price and understanding first. Showed them my long hair and stated that I wanted spring twist. Instead of saying no one can do it. She says your hair is long. Too long for that or micros. But you can get box braids. Got it done on a Thursday. Got married Friday didnt do anything to manipulate the hair. It was so tight. Woke up Saturday missing one braid, my own hair still attached. Sunday 3 more. My own hair still attached. If you have hair this shop isn't for you. If you care about your hair it isn't for you. Came in Monday three days later, she said what you want me to do.. Take it down. It wasn't what I asked for originally. Which is when i watched her get on the phone to hunt down someone that could do spring twist. Less stress on my hair smh. She called a person that doesn't even do hair but did a better job than her. Anything to keep from giving my my 230 back. I lost so much HAIR. Both styles were taken down before the following Friday. 230 plus 130 for the twist. Claim she did me a favor, not charging me for the takedown. If you Love your hair or have hair. Stay tf away from this place. Spend your money anywhere but here. Omg years of grown gone in a few days. They are not real hair protectors. Stay away. I ignored the few bad reviews.

Very unprofessional dropped my girls off at 900 right at the opening time first ones there for them to do 5 heads before them style wasn’t done well when I asked a question about style they responded in a very disrespectful way Will not go again
