The overall customer service was great. Ivy is amazing! She took my inspiration photo and offered suggestions based on my hair type/texture, but keeping the inspiration in mind. The result was perfect!!! She sure knows her way around a pair of scissors. Six inches of hair gone, and I have never felt so confident! I will definitely return for future needs.

Having lived in different cities finding a great stylist is so important. Kayla is, if not the best, one of the best! Kayla's knowledge, skill and talent in color, cut and styling is very impressive - and very much appreciated!

Horrible Horrible, customer service front desk was rude, I have been going to this salon for years, Michelle who use to be part owner left, and now the salon has gone down hill,I have spent a lot of money with Touch apparently they don’t need the business anymore. definitely not the same quality that it once was. I believe Amanda was the front desk person who caused my final decision to never return.

This salon burnt my hair and left me permanently bold. During the procedure I told them my head was burning and she only gave me a towel to wipe it myself... 2 years later the hair never grew back and the salon refused to do anything to help resolve it... I've spent over 10k in trying to get hair to grow back! The last photo was a month later at another salon. 2 years later, both sides are still bold... I'm only happy they didn't bleach my whole head and only the money spot!

I was scammed out of $250. When I first walked in the door, the desk staff gave me snotty looks like they were better than everyone else. Then a woman came out to the waiting area and offered the guests a massage. She was massaging a man right next to me who was moaning and saying how good it felt. It was very uncomfortable. Then the stylist Jennifer said she would do a full highlight with a new feathered cut and style for less than $200. She kept pulling down on the ends of my hair and brushing against my chest, multiple times. It was very uncomfortable. She did not highlight the roots or back of the hair enough to hide the brown. She did not style cut the hair, it was only trimmed. When it came time to pay, I was charged $250! I've never had to pay that much for a color, cut and style. I feel that Jennifer lied to me and did a careless unfinished job. I am extremely disappointed.

Prior to going to Touch, I hadn't cut my hair in years. I was visiting my mom in Tampa and decided to stop-in. They made availability for me easily and were so welcoming when I arrived. I went in for a haircut with Kayla and a coloring with Ivy. Both women were exceptional. They made me feel comfortable and confident. I loved every moment of my experience here and I cannot wait to come back. My haircut and coloring was exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much! ❤️

Before coming in to my appointment, my hair went all the way down my back to the top of my bum. I called a month ago and mentioned that I was looking for a new stylist to put long layers in my long hair and a v-shaped cut at the bottom. The receptionist told me Courtney could help me with that and so I trusted them booked an appointment. They even mentioned that there would be an extra charge for length and density, no problem with me. The day of the appointment I call an hour beforehand and mention that my hair is very long and the length would make it difficult to wash in the sink. I ask if it’s alright if I wash my hair beforehand to make it easier on the stylist and come in with wet hair since they always shape when it’s wet anyways and they say yes. At this point this is the third mention of LONG hair. On the day of my appointment, Courtney asks how I’d like my hair cut. I show her a video detailing exactly what I want and stand from my chair to show her that I would like my hair cut to my waist. I mention that I would like AT MOST three inches cut off and shaped into a V. She sections my hair and begins cutting what I assume is the haircut I asked for, working on the shape for about an hour with blow drying and shaping. At the end she hands me a mirror and shows me that she’s spent all that time trimming essentially the dead ends off, maybe two inches at most, and my hair looks as though it’s cut straight across. I tell her that this is not the cut I asked for, then mention again that I wanted my hair cut into a v shape, not a straight across chop at the bottom, which she insists she has already done. I show her the video of the hair style again, and remind her that I specifically asked for a v-cut. She had hardly said two sentences to me the entire cut, and this time when she acknowledges that I asked for a v after showing her the video a second time, she spends another hour checking her watch five or six times after offering to do a dry cut to fix the initial mistake. She sections my hair six to seven more times, yanking it from my scalp with the comb and pulling straight through the tangles she makes each time she lays down a new section of hair. At this point I’m in pain, but I try my best to be patient and allow her to do her job, trusting that she knows the process best. I assume she’s cutting the long layers and shape into my hair that I’ve asked for. When she finishing trimming the final section she’s layered, I realize she’s not trimming the top layer into my hair, but instead has chopped a good 10 inches off my hair straight across even worse than the first cut. At this point I interrupt her and ask her where is the rest of my hair? Why would you cut 10 inches off of my hair without even asking?!????Why take the time to layer and section if you were just going to cut half of my hair straight off? That was two years of growth- there’s no way a responsible stylist would not understand. If she didn’t know how to do the hair style, or simply did not have time which was implied by the way she kept checking her watch after volunteering to cut it a second time, I would have preferred that she had mentioned that to me instead. I would not have minded coming back another time to have a different stylist finish the correct hairstyle. I just wish she would’ve asked before cutting half my length off. My hair went from the very bottom of my back to a few inches past my shoulders. A solid 10inches of growth gone. If I hadn’t stopped her God only knows if I’d have any hair left. Do not let Courtney cut your hair!

Excellent service!! I just had my hair done as I’m older and graying. Crystal made me look ten years younger. She took her time and made my haircut look and feel awesome. I am just amazed and when I went home my wife who recommended her said “wow, you look great!” That all I needed to hear. Crystal , I’m coming back to you always. If I could give ten stars I would.

I LOVE this salon. The atmosphere and the staff are amazing! I went in yesterday to have my regrow then touched up.. it usually takes several hours, most of that with bleach on my head because my roots are VERY difficult to lift. But the process only took about 30 minutes and my hair is SO soft. Normally it feels crunchy until I do a deep conditioning treatment but it feels good as new! I told my stylist, Lisa that I’ve been wanting to try a smokey lavender color and she made the exact color I wanted. This color wasn’t even in the book of color options and she made the color by hand! I was SO SO impressed! Needless to say, I’ll be a return customer. Thank you Lisa! I’m in LOVE with my hair!

I feel fortunate-as I know most women do-to have a great salon to count on and look forward to! If you live in the Tampa Bay area seek them out-it’s an oasis and the talent is fantastic. I went for my haircut for the first time here at Touch Aveda. Courtney did layers on my hair. I have long thick hair. She did an excellent job. She made the hair little shorter than I asked for,yet I must say the layers were really nice. Thank you for your professionalism. I will visit again

Want to give a big shout out to Crystal. She's great both as a hair designer and a sparkling personality who makes you feel comfortable right away. So far, I've gone to her for hair cut and styling, and a Brazilian Keratin treatment. I'm a very satisfied customer on all levels with the quality of services and Crystal's attention to detail. In my book, a hair designer who is a perfectionist at her craft, is always the best!
