I've been going to Tonya since 2021 and I refuse to go to anyone else. She is the very best pixie stylist. I'm always getting compliments on my hair and it's all because of her. She isn't just skilled at styling, but she also cares about the health of your hair and will help you maintain it. She's done my hair for every major event including my engagement photos and wedding. She's professional, on time, and great at what she does. I'd recommend her to anyone, as long as they are kind and positive and have great vibes because her salon is a place of positivity.

1st time visiting Touch by Tonya & she was great. Very courteous, informative, listened to my concerns and implanted my request. She also educated me on ways to manage and care for my new style. The other ladies in the shop was friendly and welcoming as well. Definitely plan on returning back.

I believe if the customer service was better my review would’ve been different. I’m a business owner myself and although I was a walkin without an appointment I appreciate her taking me however I didn’t feel welcome due to Tonya attitude and demeanor. My Hair is fine. Just wish her customer service would’ve been better 😏. Tonya my love it’s okay you don’t have to pop off at every review.(customer service) I’ve never been desperate a day in life but you took my “desperate money” $125 to be exact😏 nothing I stated in this review was false. We as a Black Community needs to do better 🙏🏾 be blessed love

I would've liked to experience all the wonderful things that were said about this business but sadly I called to make an appointment and to discuss my hair loss and the woman on the phone was beyond rude. She did not make me feel welcomed just by the conversation.

I stop going to her because she acted like she was doing me a favor every time she complains about my natural hair last time I needed a trim she was not prepared although I made the appointment far in advance she’s a nice lady but it’s important to make every customer feels welcome regardless of hair type.

I'm so grateful that I was able to find Tonya! After suffering with some hair loss due to health issues, I wanted to find a stylist that specialized in short hair styles. Firstly, she was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable to share my hair issues. She took time to discuss options and offer suggestions. I’m so disappointed about an appointment I didn’t have, but I guess it was for the best. I scheduled the appointment, paid the $35 deposit. The cancellation policy states you have to call 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. I had a situation where I needed to cancel and reschedule. I called 24 hours in advance three times, left voice messages for a return call and received no response. I called again the day of the scheduled appointment, left a voicemail message for a return call, nothing. It’s sad, how these policies are made, they get your money up front, then go ghost on you. It’s fine, lesson learned. You don’t treat people rude and nasty and expect to prosper. Enjoy the $35. I’m glad I was able to see first hand what I would have been walking into.

So very HAPPY with my service and DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Touch By Tonya Salon!! Ms Tonya totally revived my over processed, dry and damaged relaxed hair. My post quarantine service was a relaxer, color, shape and style. I just did my first wash at home and my hair continues to feel every so soft, strong and manageable. I have just booked my next service for a protein treatment. Call Tonya...you won't be disappointed

Words do not describe the talent that Tony is blessed with. She took my appointment at the last minute but treated me as if I was a regular. She is precise and took time and care in cutting and styling my hair. She has a wonderful chair side manner , as well as positive conversation. Every strand of my hair was shiny and in place. I’m a very selective person and she made me feel very good about the quality of craftsmanship she provides. I recommend her for all haircuts and styles. Hands down, the very best !

Her work is excellent !I’m originally from Louisiana and when I say one of the best hairstylist ,and my hair last at least two weeks or more. Her personality is Very uplifting and nice. I would literally fly there to get my hair done every two weeks if I could. Simply amazing!!

Wow! Is the first word that I have because Ms. Tonya performed a miracle on my hair. She definitely knows how to "silk you out." She took her time on my hair and is also very knowledgeable about natural hair care. Also she's very down to earth. Please, if you are in the Orlando area, check her out. You will not be disappointed.
