I had an amazing experience doing a year long full body laser hair removal package. Everyone that works there is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them as my skin is now smooth and hair free.

I had an excellent experience, a Touch Laser, Medical Spa in the design district office, downtown Miami. It’s a brand new shop it looked beautiful. The front service team at the desk were oriented to my comfort & education. Ejector was excellent, with the results one week later, have been fantastic.

I have been doing laser for the past 2-3 years and it has changed my life. Some areas are more noticeable than others, but I am super happy with my results. Also, Claudia is amazing and is always making sure I feel okay through the process. I would recommend them 100%!

I recently completed laser hair removal sessions for my legs at Touch Laser Medical Spa, and I am extremely happy with the results. The treatments were efficient and virtually painless, leaving my legs smooth and hair-free. I am so satisfied with the outcome that I will definitely be returning for treatments on other areas.

I went to 8 or 9 sessions for laser hair removal and had NO difference. NONE. Waste of money. They insisted that I should be patient so I was and kept going. 0 difference. Not to mention that when I called to cancel my membership (because the laser clearly was not working) after a huge car accident on the highway, unable to move, they refused to let me cancel the membership over the phone. They claimed that I could not sign electronically even though in person they have you sign up/cancel the membership electronically. An ethical business does not make it hard on purpose for their customers to cancel memberships and after 8 or 9 sessions I should be able to see some sort of result, even if it’s is minimal. Don’t make the same mistake I did by going here.

I have had all great service - but today … VIVIANA went above and BEYOND for my laser session. She is knowledgeable, kind and funny and made me feel very comfortable.I will most definitely continue my services with her as (in Tina turners voice) she’s simply the besttttttt! Usualmente no hago este tipo de cosas porque no busco perfección pero me parece que es suficiente. Compré un paquete de sesiones de laser un tiempo atrás y debido a enfermedad de la dueña del lugar hubo problemas con el "staff" si no eran problemas con la maquina que se "dañaba". Bueno, Hace 2 meces hago el acercamiento para ver si era possible terminar con el tratamiento. Johanna la propietaria amablemente accede ya que me faltaban 4 sesiones. Fui a la primera en el mes de Mayo luego de decirme que esperaba que llegara a la cita porque nunca llegaba y le deje saber que aparentemente me estaba confundiendo porque de mi parte cancelaciones y no shows no han occurido ya que estoy en una industria similar y respeto esas cosas. Ella me dice que si que me confundio con otro cliente, de todos modos la session fluyó muy bien aunque para mi sorpresa la maquina que siempre estaba dañada continuaba ahí. Hoy (06/26/2020) era la segunda cita luego del "come back", Yo acepto que llegué casi 15 minutos tarde a la cita porque me confundi ya que 1030 se habia mencionado en las opciones brindadas... le envio un mensaje de texto dejando saber que estaba 15 minutos tarde. All llegar al lugar para mi sorpresa ella no habia llegado y nadie de las que trabajan en el lugar sabian nada de ella, ya habian 2 clients de las 10:00 am esperando las cuales atendió primero que yo por razones obvias. Cabe decir que no dirigió una sola palabra a nosotros como clients estando ahi esperando ademas de varias personas dentro del lugar en silla de pelo y manos etc... (lo cual no se supone ahora mismo por ley). Luego llegó una joven despues de mi y ella fue atendida primero que yo... ese fué el colmo. En ningun momento preguntó quien llegó primero, ningun check in process, NADA. No tuve otra opcion que Irme ya que trabajaba al mediodia y no podia esperar mas luego de perder toda la mañana y manejar + de 30 minutos para llegar al lugar. AL cabo de casi 3 horas me responde el mensaje diciendo "estare aqui hasta las 6". Al responderle que me tuve que ir al trabajo y lo que ocurrió me responde que "no me vió".... Me parecen practicas no profesionales, como dije al principio no busco perfección pero tampoco prácticas tan anti profesionales. Si estan dispuestos a lidear con este tipo de situaciones pues Adelante.

The company is SPAM! I canceled my services which I never got to use because they never had time apparently and still got charged! I put in a dispute with my credit card for the first time and they awarded me the credit. As soon as my CC gave me back my money, this company charged my card. 3 months later, they tried to be sneaky and charged me AGAIN! STAY AWAY, they will try to steal your money. If I could give this company zero stars I would....

I bought a groupon for this location and it was the worse mistake. I guess you get what you paid for. As soon as I purchased the Groupon, I called this spa for an appointment. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone for two business days. This person texted me on the third day to see what I needed. I explained that I needed an appointment for laser and we scheduled it for the Saturday after. She didn’t ask me for my name or contact information. When Saturday came, I texted the same number in the morning to confirm my appointment. The person mentioned “not today” and that the “machine was broken”. I was extremely disappointed that first I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to coordinate an appointment and second, if I didn’t text this person, no one would have contacted me to cancel my appointment. Also, how can a laser machine be broken at a laser spa? I just got a bad vibe from this place and will be requesting a refund immediately.
