Friday 2/24, I visited Touche Salon in order to get a touch up Balayage, Wash/Cut, and styling. It just so happened that Friday was Abigail (Abby) Rieber's last day accepting hair models and would be moving into her much deserved 'Level 1 Stylist' position the very next day! From start to finish Abby treated me with professionalism and care, she asked for my input and genuinely cared about my wishes for my hair. This was only my 3rd time having Balayage color, and I like to remain very natural (since I'm naturally a red head and love my original color). So, I expressed that I wanted a "subtle" change and she went to work! I had this treatment done 2 other times with a 'Master Level Stylist' and when Abby was finished, I couldn't tell a difference between her results and my Master Level Stylists work. Y'all Abby is a RISING STAR 💫 and you need to get in to see her pronto! I will most certainly be back to see Abby Rieber!! 🙌🏼 I think the pictures speak for themselves but if I could give 100 ⭐️'s I would!

I had a hair cut and color last Wednesday and I am very pleased with how it all turned out. I wasn't sure on the color and Abby walked me through getting the right color for my hair and putting in lo lights and high lights. She also cut my hair and the new length is so easy to manage. Abby did an amazing job and I could not be more pleased!

I searched all over Lexington for someone that could possibly fix a bad haircut and color I received from another place of business, I found great reviews about this salon, my stylist name was Zane, she slowly explained everything she was going to do, I said go for it, she made me so comfortable from the first time she started talking, well my prayers were answered , Zane did a fantastic job with my hair I found my forever salon. Thank you Zane and your staff.

I visited Touché twice last month. The first visit I got highlights, cut, and styling by Abby Rieber and also got my eyebrows waxed and colored. Abby knew exactly what I wanted and gave great recommendations for hair products that would work well for my hair. The second visit I brought my son to see Abby. He is very picky about his hair but loved what Abby did for him. We love Abby and think she is the best! Touché is a great salon, with welcoming staff and coffee or water if you’re thirsty. We highly recommend Abby Rieber and Touché salon! Go see her!

Super friendly people :) I was immediately greated and offered a water or coffee. Abby was welcoming and helped me decide a look that would suit me best. She even did some peek a boo color highlights! Learned some great tips to treat my hair better from her as well. I would highly recommend going and be sure to ask for Abby. I will absolutely be coming back when I need a touch up :)

We moved here a year ago.I tried another stylist,and it didnt turn out well.Our daughter is getting married soon so I desperately needed to try to get my hair looking nice. Found Touche thru Google,called , they scheduled me with Zayne. Wonderful lady.Because of prior treatment on my hair,my color didnt come out as it should have.I told her I would go home,maybe I needed to get use to how bright it was.Needless to say,I just wasnt satisfied.I called back,she got me in,we consulted with others in the shop. Re did the color,and now it looks fantastic. I really love their products.No burn on the scalp.My blow out and cut looked phenomenal. I have found my new hair place.Zayne u rock!

Highly recommend Touché!! I’ve been to over 10+ salons and Touché is by far the best. Tiffany is fabulous, she can do exactly what I want from just a glimpse of a photo. I’ve never been more pleased with my hair, she even took extra time at one appointment and put extensions in my hair, that I brought from home, just to make sure the color matched. She always styles my hair to perfection and make sure I leave happy. Tiffany is amazing! If you visit Touché, see Tiffany!!!

I took my daughter to get a balayage. I payed $169.00. The hair came out all brassy. The lighting in the salon is terrible. It appears nice in the salon but once you leave it really shows how bad and brassy and dry the hair looks. I called next day, I talked to someone on the phone and she said that they were going to call me back, to see what they used on my daughters hair. I still haven’t heard anything from them and it has been a month. Very disappointed in there service.

After extensive research looking for a good professional hair salon. I was referred to touche when i called asking about services offered i was amazed with the professionalism and knowledge of Anthony. I immediately made an appointment The salon is very clean and kept up. Anthony is an amazing artist as he helped me immensely with color choices and a beautiful Brazilian Blow out. I was there most of the morning i was very comfortable and relaxed. The conversation with Anthony and the other staff made me feel so welcome. I highly recommend this salon, Anthony and any of his Staff. They are awesome people with amazing customer service and professional skills I felt like I made new friends there. I will definitely be back. It was worth the drive from Winchester. If I could give 15 stars i would. Thank you Anthony for your artistry in making my hair beautiful and manageable again.

GREAT, CLEAN SALON — I love this salon. I have thick, coarse, curly hair and it’s really hard for me to know what looks best. Nora is amazing at cutting my hair and every visit is educational. I learn how to treat my hair better with each time I come here! ❤️❤️

I booked an appointment several months ago for haircut. I got in, haircut was fine, planned to leave with wet head, due to fact those little hairs can be a nuisance, take a shower. But, she said, " no charge, includes hair dried." So, she styles my hair. I go back couple months later for partial highlights, I was told by gentleman on phone, highlights start at $60, I was ok with that, and made appointment.....For $60.00. While getting highlights, I mentioned I noticed my hair can get brassy,, she recommended a violet shampoo. Then she went to get a toner, which I thought was part of the highlight process! Never once said $27.00 add on....Or that her highlights are $75.00...Not $60.00. Then she dried and styled...All in all, I was expecting my $60 bill, plus nice tip too. I get to check out and it was $133.00!!! She charges for hair dried out. I about fell through the floor. I said ' the man on phone said it was $60, that's what I agreed too, it was $75! because of level of stylist, ( I said $60 will work, but HE booked higher) then I'm charged $27.00 for toner, then charged to get hair style. Last time, it was included!! I feel like they stole from me, not upfront and honest, nor explain things just added on extra services, even though not booked for extra services. No money left for tip. I have been to higher end nicer salons, but the person doing hair is ALWAYS upfront with pricing, or others I've been to in Dallas Texas to Fla, their prices at station for customer to see, AND they explain things! I wrote twice to owner, no response. Bad business practices, so please be mindful of hidden charges, tacked on services, discuss everything with hair dresser. Ask them to put services and charges up at their stations. My $60.00 visit turned into $134.00. My friend had planned to go here for haircut, she cancelled, she didn't want what happened to me, happen to her. My news of this has made the rounds, owner, nor stylist not even apologized. I won't be back.
