She is really knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She gave me tips for stretches I could do to relax my shoulders and also recommended a tea. Very friendly and kind as well. And the massage was great. Probably best I've had in the area!!

Heidi is amazing at everything she does when it comes to those hands... I have been to many massage therapist and she knows her stuff intuitively! She senses out spots that you had no idea were affecting you... she is a natural healer and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! I’ve never had better in all of my years and experiences!
