Love this hair salon in EP. The staff is always super friendly and hair service is beautifully done using high quality products. Haircut and highlights on point! The studio itself is very nicely decorated and they also have a cute mini boutique section with some beautiful, unique pieces. Love it!

Jessica is an absolute ARTIST. She always makes my hair look seamless and healthy. Wouldn’t trust anyone else. On top of that, the salon itself is stunning and so inviting.

I got a text message to confirm or cancel appointment. I made the appointment Dec 8th and forgot to add to my calendar. I responded to cancel the appointment. Got a text message response that said “thanks,…..” I assumed the appointment was canceled but when I was charged on my CC I called and was told the number that messages to confirm or cancel doesn’t actually receive text responses so I was charged $165! I was told the only way to cancel an appointment was to call. Extremely disappointed to be out $165 and no service provided.

I received a confirmation text for a hair appointment that I did not book. I responded to the text “wrong number.” I have not been to this hair salon since January 2023. My card has an unauthorized charge from 12/22/23 of $300 from this salon when I never even booked an appointment? Currently disputing. Make sure you don’t leave your card on file here.

I went in at 10 o clock as per my appointment was scheduled.The receptionist told me my stylist is running late. Waited for like half an hour until i asked again to find that my appointment has been cancelled without any prior notice given to me. She said no one is available and that i had to wait till 11:30 till someone gets free to do my hair. I insisted on taking me and after a while a stylist squeezed me in between her scheduled appointment. She was kind and very well spoken but rushed through the service to get into her next appointment on time. Only after i came back home i realised that my hair was uneven and choppy and had longer hair in between my short length. Very disappointed with the whole situation and it’s laughable that i paid 100 dollars for the service. Not going back again.

Jess did a wonderful job on my color + highlights. I have dark hair with some greys and my highlights were significantly grown out. She understood what I was looking for (low maintenance color with highlights to face frame) and I left feeling fabulous. Very talented and really listens to what the customer wants. She also explained how to maintain color over time, which is awesome!

Loved loved loved them! Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Ran around in the heat for 12+ hours and makeup and hair stayed looking good.

Terrible first experience left feeling humiliated. This is not the place to go if you have curly hair or if you expect appointments to run on time. I appreciate Jessica the owner's apology, but I would not feel comfortable returning or exploring any future service.

Horrible experience for me. Went in for a simple haircut and left with an incredibly uneven cut. So bad that I cannot wear my hair down. The person cutting my hair was late for our appointment, but it wasn’t long of a wait. He was super nice and friendly, but unfortunately the haircut was terrible. I understand that everyone has off days. When I left I couldn’t tell that there was anything wrong with the cut because when it was being styled he could not get the static under control, and it was incredibly windy outside, so as soon as I left I threw my hair into a bun and carried on with my day. When I washed my hair the following day I noticed it incredibly lopsided. A solid one inch difference in sides, and some other issues with layering on just the one side. My biggest disappointment is that I reached out to them on multiple platforms to try to have the situation fixed but no one responded until a week later when I had already left the city. I’ve never been more disappointed in a $75 haircut, nor have I ever had a business take a week to respond. If they would have responded right away and found a way to fix the issue, I wouldn’t be writing this review. I’ll never use this salon again.

Jess and her team were phenomenal for my wedding. They were all efficient and my bridal party (with all different types of hair and styles) looked gorgeous. Jess has amazing energy which is needed during a busy getting ready day and was fun to talk with. I had even changed my hairdo from the trial run and she went with it and I was in love with the outcome. Definitely a must for your wedding hair/makeup! 10/10!

Jessica and her team did my hair/makeup for my wedding party. They were AMAZING! Even though my look kept changing, Jessica managed to nail it. I felt natural, but glamorous. I'm so glad I worked with Jessica on my big day!

The place is nice and they do a nice job BUT I am giving it 3 stars due to a major short staffing problem. Unfortunately, they don’t have enough staff. No dedicated staff to answer the phone, most of my phone calls got redirected to their voice messaging system, they ask you to send a text message to a phone number that they list in the voice message which I texted several time and on multiple occasions without any reply. There is a high chance that your appointment will get cancelled if the only staff who does the job is not available.

This was my first visit at this salon and I loved it! Celeste did a cut and color on me and it was exactly what I wanted. It's so hard finding someone that you don't mind spending a few hours with that does great work too! The staff are all warm and welcoming. This salon itself has great vibes too. I highly recommend Tousled!

By far my favorite salon in the City! Not only do they do a fantastic job but its got a chic and relaxing atmosphere. I go to Jessica for haircuts (the best!) but I also book blow-outs with any of her team members and I'm always happy with the results. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. Jess, the owner, has truly made her vision come to life with Tousled. She has created a beautiful space, where you feel safe and confident. She's been doing my hair for a few months now, and there hasn't been a time where I've left the salon feeling unsure or uneasy about the results. I trust her with my hair completely, therefore I trust her team as well. Her attention to detail, great personality and professionalism through every appointment makes each visit to Tousled something to look forward to. If you haven't had the opportunity to visit, or were unsure to do so. Take it from me, you won't regret it. *There are panels installed between each hairdressing chair, so you have privacy and feel safer as well (COVID)

I think this salon is the best in El Paso- hands down. Jess is truly an artist when it comes to hair. The whole staff is really knowledgeable in regards to hair and makeup . Basically, I love this place and recommend it to anyone looking for a beauty salon in El Paso!

I’ve seen Jess since 2012 when her spot was in a cute little place on Montana. I LOVE what she’s done with this salon. It’s gorgeous. And rumor has it the next one is going to be amazing too. So glad i squeeze into her schedule before the holidays. Tousled is beautiful and warm and clean. The service is great and the produce smell wonderful! And now two of my most favorite stylists are under the same roof, Maddie and Jess! Won’t be going anywhere else ever again!

When I moved to El Paso, I struggled desperately to find a salon that knew how to handle my hair. After trying several other places, Tousled was recommended to me by a friend and now I won't go anywhere else. The facility is cute and cozy ?and recently updated beautifully), the staff are friendly and laid back and the end result is always walking out feeling like a million bucks. I'm picky about my shade of blonde and how the highlights are applied but they always get it right! And their blowouts are to die for. Jess is amazing at what she does and just the kindest, most engaging person you will meet. I've also worked with Stephanie, Lucas and Celeste and they are all amazing! Can't say enough good things! Best salon in El Paso!
