I always have a really good experience at this salon, the atmosphere is always so welcoming, and there’s always great vibes. I go to Priscilla and have yet to receive a bad service from her, I’ve been going to her for years. I’ve gotten simple things from a haircut to something a little more intense like going blonde. She always makes sure to take care of my hairs health before anything!

I made the mistake of telling my stylist that I wasn't picky. However, I showed her a picture of what I wanted for the color, and a picture for the cut. I had to have the cut redone after I left, because it wasn't even close to what I asked for, and the color was supposed to be reds and blondes in dark brown color. I ended up with copper blonde and blonde in light brown color. It's pretty, if you want to look like everyone else, but I don't want to look like everyone else. I chose the colors, because I have had them in the past, and love them together. I chose the cut, because there was too much weight for my hair to curl naturally like it does. I ended up with the length trimmed, and what looked like ONE layer around the top. When I got home and pulled the hair out, it wasn't blended. I told her it was fine, after she showed me the final result, because I wasn't going to sit there for another hour or two to get the colors I asked for. Two hours, and $323.00, was enough. She was very nice, but if you want something unique, I would go somewhere else.

You ask for a blow out with large round brush no curling iron They blow dry it then get the curling iron out. I say no curling iron and they assert that I should. They then ask if I ever change up my style. I say I don’t like to and I never use a curling iron. She uses the curling iron convincing me it helps hold my “blow out style” I let her try it thinking maybe she’s knows what she is doing. Nope… not even close to what I asked for. As I’m walking out she says enjoy your new look! I’m thinking “ I said I didn’t want a new look!” So she knew better! 2 times I’ve gone home and re-fixed my hair. With 2 different stylists. Both did the exact same thing. Next time you are there, Look at the stylists pictures on the wall by the counter. They all have the same hair style and that’s obviously the only thing they know how to do. If you like the country girl soccer mom look then go for it.

Not a fan. Slow service. Terrible outcome for an overpriced work. Please find someplace else to invest your money in. They discriminate too.

Tousled Salon and Ashton are top notch! Wonderful customer service and education regarding your hair needs. Always a great experience. I changed my mind on a recent color and Ashton got me in immediately, took care of my request and I was 100% satisfied as always.

Definitely do not recommend for Prom. They were very nice, but I paid $75 for a style that had to be redone by her friend after we left.

Awesome job they are so amazing and take the time to answer questions and show how to use products for best results and im very happy with their work and they really help educate and are very thorough. Best place for a blowout. 5 stars

Do not go here for a cut! They butchered my daughter's hair and charged her $67 for it! They did refund her money but not sure if this is fixable. Absolutely terrible!!!

Love this salon. I came in with low expectations because I had box dye on my hair and usually it takes a few sessions to get it blonde but Alyvia!!!! I showed her what I had envisioned and she made my hair exactly like the photo but way better and only in 2 and a half hours. I highly recommend this salon!! ☺️

Priscilla gave me the hair of my dreams!! I went in nervous from having negative experiences in different salons in the past but Priscilla explained what was happening and did not disappoint! I’ve never left a hair appointment so happy!! I will never go anywhere else!!

i will never see anyone but Alyvia ever again!!! she is talented, sweet, and knows her stuff!!! I came it with awful at-home bleached hair. It was dry, orange/golden shade, and I honestly expected her to turn me away when I got there. But Alyvia made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She also put in WORK!!! My hair looks beautiful, shiny, and looks expensive!! Will definitely be going back to her! She let me talk when I wanted to chat, and respected when I wanted to just zone out in silence. Also the salon environment is so clean, beautiful, and different than what I have seen other salons look like. Overall my experience was 12 out of 10!

Buyer beware! Do your research before going here. Although they claim that they “pride themselves in their work”...they are more concerned with getting their money at their “luxury” salon then the health of the client. Eight weeks ago I got 2 rows of hair extensions here. There was an $800 deposit and then 1388.35 due at the end of the service. Human hair is expensive they say. I never had extensions before but I was just going with it. The process wasn’t explained and when I asked I got a small description of the process. But ok...I was going to have long hair for once in my life. Three days after, they checked in with me...some styling issues but no real concerns. At the beginning of the 8th week, my scalp was starting to burn. My appointment was on Friday of that week but I thought I could make it until then and discuss it with them. By Wednesday it took every thing I had not to shave my hair off in distress. My concerned daughter watched You Tube videos to get them out of my hair and was successful in doing so. I called this “luxury” salon and no answer “we are busy...best to text” but I left a message that I needed to cancel my appointment on Friday which was now 24 hours in advance. I got a text response asking if I was going to reschedule. I am still in discomfort at this point and didn’t respond. The next morning...the day of my scheduled appointment...they charged my credit card $226. Apparently, you need to give 48 hour notice...”our website states our cancellation policy.” Yes, their money was more important than their client.” I am guilty of not doing my research in your hair extension process. Had I done my research I would have known that you were using metal beads...and I’m allergic to metal...thus the reaction my scalp was having. I read your comments to your other negative reviews and I see no responsibility taken by your luxury salon that prides themselves on their work. I expect nothing less from you on my review of your salon but hope that we can all learn something from this!

GRACIE!!! Stunning job. I had so many compliments on my hair for our military ball! It stayed perfect from 1100 all the way through the evening until I took it out for bed around 2300. I am extremely impressed and am looking forward to sitting in your chair in the future.

I got a blowout at Tousled and my hair isn’t even clean! It’s still dirty! What a waste of $62. For blowouts being their main service, I’m really disappointed. I’m contemplating washing my hair & styling it again now.

I had an updo and make-up done by Gracie for a wedding. The updo looked gorgeous! Exactly what I wanted. The make-up turned out well too- especially my brows and eye make-up. The foundation color she chose matched fairly well! There were some spots where the foundation just didn’t quite agree with my skin, causing it to look very texture-y in some spots. Once it was blended, it looked more natural. Other than that, Gracie was quick, professional, and gave me exactly what I asked for! Would definitely recommend her for formal occasions hair and make-up!

Received an email cancelation (no call or text explanation offered, I had to physically call them) for an appointment (hair and makeup) at 4PM for a next day 10AM appointment, stating a family emergency. It was for my brother's wedding. Be aware, the owner doesn't have compassion or care regarding "big life events." I called and expressed how I understood family emergencies come up, but an alternative should be offered, considering the notice they provided was not enough time to obtain a replacement. If they will do this for an appointment scheduled for 5 months, they will do it for your big day or event, too. Too many other quality salons in Wichita to justify choosing this place.

Very friendly, very professional staff. My service was a customized facial with Malissa. She is extremely knowledgeable about skin and knew what products to recommend. It has been about a month and I have noticed a great change to the acne I had and the redness I was experiencing. I highly recommend booking with her. I’m sure everyone there is wonderful but I’ve only had experience with her.
