I used the service to get my hair and makeup done prior to officiating a wedding. I sent pictures of what I wanted and the stylist assured me she was comfortable doing that style and that it would look great. After the service was done I was shocked to look in the mirror and see that the style looked NOTHING like what I had sent. I ended up showering to get out the 5 pounds of hairspray and re-doing my hair and makeup myself in a scramble prior to the wedding. I've reached out to their customer service team multiple times to come to a resolution and they have never responded to me. Avoid this business and go somewhere else!

I was visiting Seattle for a wedding and wanted to get my hair done. Tousled was just what I needed! I was able to put exactly what I was looking for and where I was staying and the stylist came directly to me. The in app messaging was a convent tool. We moved hotels and with a quick text I was able to notify my stylist, Lauren. Lauren couldn’t of been nicer and did an amazing job on my blow out and curls. I just wish Tousled was available in Philadelphia!

Corporate Cuts Hair Salon and Corporate Cuts Mobile Hair Salon LLC are in no way affiliated with Tousled.me. They knowingly are using the name of my 25 year established recognized business name to divert traffic to their site. They met with me. They know me. They supposedly support women entrepreneurs but don't seem to mind compromising a "hard fought for" women's business. Corporate Cuts Hair Salon will not be held responsible for any reputation or identity that Tousled.me creates. They have already had to take down this post once.

This is a great app. The haircuts are professional, you dont have to leave your home, the stylists are prompt, courteous and well-trained. I dont know how they do it. They are the perfect combination of fast, reasonably-priced and high quality.

Andrea is a life saver! She did a great job cutting and styling my hair, as well as giving my kids haircuts at my house. I was having the hardest time fitting in appointments at the start of school for us all- between work, sports and after school activities, this was the best find of my busy September! For ten years I had an upscale bridal boutique in downtown Seattle. Oh how I wish Tousled was around to take care of my brides! Tousled not only guarantees that the hair and makeup people will arrive on time, bring all the tools they need, not overbook themselves and respond to questions from the brides, they also have enough top quality bridal stylists that they have someone who can work with you no matter how popular your wedding day is. Seattle area brides, you finally only have to make one call!

My son uses this mobile service to get haircuts at home for his children and himself. I wish it was this easy when I raised my own kids. The woman that cut their hair was so sweet and did such a nice job I told her I was going to let everyone know. She was so good with the kids and the haircuts were beautiful. If you are a busy parent, schedule an appointment with Jessica (but my son says all the Tousled stylists are great).

One word; wow! Tousled is an absolutely incredible experience! So far I have received three beauty services from three different stylists; an updo, a wonderful makeup session, and then bridesmaid makeup to top it all off! Each stylist arrived on time with full styling kits ready to go. I felt pampered and at ease within the comfort of my own home every single time. By the time each of my 'beauty sessions' were over I was in love with the beautiful looks that each stylist had created for me. What I absolutely loved the most was that none of the stylists tried to 'change' how I looked, they simply enhanced my natural features and made me feel like a star without feeling overly done up. I would recommend Tousled to anyone who is wanting to feel and look like the best version of themselves.

Tousled's talented staff rocked a day-long video shoot as our hair and makeup department! This tireless team of women was up and at 'em at 6am for a 10 hour day of styling more than 20 female actors. Tousled was flexible, good-natured, quick-working, creative in both retro and modern hair and makeup styling, and an all-around pleasure to collaborate with. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for custom hair and makeup services!

Very convenient and you can cancel any time and get your money back. They'll keep you updated via email/sms which is important to me and they also have recurrent services. Give it a try and it would be hard for you to find a reason to go to the salon ever again.

Glad I found Tousled. I have never really liked getting haircuts but the barber at least comes to me with Tousled. I just set an appointment online, they come to my house, cut my hair, clean up, and leave. Straightforward and convenient, could not ask for more
