Had a normal bleach and cut. When I got to the till, I was charged more than 360 USD. I began to question the price and was told it was 'highlights.' I have absolutely no highlights in my hair, and he did no procedures for highlights. It was a very common bleaching of roots from grey to white which I've had done dozens of times in the past five years. To top it off, he did not bleach it to the colour I asked, even after I showed him pics of the colour. I have phoned and left messages to get a copy of the receipt to provide proof of what he charged me for ... but no one has bothered to respond.

I had a balayage done by Mish and he did an AMAZING job! I have had this done before elsewhere and it was not good. He listened to exactly the color i wanted and looked at photos. It was amazing! 10000% coming to him again! 🤩🤩🤩

OMG!!!!! Recently I got my hair done by Maryna, guys she’s amazing, people ask my who got my highlights done, first time when I can say I finally found my hairstylist that satisfied everything i wanted!!!! *Absolutely Gorgeous!*I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Emad, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He completely transformed my dull hair, grey roots and all, into a vibrant and brilliant color that truly shines. The haircut was spot on—exactly what I asked for—but what really stood out was the blowout. I have naturally curly hair, and it's rare to find a stylist who knows how to manage it without overloading it with products. Emad knew just how to smooth out the areas that needed it while giving my curls the perfect amount of body and bounce. I usually have to go home and fix a blowout, but this time I walked out of the salon feeling like I was ready for a glamorous evening out. Highly recommend!

Travelled cross county and made a stop to visit my favorite salon. The products are excellent, my stylist gave me a phenomenal haircut and blow out. I tried to engage with her. She seemed judgemental, stand offish. She made my whole experience sour. May never return….

i am not exaggerating when i’m saying that emad pulled me out of the depth of hair depression and despair. this is a reminder and a PSA that not all salons and stylists are equal… CHECK THEIR WORK. the place i went to before WRECKED my hair and left it looking like what can only be described as, “a bad bleach job.” emad did look at me like this when i walked in 😵‍💫🥴 but he said he loves a challenge. challenge ACHIEVED. this man is so amazing i vow never to go anywhere else for as long as i reside in chicago.

Mish worked wonders on my hair! He helped blend in my grown out box red dye roots into my natural hair color and ultimately into something better than I imagined as you can see from the before and after photos below. Can’t recommend enough!

Emad was the best! Moving to the South Loop from out-of-town, my hair was long overdue for some tlc. He did a great job with my highlights, the service was amazing, and I was in-and-out very quick. He’s a magician - I highly recommend.

I was in town visiting a friend, and would definitely come back! Loved Emad and had such a good experience! I have dark hair and wanted a subtle burgundy with partial highlights. Also cut off about 10-12 inches. I showed him pictures and he nailed it!

Just moved to Chicago and needed a balayage and cut. I went to Touss on recommendation of a friend who said she got the best cut of her life there. I was able to make an appointment through the online booking system and thankfully was able to come in earlier than scheduled for my balayage and cut. The results speak for themselves, Emad did a great job of blending in the color. He's very nice and truly a pro at what he does. Highly recommend and I'll be back! Glad to have found a great go to salon in Chicago.
