Amazing customer service and hair services! I came in for a haircut last week and was having some trouble styling it at home. I called, spoke with Olivia and she had me come back to fix it up to my liking. I literally could not be happier with my hair now. Thank you Brittney and Olivia!

Towns is such a great salon! It's comfortable, chill, and friendly with the least awkward atmosphere I've ever experienced at any hair salon. Services are reasonably priced, which makes the experience even more relaxing. My stylist, Olivia, always takes time to make sure she understands what I'm wanting before she makes it happen. Always a refreshing experience at Towns.

Olivia at Towns did an amazing job on my bob hair cut!! I have had short hair for many years now and have been cut by several different hairstylists and Olivia is by far the best. She explained what she was doing every step of the way. I learned more styling tricks from her, even though I thought I knew them all. It was an amazing experience and she has learned a life long client!!!!

The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because at least their customer service skills are good. I went in asking for a cute long bob. I showed the stylist two picture and asked if she could do it. She was so confident she could but just by looking at the results, you can tell she didn’t have a clue. It’s so uneven in a few spots and why tf did she ask my about layers when the pictures didn’t have any? My extreme social anxiety makes me unable to stand up for myself or speak up so I went home looking like a soccer mom thinking “I can make this work”. I have tried different ways and even tried adding my old hair extensions and it still looks so bad. I have cried so much (still do) because this has taken my confidence away. I feel so ugly and my only solution is to get a wig or something until it grows out a bit so someone else can even it out. I’m grateful that they at least returned my money but the damage is done. I’ll have to live with this ugly haircut until who knows how long. I had been here twice but this has made me so unbelievably upset I don’t think I’ll ever come back. First two pics are of my hair after, the second two are what I had shown the “stylist”. Thinking back, all her questions seemed dumb and irrelevant to what I wanted.

Felt like a million dollars after getting 3 inches cut off. Olivia was fabulous, and gave my sisters and I some great local recommendations (we were traveling from Virginia). Make this part of your trip to New Mexico, should you be passing through! And grab some Saint Poncho candles while you are at it.

Got an appointment within two hours of calling and ended up getting one of the best haircuts in my very long life. Olivia Ozores listened carefully to what I wanted, gently offered suggestions, and mirrored everything back to me before starting to cut my hair. And so, in addition to getting a terrific style, I had the relaxing delight of feeling heard!

I had a great experience with the service; the service provider was friendly and professional. However, there was one issue where I requested a blue black hair dye but received a very black hair dye instead. Additionally, I double-checked with the service provider to verify if the color was still the same, she confirmed that it was.

Olivia at Towns saved me when I needed a last minute haircut before traveling. She had a cancellation and I was able to get in. Olivia listened to my ideas and brought her expertise to create a beautiful cut that fit my features perfectly. Also the salon has the best chill southwestern vibes. 10/10 definitely coming back.

Took over 2 years for my hair to slowly grow back after Olivia bleached my hair and completely damaged it. All of my hair fell out it was horrible! Never lost so much hair in my life. Thankfully the owner gave me full refund and apologized!

I friend of mine recommended her hairstylist to me at Towns. Her name is Jaiden Montoya and she is the kindest young lady. I appreciated her listening to my wants and needs with my hair and how I suggested it be cut and colored. She came through perfectly and in a timely manner. The price is reasonable for the product, time and effort. The place is very comfortable and unique in its location, name and style. I will be returning. Thanks!

I’ll start by saying jaiden was very sweet. She did my highlight root touch up. Honestly it’s pretty bad, insanely stripy and she missed front pieces which are very noticeable. But the worst part, is I was charged for a full when she only did not even half my head just where I part my hair and about 3 strands on the bottom. Style was also not great. Will not be back

Olivia has always been my hairstylist before Towns and I have always trusted her with my hair from cuts to color she is definitely the one who can get it done, down to a T :) Olivia has always been passionate about hair and taking good care of her clients. Everything about the experience has always been wonderful! This was my first time at Towns and I just want to say how beautiful everything is in the salon, the vibes, music, the hairdressers! Always great service, the cutest decorations, every stylist there is friendly, listens and truly hears what you’re looking for and they deliver above and beyond! Olivia fixed my overly bleached botched hair from another stylist and effortlessly returned my hair to its natural color leaving me with soft and healthy hair while keeping some honey blonde for dimension and giving me a fantastic cut that has brought life and volume back into my hair. I will never go to a different salon!

I didn't know what I wanted to do with my long pandemic hair, it was such a mess. Knew I wanted something completely different but did not know what. Olivia at Towns knew what would look great and would work with my life style. When I got to my appointment she was right there waiting for me. We talked for a few minutes, and she knew exactly what to do. She cut off probley 4 inches into the cutest cut ever. I felt 10 years younger. If you want a great cut this is where you need to go. The shop in beautiful. They are covid safe. They check your temp when you arrive. After asking questions regarding your health. Oliva and the other girl are so nice. Couldnt have picked a better place. I RECOMEND Town for anyone who needs a great cut and style. I'll post pictures later. Thank you agian P.S. my boyfriend just loves it.
