TQ Spa is "Gorgeous Metamorphosis" on Living Social. Went for a microblading consultation when I told them the day and time I would be there but no one came to the door. I spoke to someone on the phone prior to confirm the floor # but she was rude and still didnt answer the door, as she knew I was coming. The place seems like a hole in the wall and does not seem up to standards and certainly lacks customer service. I will take this as a blessing in disguise!

Sadly a terrible experience. Prepaid $180 with Groupon for a couples massage but was not able to book our appointment. On calling there was only ever a voicemail. Tried multiple times, different days of the week and weekend. Not a single returned call. I did get a text message once, telling me they were busy. I replied asking for future availability and nothing. Ended up getting a refund.

Botched microblading done by Sheila unevenly. She told me to wait until it healed to see how it would look. The process was painful, I bled and oozed the the whole day. Four weeks later after it healed, it looked nothing like it did initially. Color spread looking like a regular tattoo. Irena (owner) said I should've addressed the concern before I left, which I expressed to her I did. She then told me to come back in to even them out but pay the same price that I did originally. I have to wear makeup everyday to cover them as they are uneven and spotty. Doesn't make much sense. 😕

Not sure if it's the same spa as Red Wine Spa. The staff performing the massage and facial were different. Massage was incredible. The gentleman did an amazing job with my boyfriend and I. The facial was okay, could be better. The facial timing was off. Paid for 60 min, it was less than that and normally while getting facial they're supposed squeeze out what ever needed to be squeezed, nothing was done, just layers of cleansers, toners, and moisturizer.

Worst massage experience ever! When I arrived they took me and my friend to wrong room (some other spa next door?) and suggested us to get undressed and then got us out and moved to other room. Massage was ok but at the end stuff was talking bad about us being slow getting dressed and how much tips we left right in our face in Russian - too bad I know Russian and understood everything they were saying about us while smiling and thinking that we understand only English, it`s a horrible treatment!

Hey all I've been living in the city for close to two years now and haven't really found a good place that does full body massages and facials at a reasonable price until now. I actually found this spa on yelp thought I'd try it out. I've been going there for the passed 4 months and really love it so I decided I'd write a review. It's kinda small but they offer great service and greet me with a smile. Their masseuse is great and knows exactly the right trigger points. what I really love about them is they always listen and take criticism very well.. This was a major problem that I had while finding a good spa.. I'm very particular and other spas just thought I was teaching them how to do their job. not many ppl know about it which is good and you don't have to wait.. And it's next to a modeling agency .. All in all great find 5 stars hands down!

I had an amazing experience, I got done permanent eyebrow brush strokes it looks so natural, I love it. I also got a beauty mark and permanent eyeliner on my upper eyelid. The place is very clean, peaceful atmosphere, and high end. I highly recommend TQ spa!

I took my mum to TQ Spa for a manicure-pedicure Groupon deal for her birthday, and decided to get a groupon (with a facial) for myself, too. Making the appointment was straightforward and encouraging, as was all communication here: the woman who answered the phone was kind and knowledgeable. Upon arriving at the spa we were warmly greeted and offered tea, coffee, wine, water, etc. The manicurist got to work on my mum after a short wait, while Inna gave me a facial. Based on her explanation, i decided to upgrade to a chemical peel and am so glad. My skin has never looked better! I'm considering buying a facial package. Altogether we were there for +2 hours, and never felt rushed. I'm happy with the quality of services and it's reassuring to know that the staff are fairly paid—we were asked how the tip should be divided between the staff.

Worst mani-pedí ever. Literary on a scale of 1 to 10. Where 1 is the lowest and 10 the highest. It's a 1 or no stars. Person Neli, didn't really know what she was doing. The towel that she used was extremely dirty had black stains and dust. My nails are not even aligned and forgot to cut 2 nails. I had to keep on reminding her to cut the cuticles. Place is really bad for mani & pedi. Neli is a very nice person but Neli got mad on the tip I gave her, accept it I at least gave you something.
