Amazing, lovely person who really wants you to look good when you leave! A bright spirit, too, and will not have someone in the salon double-booked like other “celebrity” stylists. Good value for the time she’ll put into your look. I’ve been going for I think four years now, and also...she has some great clothes so you can shop while you get your hair done!!

T Queen is very professional at what she does. She’s polite and very courteous to her client’s. I came to her shop all the way from Philly to get the job finally done the right way.. I’ve had the tree braids done twice before going to T Queens shop and the work they did at the other shops weren’t good at all. Going to T Queens shop and getting my tree braids done by her I know that they will last me for about 2 months and when I took them I will be going back for my second look.. She does amazing hair. My only issue with her is making the appointment and the price. She quoted me one price then once I got there she says its $75 more. It looked great but you shouldn't do that. Her shop is fancy, private and cozy. I'd definitely go back to her. So far I've been 4 times.

Meet T-Queen 10/2018 when I first moved to the DMV area and was looking for a protective style. She introduced me to crochet and I haven’t been to anyone since her (2yrs later). Very professional, quick and has an eye for what style fits your face. I love the different crochet styles and the T-tree braids are the bomb!!!! Straight or curly. I highly recommend her

T-Queen Hair Salon is the absolute go-to place for crochet tree braids. T-Queen is conveniently located in Laurel. Her shop is clean and her practice is Covid-safe (takes temperature and wears mask). T-Queen can do any style you ask for, even from a picture. My hair has grown and become so healthy since I started going to T-Queen. She uses natural products in the hair. Her shop is not like typical braid shops - no gossip, no hustle and bustle, etc. I highly recommend T-Queen to anyone who likes wearing up-to-date styles without the drama of typical hair salons.
