Ashley makes waxing fun! Although I hate her after each strip, the pain last 2 seconds & she is back to her bubbly/professional self while giving the BEST cleanest wax ever! I've been coming to her for 3 years & I'm staying!

Do not go here. I went to have a full leg wax. It was my first time being waxed. She missed so many spots on my legs and when she had me check my legs to see if she missed any spots I pointed out many very obvious spots and even when she went back to “fix” it she still did not get all the hair. I contacted her when I got home and noticed a lot more hair and she offered to redo it but when I told her when I would be available to come back in she said she could not help me. She even admitted that she thought she should have used a soft wax instead of a hard wax. As the professional she should’ve known that and not let me leave knowing I was not done properly and I can’t see behind my thighs without a mirror. Very unsatisfied, very messy work, very poor customer service. Save your money and go to someone else who will actually do the service your paying for. Edit: I did not shave my legs prior to being waxed. I told you that last time I shaved was 3 weeks to a month. Also, your work is sloppy because how are you gonna ask me to check my legs and we both see huge patches of hair. I shouldn’t have to go around my legs and point out very obvious spots. The parts that I didn’t notice until I got home we’re on the backs of my legs and thighs, you didn’t give me a mirror so how am I suppose to see that before leaving. I tried coming in the very next day to have the work fixed but you couldn’t accommodate me and the next day I was off of work was “too late”. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. The fact that I even have to do this is ridiculous and unprofessional. It was my first wax, you knew this, of course I didn’t know I had to be picky. You even said that you should have used soft wax instead of hard wax but was too lazy and in a rush to switch so the service could be done properly.

I have been to 1 other place for a Brazilian wax and it hurt like heck and turned me against it. Some folks on social media tagged/referred this place so I opted to give it another chance. So glad I did! She is very professional, clean and thorough. She explained everything in detail. Her website is detail oriented. The atmosphere is relaxing. A Brazilian wax is not enjoyable but she made the experience enjoyable! I will never go anywhere else!
