We ordered two very small products, and this company sent them separately in two GIANT cardboard boxes with a bunch of filling. They arrived on the same day. Such absolute wastefulness. I can't support a business who cares nothing about valuable resources.

I have been getting the red carpet/resculpting facials for 2 years now and they are unlike anything I've ever had! Immediate results that even my grandma noticed! If you want that "snatched" look that lasts weeks, this is your place. The spa is gorgeous and an oasis right on 5th ave. I travel from NJ just to get the patented treatment on a regular basis. Life long client because it actually works unlike other microcurrent treatments I've had. Bonus, you will probably run into a celebrity, especially during fashion week!

I was looking for a new facialist in NYC and came across Tracie Martyn searching online. Of course, I'd heard of TM but was nonetheless VERY impressed with the quality and care of my facial, from their proprietary tools, clean skincare products, and attention to detail...the facial was extremely thorough, exactly what i needed! Im now a complete loyalist! I cant wait to try some of their other facials.

I discovered the sanctuary known as Tracie Martyn over five years ago during a trip to NYC. And that discovery was life changing. Not only has my skin completely transformed — I’ve found a clean beauty line that has become my daily ritual. The spa and the products are unlike any experience. So much so every time I am back in the city the spa is the first place I visit. Grateful to have such a beautiful healing space to return to.

I’ve been coming here for years and I love it so much! The facials are literally incredible, Marius is like the SWEETEST human, as for the other staff. I purchased the mask, cleanser and serum. I’m so sorry, but those of you who have sensitive skin…this is not for you. I tried to really get a feel for this product, but it fell short. The fragrance in all of these products is way too heavy. I’ve used this product for over a month now and I don’t see or feel a difference…I feel like I could use the products as room scent…It’s too much…tried this and skin ceuticals…no difference. I just think this is very over hyped and not worth the money.

The gala glow package is 100% worth it. I decided to splurge for it about a week before my wedding and the results blew me out of the water. My face looked slimmer and my skin was so moisturized that the makeup basically looked like I had a filter on. It was such a nice pampering session right before such a special occasion, and I am so glad I decided to do it. It’s expensive but worth every penny, in my opinion.

Emmy is amazing always so pleasant on the phone, knowledgeable about the facials and able to work around your schedule. I usually do the red carpet or purple ray, all the products are amazing and all natural, I always leave looking super refreshed and glowing. The studio itself is beautiful. I have tried all the aestheticians and they have all been amazing and very knowledgeable with any questions I have in addition to their great technique.

I had the best experience at Tracie Martyn! Everyone was so nice and I couldn't recommend the Red Carpet Facial more! I have pretty sensitive skin but I wasn't red at all - my skin was glowing and my face felt contoured when I left. I love that they use their own products which are all-natural for treatments. So impressed and will absolutely be back!

Recently had a facial at Tracie Martyn and the experience was idyllic. The setting is lovely and the staff warm and welcoming. The aesthetician was professional but friendly and informed me about every step without pressing me to purchase add on services. I felt pampered and catered to. My skin felt delicious when I departed but better still the effects have lingered. I will be returning when I am ready for my next facial and adding to my skin care line from their healthy skincare products.

Every hand in this business is intensely entirely customer service driven while delivering the highest quality products. I appreciate a business that hires the best, uses the best, and consistently expects the best version of you. My signature facial gave immediate results. The space is light and airy... it’s not the typical dark, cave, where you question all of life’s decisions. It’s empowering and a breath of fresh air. Bravo! I will return soon. (Also, it was nice to see a celeb drop in also - so cool! ;) ).

Incredible results AND experience here! Their Rescultping Facials and Red Carpet Facials are to die for! Takes 10 years off your face immediately. All their products have a heavenly aroma and their staff and the space are warm and inviting! Grab the amazing Eye Pads with Activator lotion for a quick SOS fix. Have been coming here for over 15 years and people always notice how good my skin looks even 1-2 weeks afterwards!

I live upstate so it's always hard to know what time I'm getting into the city. The receptionist moved apt an hour later then switched it back to my appointed time because I arrived at the scheduled time! To say staff is accommodating is an understatement! I recently had a health scare and needed to go organic. At Tracie Martyn you have peace of mind that products are NOT toxic to the body. The setting is clean and relaxing. My skin is smooth and tight! My cheeks are where they are supposed to be, not sagging over my jawline! I'm ready to go back in!

Straight away everyone was so welcoming and friendly. It immediately calmed me down from my busy day, and I started to relax before the treatment even began. The woman who did my treatment was friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I felt very well taken care of and had confidence in her techniques. The results were instant and amazing! I couldn’t believe it! Skin still feels clean and hydrated this morning. My check out was easy and the woman up front were so fantastic and welcoming. Friendly in a way that was comfortable and not over the top. They seemed very genuine. I have already booked my return session and can’t wait!
