Very disappointed in prices at this place. I do not think my pedicure was worth $140. I've paid a high about before for my pedicures which I don't mind but $140!!! I don't think I received the full treatment for that amount. Never going back. Prices are just Skype rocketing. I've been going here for years!

I went to Tracy’s and left with a pedicure that unfortunately looked like a child painted it. I came back later & brought this to Tracy’s attention, & she redid the whole set. I appreciate the customer service. & I am pleased with the final results!

It's such a nice atmosphere at Tracy's and everyone is so friendly. The best pedicure I've ever had was done by Peter. He is so meticulous and takes his time. Thank you for an awesome experience. 👌

I have been traveling to Alexandria for the last 3 years for extended stays and until today I had not found the best nail salon in this area. Tracy Nails is amazing! Tracy herself is incredible. Everyone that works there is an artist and I was truly impressed. I highly recommend their services and even if I am staying in Alexandria, having to drive 15 minutes to get to Pineville is well worth it. This is a hidden jewel that is worth getting to know!

While facility is nice and MOST staff are friendly, the amount of price gouging that occurs is tremendous. I went today and paid $140 for two basic full sets. On top of that, one worker was very rude about an injury and was acting flirtatiously with underaged customers. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere if you feel like doing your bank account a favor.

I am in town for a wedding so I visited this salon to get a mani/pedi. I walked in, wasn’t even greeted properly. No hello... just a “go wash your hands”. The clientele here is real “judgmental”. I paid $40 for a basic manicure, nothing special. Had me waiting in a chair “soaking” for over a hour. The water was cold by the time they got started. Definitely did not have enough staff! I wanted a manicure too but after being there for over a hour and no service, I quickly changed my mind. There was “no sorry for your wait” or even a thank you for my business. Do better. The nail shops in Georgia would run circles around you guys. Learn customer service, have your clientele wear masks, and clean up better! A quick one, two spray on a chair isn’t disinfecting anything.

I sat in the chair for 45 min cause it had lot of customer. So I waited then this sweet lady comes in wait really 15 mins they started on her first. & I'VE BEEN WAITING I LIKE WOW. I ASK ONE OF THE TECH. HEy I pose to be next she said Idk I'm sorry. She didn't even care how when you was the one greeting me in to start off with. Other people said things happen to our skin tone.🤔

So I decided to try Tracy’s because it is close to home. I normally drive to Alexandria to get my nails done. I actually went to my nail salon and everyone was out with Covid and so I tried Tracy’s. I walk in and tell the lady once I sit down it was my first time there!! First of all, the price I paid was more than what I usually pay at my place. I normally get the top notch pedi with gel and a manicure with gel. She gave me a basic pedi with gel and a mani with gel. She did not even offer a different pedicure. Seemed she was all about getting me in and out and they were not even busy. My nails started breaking and chipping after a couple days. Gel is not supposed to chip. I’m a stay at home wife, I’m not rough with my hands. All in all very disappointed with my services and they need to step their game up! I should have listened to the most recent reviews… This is what I get every time I get impatient and go somewhere else!

Very slow. They started on my nails and then left me sitting for at least 30 minutes just for them to finish putting a top coat on. Paid $67 dollars for something that looks like I did it myself! Not very happy.
